361  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: August 06, 2021, 05:00:56 AM
One of the sure-fire ways to build wealth is by investing your money, especially in stocks from a company with strong fundamentals.  Interestingly in recent times cryptocurrencies most especially Bitcoin has been the talk of the town due to its massive ROI.

Warren Buffett is one of the most successful  stock investors, in the world. Yet, Buffett has said he won’t ever buy the cryptocurrency for several reasons . Other hand  Michael Saylor, an early Bitcoin investor and proponent has  been credited with  institutional Bitcoin boom in December 2020. He has made billions of dollars from Bitcoin.
There are others like Mr Buffett and Mr Michael all over the world.

Truth be told  both investors are doing very well.  My question now is , Who is Happier?  Is it the Stock investor or the Bitcoin investor?

Apart from Mr Bufffet, you haven't made mention of poor investors who have made it from stock market. He even started his carrier in investment when he was still a teenager, bitcoin hasn't been created yet, the reason why I think he doesn't like bitcoin is because he can't have sovereignty of such investment but In stick, I think him and his centralized followers love something like that.
Unlike stock that you have to invest in earlier to make it huge but bitcoin is bitcoin and it has never been late for any in crypto space. 2021 alone has changed many lives of investors home the stock that has been their with little moves, one need margin with low capital to enjoy stock, unlike bitcoin and others, and thus why they are unique.
362  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin doesn't care about Tesla and Amazon on: August 06, 2021, 04:52:55 AM
this can be true because apart from Elonmusk/Tesla and amazon there are other factors that strongly support price changes, namely traders.  whether it's using signals or personal predictions, which of course always use support and resistance points.  if the price hits support, of course, traders start buying slowly and this will directly make the price go up.  although to be honest I'm more sure news from Elonmusk, tesla/amazon so influence the market.  like last May where the market was bleeding for a few days

That's exactly the part OP has refused to admit, you can say bitcoin doesn't care about Elon musk and SpaceX when the two are playing huge role in bitcoin growth and development.
Some weeks ago when Tesla announced that they may cease operation of car purchases using bitcoin, we all saw what damages that happened to bitcoin and many altcoins blead the value out. That's the power of influence of a successful man in business, though I don't like him Cool
363  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk of Inflation in Economy. on: August 06, 2021, 04:47:31 AM
There are several factors that Government could do to fight against inflation. They could use wages to lessen the growing inflation and if necessary reducing the printing of money in a year. The problem is that some governments are incompetent enough to sought these things and some are blinded with money. These are the reasons why most countries are suffering inflation.

It's actually easy behind pad and say whatever opinion everyone has with something but that's entirely different from been in the action, the heat alone wouldn't make you think something things, that's what government face sometimes especially criticism from opposition parties.
I know the Government can limit inflation because, if you compare countries performance to one another, you will observe that inflation in some countries a few way higher than others but the truth is, as long as fiat money is still in circulation, there would be some inflation.
There are also natural disaster that contributes among inflation which sometimes beyond our capacity.
364  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you been grateful for today? on: August 06, 2021, 04:41:18 AM
I just opened Facebook and read a short, but meaningful post. in the post it says

Quote
A mountain of gold would not be enough for a greedy person.
But, a plate of food is enough for a grateful person

I ponder when I do daily trading in the crypto market, I often get profit even though it is not too much, But I am always annoyed and irritated if the profit I get is not on target. I forgot to be grateful and hopefully, I can be a grateful person even though I get a little profit from crypto trading.

If not for crypto, to be sincere, I don't know where I would be by now, probably I should be disturbing them in offshore to give me my job.  Grin Grin Though, I'm still having that determination to work in offshore, I need that money to get all the bitcoins I can lay my hands on.
I'm grateful and contented with the position I have today in crypto, its has been wonderful experience and I to get better in some aspects because the more we live in a system, the better we become with experience.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is more green? on: August 04, 2021, 10:22:13 PM
Since the coinmarketcap pumped only a few coins, there are more green CIFI, Zilliqa, Amp and Tpay. Although I don't like any projects, those scam to bounty hunters here TPAY is one of them. They didn't make any distribution after blaming bounty hunters. But here I like "Citizen Finance" projects. I'm interested in investing in because of the low maximum supply of this project.

