I don't plan to get rich with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Setting that kind of goal seems stupid to me.

One of the issues about Bitcoin's future is privacy. Without privacy there is no freedom. I believe this to be a major flaw.

It is very interesting to me that you folks have been dreaming about this coin to become somehow relevant for years and years. Amazing persistency!
Have you not realized that it is entirely obsolete and dead, though? Why don't you come over and follow actual development and advancement of cryptocurrency?
I warmly invite you! Stop being involved in a grand fail, and step over to the side of the winners! You deserve it.

As far as I understand Cryptohunter is on the forefront of exposing ICO/IPO/you name it-type scam projects.
Good job cryptohunter. 'IOTA' is the latest scheme?
and what did my humble ears hear? *NXT creators involved*? 'Acorn doesn't fall far from the tree, uh.

For whatever coin you shill, be reminded that without privacy there is no freedom.
There is only one cryptocurrency project that really respects PRIVACY, FREEDOM, LIBERTY.
At the end of the day that's what really does matter, indeed.

This needs to be looked into. Why are the mods protecting dukey8? Is there conspiracy? NSA involvement?
Last time I checked the mods were supporting us greatly, and that's to be thankful for. Monero ought to be treated as the VIP, and it is. Bitcointalk admins and Bitcoin core developers aren't blinded by the reality that Monero is Bitcoin's successor. In fact they're embracing it. No need to complain.

Many and still buying. A smart move of yours.

So BCX, seems like you managed to escape up till now.
Ready for the updated DOX to be posted?

As a silent daily reader I'm disappointed and annoyed by the amount of low quality jabbering that has become commonplace here. I'm certainly not the only one.
I have a simple 2 step proposal to make things much better here.
1. Make a new Monero sub-forum, and give it several subcategories such as Economy, Development et cetera. Bitcoin and hence BitcoinTalk may honor its successor by giving it adequate credit. Bitcoin core developers have been expressing their vast interest, high appraisal and optimism for Monero technology. Likewise, the Monero sphere is very happy about Bitcoin's solid performance over the years. There's no competition or beef between the two significant and relevant cryptocurrencies on the planet. Let's show this by opening up an era of stronger cooperation.
2. Limit the altcoin section drastically. No need to censor, but limit. Enforce harsh rules. The vast majority of coins are not important, and only foster hateful discussion that nobody needs. It will also improve the lives of people who're wasting their time and money. Scams like Dash, Shadow, NXT and the likes are becoming more and more obsolete.

You are an idiot for proposing that. It makes absolutely no sense.
|
|
|
Monero is my favorite altcoin!
You're one of the smart ones.
|
|
|
Monero's fungibility and privacy are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's. This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash". Without privacy, there is no freedom.

*omg market forces are doing things on the market*
~BCX~
Monero doesn't benefit from massive liquidity at the moment, nor does a lack thereof affect Monero core development or the ongoing development of any peripheral projects. The success or failure of Monero as a project will not depend on the market capitalisation or the trade volume until Monero has achieved a significant level of utility.Indeed, couldn't have replied better myself. Bitcoin Clown's stark envy cracks me up any day. All of that jealousy simply cause he's sitting on BTC that's going down the drain. Oh well... not my affair

To be 100 times wrong when you speculate future value is not that dramatically wrong in altcoins, but what Moneroman88 usually bla bla bla is never of any importance anyway.
You're fate's shadow or fate's sun, depending on which way you turn, my little man.

Let's all post that we're taking a leave from this forum when we're going.
It's extremely important for the world to be aware of such entirely irrelevant news.

What happened?
~BCX~
You promised something too? what about that? Here we go again, BCX? Fat mouth? Where was the attack you were so proud of? There was nothing, not even a slight anything. Hot air. Please keep it going, loving your entertainment BitcoinEXpress, it's official... you're the grand pussy clown of cryptocurrency and you know it. Monero for the win

I personally don't mind haters or folks who're scared. People are wrong all the time. One simply can't ignore extremely advanced cryptocurrency technology: Monero is exactly what Bitcoin would have liked to be. After all iCEBREAKER absolutely nails it: Monero is what the kids who bought weed on Silkroad thought Bitcoin was. IE: encrypted internet money.
'nuff said.
|
|
|
100% agreeing with iCEBREAKER.
Bring it on, $0.26... everything under $1, I'm buying $1k worth of such dirt cheap XMR every single day until I run out of FIAT reserves.
|
|
|
Monero at $0.24, are you folks insane? Almost free.
This is the chance of a lifetime to become wealthy. Anyone who isn't buying these up... thank me later for my suggestion. Buy Monero for 0.24$/XMR now and enjoy 500$+/XMR in the future. Monero is here to stay, whilst Bitcoin's future is uncertain.
There is a bright, bright future for Monero.
