Grin Grin Grin Grin uh no one said the price is done falling. All I am saying is if no one dumps and holds on to their coins, maybe, just maybe, the price of zec would be stable til the full block reward. Miners will make as much when the block reward rises to 12.5 as they are now?  Grin Grin Grin you're crazy to make such a bold statement. Considering you haven't factor in the difficulty rising daily nor what effect claymore's miner will have. what do you think is going to happen when claymore comes out with his miner? Making it easier for anyone to point their rigs at whichever coin is most profitable. What do you think people are going to do then? Same thing they are doing now, mine dump, mine dump, til it is not profitable anymore. With no news or app for zec yet, the price will continue to tank.

Claymore seems to be working as he doesn't write anything here. So we should stay tuned ;> but if he wil end miner before price dump below 0.1btc?;>

Yeah I got working miner today but I don't want to release it until I get at least 100h/s on 390, it will take some more time.
You are correct, with such drop in price it seems everyone will mine ETH again when I release ZEC miner Smiley

Just release it Zec will be a very mined coin can't wait Smiley

Claymore,

100 sol/s per 1 x 390 GPU???

a 5x390 rig which can do 150MHs of ETH mining, can do 500 sol/s ZEC mining?

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

@Claymore

is it possible to select the graphic cards which we want to use for mining ?

I want to use one of them for other coins. (Testing the other coin.)

I cannot live, I cannot die, trapped in myself.
Hold my breath as I wish for death. Oh please god, help me !

For AMD cards, set the following environment variables, especially if you have 2GB cards:

GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

WHERE DO I WRITE THESE?

BAT file example:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool *yourpool* -ewal *yourwallet* -epsw *password*

Thats where you put those lines...

Create a .bat file with that inside it. Ummm.......you are a newbie here so I will spell it out.

Create a new text document and paste those setting it in. Then File> Save as>name it something.bat and choose All files in the Save a type field.

OpenCL error - cannot allocate big buffer for DAG. Check readme.txt for possible solutions.
GPU 0, OpenCL error -38 - cannot write buffer for DAG

6970 2gb

with the above
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

2gb card? Is the dag file to big for 2gb cards? You might want to look that up. Will if its not then did you set virtual memory to at least 16gb? Did you read the readme.txt and look at the command codes -gsr 2 -eres and try adding that to your file? hope that helps
