361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Initial Model Offering(IMO) replace Initial Exchange Offering(IEO)? on: December 23, 2019, 09:42:26 AM
The IMO idea of keeping value alive is really working and yes it's a fair win for both investors and project owners, but presently all projects using IMO are asian projects maybe things will change if projects from other parts of the world start using the find raising strategy
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Staking WAR has begun, who is wining it? on: December 23, 2019, 09:36:48 AM
Full article: https://www.forrestvisions.com/blog/the-staking-battle-has-begunfind-out-who-will-win-it

The staking war for the most prominent facilitator is underway. Coinbase and Binance are taking blows at each other to become the in house staking platform, who do you think is winning?

Are you currently using a staking platform or facilitating your own?
It's not about who is winning because many top exchanges are already delivering staking ability now and very soon low rated exchanges will join, the best staking coin should be your aim and that is tezos
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My New Year Resolution For Bitcointalk on: December 23, 2019, 09:31:52 AM
Moderators of this forum are really trying, investors and bounty hunters should do the most part by taking the word 'research' very seriously and they will be safe, Moderators job is to make this forum running not telling investors which projects to invest on

365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How and why to buy Stablecoins in 2020 on: December 19, 2019, 08:20:00 AM
Holding funds while market is not in favour is no good reason why stable coin is useful, its just same thing as using fiat to buy coins now that market is in red, another use case of stable coin is trading so i can say stablecoins are traders coin
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has this year Christmas favor your cryptocurrency portfolios? on: December 19, 2019, 08:16:54 AM
The answer is NO, i never expected to much already but since this December is better than last year December its a step forward indeed, i belief next year will be better than now, for now i care more about finding gem projects and holding them for long term
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HITBTC withdrawal fees on: December 18, 2019, 06:55:47 AM
Same here, the first day i witness the huge withdrawal fee on hitbtc exchange was in early 2017 and since then i stopped using the exchange, my advice is to swap to other coins like dogecoin if its available because doge always have very convenient withdraw fee
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some good bounty in the year 2019 on: December 18, 2019, 06:53:02 AM
The only bounty projects that surprised me this year is tokoin and thinkcoin, i even heard someone made 20k from that thinkcoin bounty and tokoin withstand all dumps without losing a bit of value, these are what i called real bounty projects, do your own research and hope for some lucks
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which will be the most valuable altcoin? on: December 18, 2019, 06:49:47 AM
Bitcoin's will surely have good days ahead post halving but which will be the most valuable altcoin for 2020?  I vouch on Ethereum and Tron but I would like to know expert's opinion as it would help other members while choosing their altcoin investment as altcoin does pump along with bitcoin so those who cannot afford to invest into bitcoin can invest into altcoins.
Many altcoins have potentials so there future gains will vary depending on their real use cases and sometimes how smart the project teams are, ETH, Tron, BNB, ENGIN, etc and some new altcoins as well
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Do Women Want? More Educational Materials Before Investing in Bitcoin on: December 17, 2019, 12:56:04 PM
Most women i know will prefer spending their last dime on what they can see physically, feel of them don't even bother having good savings or leverage kinda things, but everybody needs bitcoin isn't it? I'm glad bitcoin is for everyone, men are always far into these kinda things than women, men have the guts and only very few women thinks same way
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JuSt a wish on: December 17, 2019, 12:51:11 PM
Binance have the right to have a listing requirement for any projects, remember if listing is that easy many shitcoins will be on binance right now, any new project that wants to get on binance should be very well prepared
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning for newbies on: December 17, 2019, 12:47:52 PM
Crypto is not a quick money making investment and there are many risks involve as well, every crypto investors should know this before jumping in, even with research you will still make some mistakes just learn from them and keep hammering towards your goal
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Useless projects! on: December 16, 2019, 06:51:10 AM
To avoid this useless projects headache i only invest in not too old projects that makes it in 2017 and promote new projects for possible gains in the future, most times i keep tokens i earned from bounties
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: December 16, 2019, 06:44:41 AM
What is the most reason to buy new token or new coin, to trade it in the market or to spend it if there something to spend it?
I am talking here that token or coin already listing in exchanges.
And not tokens exchanges such as BNB.
What you think?
New coins are plagued with small volumes on exchanges and they don't last long either but I am more into them not for trading but for personal gains, i believe many old coins have already reach their highest levels of surprises and the rest is left for new projects now
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $100 million worth of ETH? on: December 16, 2019, 06:36:38 AM
At the peak of the market during the massive bull run of 2017, the Ethereum Foundation liquidated 70,000 ETH. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin convinced the foundation to sell at that time.

The price of ETH peaked at $1,400 during January of 2018, which would have netted approximately $100 million from the sale. Buterin also disclosed a personal sale of 30,000 ETH at the same time.

Full news here

Holy smokes! Now this is why their projects can keep up for a very long while.

To me, it was a wise decision for them to liquidate their ETH when it reaches its all-time high back then. Even the “extraordinary terrestrial” himself, Vitalik Buterin, sold his personal 30,000 ETH.

I just wish it was 2017 all over again, when we could have sold some ETH and other tokens during the big bull run. However, I honestly think that it will not repeat ever again because the market has matured already.

Good for them. Well done!
Saying that market of 2017 will not repeat itself every again sounds like a big joke, if you following market trends very well you will notice that some altcoins still follows bitcoin movement very well, are you saying bitcoin can't get to 20k ever again? You are fooling yourself
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: December 12, 2019, 09:34:15 AM
if I were you I will care more about filling up my bag with bnb token, there are other few exchange tokens that are good too but binance IEO launch pad is what makes their token stand out among others, its a very good token worth holding
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: December 12, 2019, 09:32:24 AM
Did you know?

According to experts, their is huge possibility that the token will recover to the value of $23 in the best case scenario.

 https://coinpedia.org/information/bnb-binance-coin-price-prediction/

Let me know your point of view on this?
Possibly because bnb token is a very capable coin but thanks to the team though, they know just what to do to make their token worth something, the real use case of bnb token will make it surge higher in future
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altseason soon or not ? on: December 11, 2019, 07:22:42 AM
Hi there,

I personally think Altseason is starting soon. We have been in a bear marker for such a long time and Alt season is lurking.

BTC dominance is trapped in a descending triangle for a long time now. Testing the support and resistance trendlines multiple times.
I don't accept, it seems we are still in for a long ride and altcoin season ain't coming anytime sooner, its better to find other ways to earn like staking coins and promoting bounty project but I do have high expectations for 2020 onward.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: December 11, 2019, 07:18:20 AM
The year 2019 came with diverse expectations from everyone. Some persons were of the opinion that the year would be better than the previous year, others had a negative view.
The year 2020 is around the corner and I would like to know what are your expectations as it relates to the market, Crytocurrency projects and the overall health of the industry.
Since bear market took over crypto space in 2018 this year have shows few good progress, for both bounty hunters and project investors, still way better than last year 2018 where almost all projects failed
