Its not so much "who is buying" as much as "who is selling?" And I am one of the few people offering Iota.  There is 1 billion out there and for the most part no one else selling. What does that tell you? It tells me that the overwhelming majority are long term holders and that even when this is released there is going to be scarcity.

Moreover the only thing holding this up is not tech, but GUI. The San Francisco company in charge of that layed an egg and it delayed things. Nothing to do with actual tech. Moreover, David has said that major announcements will also be released with beta.

Iota could easily be selling at .00002 or 00003 at beta launch.

You can all talk whatever you want but I've bought some hours ago at around 90 when it was the same kinda talk and look now. ETH doesn't want to stop, it will at some point of course but I'm not shorting, I don't care. The minute I can't see it fall I'll sell and run with the profits because those are the rules.

However I still think the same way and if I were you I would get in as soon as I could. It's even easier now, if the floor is established it will be hard to fall below 0.01. I've bought at 90 where everybody was saying the dump would come at 0.01...
