about the olympics:

i will probably make a meme for this, however..

i support the freedom of speech, freedom of currency, so i also support the freedom of sexuality.

So you support freedom of sexuality and freedom of speech....unless of course someone says they are against someones sexuality or some other belief...then that person doesn't have the freedom to say or believe what they want.

Part time freedom advocates confuse me.

We've already reached 1/8 of all USDe supply and are going to reach 1/3 total supply in about 5 weeks. So we are going to mine all USDe within a year? I am so surprised about that, not sure it is good or bad, though. But the road ahead is still not clear enough and success will never come easy. Have we done our best? We have so much strength, but why some other coins still outrun us? Could someone give me an answer?

Don't worry man.  Others may be temporarily ahead of us but that's OK.  We are around for the long haul, those others will be only a blip on our radar years from now when we are still being used.  I hope I can get more USDe before they get all mined out!

to me, i think the team focus too much on the coin itself, too much useless dicussing, little useful job was done.

I'm going to be very honest with you all. i prefer mcxNOW over Cryptsy. Cryptsy, to me, is nothing more than a waste fill for new coins. mcxnow only has 9 (or 11). too me i think making it on mcxNOW feels more like winning the Nobel Peace Prize or somthing..

It's not as much about gay rights as it is about suppression of freedom. The "gay aspect" of it just tends to gather more media attention. Anyways, there's no "debate" here, Putin is a ruthless dictator and that's it.

We'd like to address some of the confusion surrounding the Sochi graphic / meme announcement.  Its intention was nothing other than getting a graphic, which relates to Sochi, the Olympics and the USDe in a humorous way.  No disrespect was intended.  

This graphic was meant to accompany a trending satirical piece on Sochi, which again, is a story about currencies.  My apologies if this was not made clear.

I think we might have a good set of marketing concepts here which could be used in an extremely rewarding way for the coin. The main slogan associated with USDE is "USDe - The Free People's Currency". Under Putin's rule, Russia has turned into a dictatorship with Putin perpetuating himself in power by violently harassing (or actually incarcerating) his enemies, both personal and political, while at the same time instilling fear in the people through a very effective propaganda machine or even outright violent physical repression of anything against his regime. We've all seen this before, in nazi Germany, in North Korea, etc.

So I believe USDE might use the fact that it's already presented as a coin that intends to help people defend their freedom and produce material mixing that with mockery of Putin, his actions, and of course, Sochi. Google is doing it right now:

"Search engine's logo presented in the colours of the rainbow flag to coincide with the opening of the Winter Olympics in Sochi."

It doesn't need to be specifically about gay rights, the amount of material that can be used is huge: the Pussy Riot band incarceration, the detention of the "Arctic 18" group of GreenPeace activists under conditions that violated universal human rights, etc. And if anyone here feels any sympathy for Putin and his actions, by all means, move to Russia! The rest of the world will be much better off with you there.