I thought about 4/5 distribution has been made to bounty hunters, only 1/5 of cifi left for distribution except if there is wrong information been pass around in bounty Telegram chart. The delay from most of this bounty project is that they fear dumping of price that's normally done by hunters as soon as they collect their coins and to make the investors and what they are working hard for, so that they wouldn't suffer the effects of marketing.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never Trade On Emotions on: August 04, 2021, 10:16:45 PM
some will understand right away but some people will make their own choices and will probably learn something from it later whether they made a mistake or not. I myself have made many mistakes and always learn from the last mistake I made.

I don't even consider them mistake but I called them lesson learn in hard way.
There is a saying that says "No pain, no gain". One must learn to accommodate every mistake to re-strategise in other to improve because there is no excuse for failure in my place of lifestyle.
Trading is a very tedious work that requires attention and effort, it takes a lot of time to become expert in it.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to invest in nft art work? on: August 04, 2021, 10:10:52 PM
Nft trend is really amazing. I didn't understand the logic of NFT. People now showing great interest toward nft and even simple Images are sold on 50 ETH. I did not understand what will happen to this nft if no buyers there.

I don't know why and I am skeptical about the whole hype about artistic work that everyone are heavily investing on, perhaps because I'm a black man who don't value art work. Only the white value this fine art though its very few but how they threw lots of Ethereum to purchase them surprise me a lot.
NFT has been on trend since earlier this year, if it's something that may not last long, it will be long forgotten but still, they are been shilled here and there.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: London hardfork (important upgrade of Ethereum) on: August 04, 2021, 10:05:31 PM
Now that Ethereum structural chain is changing from the original chain to new one, there is going to be lots of changes and this will not only affect its price but the system, how its described, the community and its holders. I hope this is a stepping stone for everyone who has been a member from day one.
On a second thought, I hope miners stays to properly secure the network, as soon as burning of fee get implemented, many of them will make a switch which may likely affect the network security.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Criteria for Choosing Alt-coins to Invest In on: August 04, 2021, 09:59:41 PM
Many projects will soon take that NFT opportunity because it's the new selling point as most of them can't boost their projects with their gibberish product. They love to see opportunities they can hop in.
There are many opportunities to get into good altcoins, taking advantage of trend is just part of it and you may be lucky and sometimes you may not because some hardly recover in some correct, though Axie infinity is doing well on this aspect.
370  Economy / Economics / Re: The slave does not dream of freedom, but of being the slave-master on: August 03, 2021, 10:25:41 PM
Almost everyone is a slave, even crypto holders are slaves. Humans are enslaved by the senses, desires, and emotions. Humans begin to get used to the situation that befell them. we start to compromise with the circumstances. Humans are still slaves. we are enslaved by pseudo ideologies. We are enslaved by outdated dogmas. We too are enslaved by outdated ideas and beliefs.
In an African home, when you are amazed by a statement, they tend to cut a kolanut for you. That's exactly what I feel like doing right now. Your statement is super.
Do you know that if at all, those holding bitcoin never had idea of what it was and they were raised by Centralised system of life without any form of decentralized exposure, they will never and wouldn't accept take bitcoin.
If CZ was raised to be a politician with an ambition to become a president of China, he will hardly think of bitcoin talkess of the market place.
371  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin for everyone on: August 03, 2021, 10:17:43 PM
Adequate capital is required to use bitcoin there are many poor people who cannot afford to invest in bitcoin it depends on the people not just the holders.

More than the capital ample knowledge on how Cryptocurrency works is more important if you know how Cryptocurrency and its potential, you can do something to acquire capital to invest, I have a friend who after learning how Cryptocurrency works have set aside ten percent of his savings to building his portfolio and now he is doing great, he has made ten times profit from his portfolio and continues building up his portfolio.

There is a topic on the same board that says only the riches enjoy holding of bitcoin, it looks familiar to that.
Now the thing is, if one don't have another source of income, you can't enjoy investing. You can't invest when you are broke, it doesn't work that way. You may even be tempted to sell at every Little pump when you are suppose to hold for long time.
The summery is, one can only buy and hold if they have enough capital. You can't buy $200 worth of bitcoin and expect a huge profit.
372  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat and cryptocurrency on: August 03, 2021, 10:09:15 PM
Both are need to all ages of people but for idle money i go for crypto-currencies because it will go extra benefits to mine but fiat is almost fixed nothing changes are happened so if you take risk you will get extra benefits from crypto-currencies.

