We are thinking GREEN and we will never use mining pools. Every day the cost of electricity to mine Bitcoins is over 30,000,000 USD worldwide which is harmful to the environment. Pool CPU are using like 100w each .... it's nothing compared to a HD 6990 as you can use for mining in solo. So your argument about the cost of electricity are totally wrong, and thats sound very unprofessional about the devs skill, im sorry. PS: When you are mining on a pool, it's your CPU/GPU who consumes electricity then not the pool... like i said one CPU pool consumes around 100w (150 to 350 full server), when one solo miner consumes around 300 or 10000w and more.

Thank.

http://delta.allpoolz.com- Always 0% mining fees! - Miner Notifications - Port 8080 mining - VARDIFF - Stratum - DDoS Protection - Database off-loading (faster more reliable) - Ticket support - US Server No it don't work fine. Your pool accept only the workers from one of my computers, my others computers who work using my mobile phone internet are blocked to mine on your pool. (and you are the only one pool who block my workers who use another ip)

Now it work fine. I moved my config file from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Altcoin\altcoin.conf to C:\Users\Phobos\AppData\Roaming\Altcoin\altcoin.conf Now my wallet work and solo mining too Thank anyway

Why my Altcoin windows wallet said "No block source available..." Also i have a problem for mining solo, i created a file called "altcoin.conf" into the install dir, but nothing happend, my fire-wall said Altcoin are listening on the port 9336, but in my config file the port is 9527. Anyone can help me? Did you add the addnode= line? There are two ports, the listening port for the P2P network, and the RPC port. The config only sets the RPC port, which you need to solo mine. My config file is the same than your example: rpcuser=admin rpcpassword=12345 rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=9527 daemon=1 server=1
addnode=188.165.216.59 My fire-wall said i have no connection or listening on the port 9527 and when i try to solo mining it dont work. My wallet said: No block source available [ 15 hours(s) behind ] So i can't make anything.

i laught about peoples who paid coins for have the right to make this coin xD Naïvity or just no brain? i dont know really but that's fun, it's the biggest epic fail i've ever seen in the world Completely Fair Distribution - Equal Shares for ALL No arbitrary distribution. Decentralized. The most egalitarian coin. Show your love to NEM. Nice liar.

Hey there,
we need a thread vote option: if there is a failed launch, scam, virus ... and many more.
so the mods can react to delete trash release threads. 9/10 daily release is shit...
Some people will vote "Virus" or "Scam" without any skills for check if that's true or not. But i agree, too much altcoins for nothing good.

Said the guy who are too incompetent as he can't check if the wallet binary are a malware or not....
Guy, learn to use your computer, what is the problem if the wallet are not a open source? dont download it if you suck.
Just i hate the ignorant people who blame the others.
Oh, still stuck with anti-virus? Think your anti-virus can detect any 'malware' from 2099? Poor user of AV you are. You think i don't know how use a disassembler and a Fire-wall? I don't have any Antivirus: i have my skills. When you don't know how work the security, a binary file, or what is my job: don't talk about it. Also, my first post wasn't for you.

No source = no wallet.
If the dev is so incompetent, that he can't even type "git push" on the commandline top push the source to github, then I think the coin is doomed anyways...
