Thank you all for the comments, I didn't manage to get Loyce's and Dkbit98's opinion in, but the majority of the current sig holders voted for Jayce's ANN design.

Because of that, I would like to announce Jayce as the winner of our second design competition

I would just like to point out that Jayce managed this competition very professionally, communication was on point, he replied in a timely manner, provided sketches beforehand and went out of his way with the HTML version of some elements. Because of that we will also move on to some other projects with him.

I just now released the remaining bonus of $75 to his account.

I second this. It's a common practice, but only if you know you can't get a higher score.

E.g. if someone would give Stake a 10/10 and me a 7/10 because I don't have a specific service or provider, then that's cool, I know I can't compete with Stake.
But if someone would intentionally give me 2/10 although we both know that I'm a 7/10, and then asking for more money to get me up, then I would complain.

Additionally, if the person had previous scam accusations then I would lean more on to the "ok I'm getting scammed here" side.

It's not that I don't care, it's because I didn't plan it and we're on a tight schedule But I can tell you 100% that the designers care what you think of their work, so if anyone has an opinion feel free to leave it

Išao na operaciju lijevog dlana pa nisam mogao tipkat zadnja četiri dana konkretno, jedino što mi preostalo je ležat i gledat filmove, pa sam nekako iz dosade startao sa Tarantinom i na kraju pogledao sve njegove filmove.

Ono što je u svim filmovima uvijek isto je kvalitetna gluma, frajer je odličan u vođenju talenata i u niti jednom filmu nisam pronašao neki flawed performance. Skripte su isto skoro pa uvijek odlične, jedino se pacing i camera work mijenjaju s godinama kako skuplja više iskustva.


#1. Inglourious Basterds mi je bio prvi izbor dok je izašao, i evo sad nakon toliko vremena i dalje drži vodu. Hrpa scena koje mogu iznova i iznova pogledati, znam njemački on top pa su mi i scene na švapskom odlične, odličan pacing, jednostavno savršen film koji sam pogledao valjda desetak puta i još toliko ga mogu vjerojatno pogledat.
#2. Kill Bill mi nije bio sjeo dok je izašao, ali sad nakon što sam pogledao tonu filmova kužim koliko je zapravo odličan i zaslužuje drugo mjesto na mojoj listi. Casting, gluma, pacing, glazba - odličan komplet svega što čini jedan dobar Tarantino movie.
#3. Pulp Fiction mi je na trecem mjestu, ima šmeka film i odličan je, jedino što zamjeram je to što je formirao budući performance Samuel L. Jacksona, ako si ga gledao u ovom filmu, kao da gledaš istu osobu u Jackie Brown i the Hateful Eight (što se ne može reć za ostale glumce koji se ponavljaju).
#4. Reservoir Dogs je i dalje odličan, sad nakon toliko filmova i različitih tejkova skužiš da mu fali dubine, ali kao entertainment piece je odličan i mogu ga još jednom pogledat bez problema.
#5. Django nije dobro ostario. Ovo mi je bio top film prije, ali sada nakon toliko godina i drugih filmova sam skužio di su mu mane. Pacing mi nije sjeo iz nekog razloga, editing isto nije na levelu kojeg Basterds i Kill Bill imaju, ali ima dosta memorabilnih scena koje rado opet pogledam na youtubeu, no cijelog ga necu tako skoro ić gledat opet.
#6. Jackie Brown. Zanimljiv pristup, ima zavrzlama i fun je, no sumnjam da ću ga još jednom ić gledat.
#7. The Hateful eight. Tri puta sam bio započeo ovaj film, gdje sam tek sada, sa razjebanom rukom, uspio proć kroz njega. Tri puta mi dosta, neću ga vjerojatno više nikad upalit nazad ili preporučiti nekome.
#8. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. S ovime sam se dosta mučio, ima scena ili dvije di te se zadrži i nekako nastaviš gledat, ali ne mogu ga usporediti s niti jednim drugim filmom s ove liste. Kužim da svi artisti sazriju s vremenom i da im se ukusi mijenjaju, no uvijek mi je žao vidjet te nagle promijene. Kao kad mi najdraži artist sa minimal techna pređe na EDM.


Death Proof nisam još pogledao, taman mogu ponovno tipkat pa riješavam zaostatke od prošlog tjedna, ali ga pogledam sad za vikend.

thanks for all the applications, in the end I picked out three designers.

Jayce and Rat03gopoh will be going against each other once again. Jayce has a strong portfolio, Rat03gopoh won the last competition, so I’m curious to see how they’ll approach the task this time since we’re mostly working with established assets.

Joining them will be Baoo, I found some of his examples quite interesting and would love to see what he’ll come up with.  

The applications are now closed. After sending out all the assets and agreeing on the way forward the members will have 7 days to deliver their version of the ANN design.

I’m currently finalizing the brand USP’s and packing up all the assets we have, expect more info via messages.

For my own reference, it's the 27th of April, 5 AM. The competition will be closing on the 4th of May or earlier, depending on the TAT of everyone.

This is a lovely idea. Once we triple our numbers of sig carriers we can make this happen easily Right now it would be a bit unfair since we are so few, and there are established relationships in place. But with 15 of us that would be a different story. Something like a pool for every competition result, managed within the main coinslotty ANN or something towards that line. Will definitely get back to this idea since we will be upgrading the branding as we move up the ladder, thanks for the feedback!

So, for now, the vote was done by our acquisition team, and the following was taken in to account:
#1. The design of the logo, the most important part of the signature
#2. The communication of the USP's, how clearly are they shown
#3. Scaling of the signature, desktop, mobile, different browsers

After careful testing out all the five takes, the team decided to move on with Rat03gopoh's design. There will be some slight color changes, but his sig is the winner of this competition, and the additional $100 were sent to his account right now.

Others did well and I’m happy to report that not even one member took advantage of me, people could have easily applied with a random sig just to collect the $75 and move on, but no one did that. All five applicants had unique approaches and if I would need to repeat the exercise, I would definitely pick out the same members. If you’re looking for someone to design your signature, you will not miss with either one of them.

Let me go over them quickly:

@Jayce - Had the best BB-code logo, you can see that he has experience with this type of services.

@Zwei - Crisp design, loved the creative approach here as well.

As stated in the beginning of the competition, everyone can keep the $75, which is exactly (or a bit more) than everyone asked for in their service threads originally.

I will create an overview of all the avatars and sigs sent over by the guys soon, and then lock the thread. For now I just wanted to announce the winner and send over the money.

You will mostly be working with pre-existing elements designed by our team or imagery from our past projects, with some wiggle-room to show off your own design skills, so there will be more than enough material to work with, it will not be "from scratch"

So far I'm happy with all of the results. One interesting thing that I found out is that almost everyone except the ones with tons of experience struggled with the circular design, it seems like transferring the logo into BB code is the most challenging thing. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to finalizing this soon.

Yes, that's the issue.

Something more sustainable would be a membership module that tracks activity on your site, and the activity can be whatever you want it to be. Comments on existing casinos, operator review requests on a bullet-board or just plain website feedback. The better the activity of a certain user is, the more do they get from the membership. Maybe a point system with rewards or something, but now we're entering extra dev work + building a community around the brand is always a hard thing to do.

So basically you just need someone to install wordpress and install a casino affiliate theme, adjust it so that it meets your design tone that you already have, and no further edits are needed?

If yes, I would recommend @misterrtwisterr or @talkativecoin, I went over their portfolios in my last competition and they both have the skillset for the above.