I have never have thought making deposits on my bank account a while now since I have almost all my coin bought before the Government disallow the deposit and withdrawal through banks, now I wonder how gullible I will be to live my iddle money to banks with zero interest rate.
I will choose over crypto everyday in year and that's how the cycle will continue until perhaps we will have a stable coin adobt by Central banks and bitcoin Wil no longer be a threat to the governments.
373  Economy / Economics / Re: Gensler Chairman of SEC calls crypto "the wild west" on: August 03, 2021, 10:01:08 PM
Regulation is necessary in crypto for the safety of everyone. A newbie are finding it difficult to get because of common fraud we all face everyday because of this scammers.
Now, implementing regulations isn't the problem, the question is will regulation be fair and friendly despite the challenges.
I have seen Binance on tbe news recently how they are trying to fit-in in every country and they are slashing withdrawals, slashing of futures and options, it's taking us back to centralization.
374  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin investment on: August 03, 2021, 09:52:22 PM
I am investing Bitcoin today even if the price is still very high and risky. I still believe in some speculation that btc will rise up to 100k$ before the year 2021 end, that is why I buy some Bitcoin and hold it till the price reach up to 100k$ may I know what are you thinking this time is it a Time to buy or hold or what ?

You are indeed an OG and someone with real balls. I hope the capital isn't something you really needed anytime soon.
Bitcoin or market rather is emotional especially when it doesn't go as you expect and again saying bitcoin will go above 2021 but within this year, i don't think so.
On what basis do you think bitcoin will attain such prive point, you didn't mention factors that you put into consideration before coming into this conclusion, your analysis will help potential buyers.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Underestimated Game DeFi projects!!! on: August 02, 2021, 07:46:52 PM
Better you ease yourself the stress and invest in something long term enough for your financial health.
I know that the market taste has now shifted to gaming projects and lots of people are enjoying every move with this coins but I think they are only for now.
I have also seen lots of projects creating and selling NFT in Cryptocurrency just like Coca-Cola did some days ago and I have come to conclusions that this company are very greedy. They are taking advantage of crypto but wouldn't integrate it in their products.
Imagine Coca-Cola and other similar companies adopt crypto, its will be so bullish.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum last forever? on: August 02, 2021, 07:42:24 PM
Some questions that I do see on this forum aren't sometimes a serious ones and they don't really require an answer, there is google for every country to search for answers.
Ethereum isn't something that will die anytime soon in my opinion and even despite many developers running into new projects and creating hype, it's still the best performing altcoin after bitcoin and it's been developed everyday to serve its purpose and customers. Upcoming development is going to shift market sentiment very soon to Ethereum.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your coin tier list? on: August 02, 2021, 07:30:57 PM

378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic on: August 02, 2021, 07:24:48 PM
Your hypothesis seems to work most of the time but it depends when and where to apply it my friend. There are some market conditions that will live you with no options than to sell and take your minimum loss.
I can still remember some entry purchases I have done so many times I did back then and I exited them because I knew they were wrong move and decided to end the trade. Do you know what happen after that? Majority never recover just the same way I caught in Shiba saga listing on Binance.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why do you keep allcoins? on: August 02, 2021, 07:20:15 PM
It's a matter of choice and potential. If I sight a project and see some kinetic movements with good people and use case, I will boldly invest without looking back. Altcoins aren't just alternate but they are very good in giving out huge profit than bitcoin that already has been pumped many times in its 10 years of success.
Altcoins you see today may become what people will be running after, it's always good to be on board than running later to get it in something that's already late.
380  Economy / Economics / Re: EU wants to ban crypto anonymous transactions and wallets on: August 01, 2021, 07:50:34 AM
Price jumped from 30K to 40K after such negative news which shows how much people are against the government amd they really wam9to achieve freedom for that bitcoin can help a lot.

That wasn't what pumped bitcoin, first it all started when Elon made a statement in Bword event and then another one came after some rumours about Amazon accepting Cryptocurrency which they later debunked, the price corrected after that's but with technical analysis, some whales are bullish about bitcoin as the their is potential crossing of 200 moving average and 50 moving average.
We will definitely see some bullish moves if that eventually happens.
