Time to reduce and it seems the high interest with staking only brought in about 100,000 new coins to the supply so it worked as expected =) A few hundred blocks of 365% p.a. left! |

Yes it is quiet now, but that's because most people don't know about SMAC yet. Once the buybacks start getting larger and larger people are going to start noticing SMAC in a big way and we won't need to do any kind of advertising! Plus right now the SMAC marketplace and website are still under development so my point is I don't think there is any need to market SMAC. As this project develops, the buy walls, website and marketplace will market themselves. Not to mention of course our devs happen to be marketing experts (at least with regards to social media)
So I think at this point we should all sit back and enjoy the free coins coming into our wallets and not worry one bit about the lack of interest in SMAC at the moment. This forum will explode soon enough (along with the price!) ;-)

Nobody wants to trade. I don't know why, in fact i know why, but i hope DEV knows what he is doing. I doubt there will be much action until end of month. Holders are staking happily, sceptics probably wait for the buyback to actually happen. |

Did you update QT wallet for OS? Ive installed wallet from smac.io and reinstall, but it still shows that I have version 1.0.0.
That's OK, that _is_ wallet version 1.0.1 although the version string still shows version 1.0.0. |

Closed source Trading App with the potential to give you wrong in/output and also the problem of exploits and maleware for a financial stand point this idea is a joke.
The app uses bittrex api keys, the withdraw permission is not required, so there is no way it could steal your funds - even if it wanted to. The trust you have to have in this app is a lot less than you need for any other entity you leave your funds at, like any exchange, any ICO operation, any escrow, any gambling site, any..... and so on. Wrong input/wrong output is probably aimed at orders and trading history shown by the app? Well, you can easily verify that this is not the case by simply using an API key with only "Read info" permission. Regarding malware and exploits, how is this any different from any other app you install from the app store? |
