I can't for the life of me manage to get 6 x RX480's working on Windows7 with the mod .. Only 5.. Can anyone please help :/
Try 16.7.2 I think thats the only one that might work. It won't work with RX470s. No go.. I can only see 5 GPU's with the 6th card showing an error 42 ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

Having an i5 or faster and 8GB+ of RAM also seems to help.
I can get over 40sol/s on my RX480 in my i7 with 16gb machine. But in my dual core Pentium G3220 with 4GB RAM I only get about 30sol/s per card.
I've also noticed a performance boost by having the card in a 16x PCIe slot instead of 1x PCIe. I would imagine PCIe generation differences also making a difference.
I'm using a Celeron with 4 gb of ram using windows. 42 sols/s all day per RX480

Hotmetal - what miner are you using and what settings? Thanks
Genoil and using -k zec zec zec (that will use close to 6 GB of ram on your GPU)

Firstly I'm going to release fast ZEC miner, not dual. Please don't spam my PM, I don't send/sell pre-release version. As soon as it is ready, I'll make it public. It's a lot of work to create a good miner, I think I will release first version in 2-3 days.
Any guesstimate on what we hopefully see from an RX 480? ZEC I'm doing 42 sols/s per RX480 so my 5 RX480's are doing ~210 sols/s

ETH difficulty dropping...
from 105 to 76
- 27 %
Yup. Everyone moving their hashing power to ZEC.

I planned fix silent army kernel crash on a lot of systems and add NVidia support (I already see near 50sols/s but miner produces wrong results).
@eXtremal: any plans to be able to mine at zec.suprnova.cc etc? Windowns 7 x64 zcashclient-0.2.1 zcashgpuclient_silentarmy.exe crashes out almost immediately after starting. Driver version: non-whql-win7-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.10.1-oct6

Some extremely valuable information in this thread. I'm considering buying 4 cards since the "ETH timebomb" has been effectively pushed back. I'm faced with a choice of 3 cards and could really do with some advice (I live in South Africa so the prices below is what it costs me to buy them here):
$228 - Sapphire rX-470 - Nitro edition - 4Gb Oc $286 - Sapphire rX-470 - Nitro edition - 8Gb Oc $279 - Sapphire rX-480 - Nitro edition - 4Gb
There is so much misinformation online that i was struggling to decide. Power consumption isn't an issue for me as my power at work is free and i have a rather rooftop large solar / PV setup at home so electricity is free at home as well.. Are the 4Gb cards doing to still be able to mine ETH in year from now?
For the life of me I can't decide, any advice?
Edit: When ETH becomes unminable, would the 480's be better cards for mining other coins?

Afaik no one is in "charge" of the Chinese Monero Community yet
Sounds like someone should be, they have all the buying power ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Hello I'm trying to synchronize monero network with blockchain but after 1 day I see still 93000 of 1000000+. How much would take it?
Thank you
At your rate, about 2 weeks.

Where is the mining client for DigiByte? None of the links are working

How about adding some new and unique functionality to minergate? https://minergate.com/calculator/cryptonoteAs is you guys already show which is the best coin to mine. How about enabling automatic coin switching to your miner client? Much in the same way https://ghash.io/ works but for cryptonote coins. Nice idea, thanks. But it has already been done in 5.0 release of Minergate GUI client =) It is called Smart Mining. Ok.. Now how about taking it one step further. Allow you to enter your poloniex API key and when you've mined X coins, sell it on the exchange.

Hmmmmmm So I have a few transactions pending on Bter.. I withdrew 1 UNITY to test and it completed within 20 minutes. I checked SecureAE and nothing. So I checked the NXT ID and somehow I copied a NXT ID that was not mine (I could have sworn I pressed the "copy" button for it- Doesn't explain that it is a valid NXT ID that is not mine)... So I copied the correct NXT ID from my account settings and made another transaction for 1 UNITY and it's been almost 24 hours and still processing in BTER.
I believe theye are doing it manually so will take time. Well.. I transferred around 1.7 BTC worth of Unity to my web wallet on https://wallet.mynxt.infoand its been over 24 hours and nothing.. I'm beginning to think I done something wrong and i'm unsure where on BTER to see if the withdrawl is pending or was sent. :/

When i'm trying to withdraw my Supernet/Unity of BTER, it keeps saying "Invalid Fund Password". It's been quite some time since i've used BTER, could someone please explain what that is / where i get that since every password i've tried under the sun doesnt work.
Thanks!
You have one login password, then one fund password for withdrawing funds. You can go Account > Security settings > Reset Fund Password and it will send to your email once you enter your login password there. You're a legend! Thank you so much..

![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) running some simulations and when we get to ~500 nodes, within a few minutes I am finding a deaddrop address that has the exact distance to ~20 nodes. this is at distance 24, which I believe is about 1/256 of total nodes and with a K factor of 7 even without any special relaxing of distance requirements, the packets will automatically arrive at your IP Are you going to be looking for people to contribute hardware/bandwidth for masternodes?
