Haven't posted in here in a long time, just wanted to say I am very excited for LTC in the next few weeks. Does anyone remember how long LTC was over $48? I'm trying to remember if it was seconds, minutes, or hours.

Bitcoin's price depends on the perception of the people. If enough people consider bitcoin as a good storage of value, it might hype immensely and we will see $800 or even $1000 again in near future. But if they think instead "better live now and spend everything" BTC will go down, too.

If dollar goes down to 10% of its value, logically the BTC/USD rate should go up 10x (e.g. from $400 to $4000), but of course that's not what is going to happen. We will see people panicking to get out of the dollar - e.g. buy wares, property, or perhaps even coins

My strategy is very simple: if bitcoin's price goes up, I'm selling some, if it goes down, I'm buying more. IMO, in trending markets like Bitcoin it prevents bagholding and it prevents missing the train when the price moonrockets

IMO, BTC can not be mainstream, because it's already 1/2 out and it's going to be harder than mining gold.
How could something this hard to generate to be use daily? It should worth 1 BTC per house in US. Assuming 2016 will take 3 months to mint 1 BTC.

The main reason for all these dips because these new big late adaptors want miners coins so much while they don't have enough to pair the market. Making something like this is their only way. As soon as they have enough, they will fill the gap
