какую именно ошибку выдало?
При попытке пополнить карту с баланса - LOAD CARD. Выскочило всплывающее окно об необходимости верифицироваться, хотя у меня аккаунт верифицирован. Первый раз сообщение выскочило, потом нет.
В конце концов, с 5го или 6го раза мне удалось пополнить карту. Но одно дело делать попытки внутри аккаунта, другое вывод с PayPal. Второй попытки не будет, если деньги не зайдут на карту с первого раза и вы их вернете в РР, то большая вероятность лока РР.
 Не могли бы вы пояснить процедуру, если к примеру аккаунт не верифицирован и поступили деньги с РР, то вы отправите платеж обратно в РР или запросите верификацию? Или такая ситуация, делаю первый вывод с РР 400$, в РР отразилось что деньги ушли, через два дня делаю второй 400$. Но бывает такое, что РР может отправить эти два вывода в один день и тогда на карту поступит 400 + 400 в один день, при лимите в 500. Какой алгоритм в этом случае?
Еще вопрос, процедура верификации для пополнения с РР это требование банка или ваше? Если на сайте e-coin.io у меня аккаунт верифицирован это видит банк эмитент карты или нужно еще что то делать?

Требование верификации для пополнения с PP (и другими сервисами) - это требование банка, не наше.

Верификацию документов производит банк - верификация для пользования биткойн-кошельком не требуется, она требуется для повышения лимитов карты и увеличения количества возможных вариантов пополнения, и это требование, налагаемое на банк. Мы лишь обеспечиваем безопасную передачу ваших документов банку. Если у нас на сайте ваш аккаунт верифицирован, то он изначально верифицирован банком.

На всякий случай, напомните (лучше в PM) ваш зарегистрированный емэйл - уточним, вдруг, и правда, где-то случилась несостыковка.

По процедуре: если аккаунт не верифицирован, банк берет сумму, пришедшую через PP, на холд до верификации аккаунта, после чего она будет зачислена.

По частоте загрузок: тут сложно сказать, наверно лучше не "частить", чтобы не рисковать.

normally it's the bank that blocks the account based on some suspicious activity.
we may block the account from our side, but that's a very rare case - only where there's been gross misconduct from the user's side. again, this is very rare.

even if the account is blocked, nothing stops the user from sending an e-mail to support@wirexapp.com

They've imposed a account verification for paypal withdrawal without any notice or warning or e-email. . You won't find any notice or warning about it on the website, even now. This kind of changes must be notified to users. But they keep it silent untill someone writes a support ticket.


PS: Solve your propblems and notify your users. Place warning on your website. It's very easy to let people know about you new rules and conditions






a) this was communicated via various channels (twitter, fb, etc). The e-mail you mention is a notification, too - repeated one.
b) The limitation imposed is NOT OUR limitation, it's the bank's. If we did impose something like that ourselves, of course, there would have been an advance pre-warning

Давно не пользовался данным сервисом - задолбало переписываться с саппортом по каждой подвисшей транзе.
Тут на почту письмо свалилось - пополнение карты, возможно только верифицированным аккаунтам.
Замечательно, у меня ак верифицирован, думаю может убрали баги и можно нормально работать.
Захожу, пытаюсь пополнить карту с баланса ecoin, мне вываливает сообщение - вы не можите попольнить пока не верифицируетесь. Пиз..ц.
Это не сервис - это сплошной баг.

о каком пополнении ведете речь? пополнение биткойнами (и альткойнами) было и есть возможно для любых аккаунтов - необязательно верифицированных.
в письме речь о пополнении через пейпал, банковским переводом и другими электронными сервисами.

Hello, I got the exact same problem. I tried to load my card with 1.26 btc, I got an e-mail saying the withdraw failed, I opened a support ticket with the ref. number I got but nobody replied.

I need the money asap so maybe someone can help me!

So they close my ticket from today saying they merged it into a ticket from 2 days ago but still don't bother to reply on that ticket

This is some terrible support and as a new user I am not happy with this site at all.

It's a bit surprising that the OP hasn't replied to any user here for a while and as far as I know you aren't the first one.
They have closed many accounts recently and I think that the bank that they incorporate has made this so it is a bit messy to solve this.

what is the number of the ticket in question?

indeed, there are cases we are unable to resolve the issues ourselves (when those are related to the issuing bank, not to E-Coin/Wirex service itself) and have to wait for the bank to reply - sometimes it takes longer than expected

Do every Bitcoin debit card issuers have set limits for their users? I mean not daily or monthly limits but something like "lifetime"limits?  I have Xapo card and I'm considering to take maybe another one from different issuer but so far  I haven't faced something like this type of limit.
I don't think just getting another card or two from them will solve your problems if they are going to be in the same name or linked to the same address.
Most cards i know of have daily/monthly limits that will increase overtime as you need them to, most will do it pretty much straight away to if you just ask them to.

if you verify your account with Wirex, you card/s will not have any lifetime limits

So don't advice anyone withdraw money from paypal to ecoin card because ecoin/wirex ugly, scammer company which never protect their users. They also don't have any contact phone.

You are WRONG in every statement and accusation you are making - accounts have to be verified in order for PayPal loads to be enabled, otherwise, the BANK (not E-Coin or Wirex!!) blocks the amount until the account is verified - this is a compliance security practice.

This is a relatively recent change, but has been communicated via various channels - if you failed to read it, doesn't mean you have the right to blame anyone.

I got money from paypal. When i try to buy Bitcoin i get this message:

Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted

It's new way to hold users money? You have so many issues. horrible service!!!!

mate, before accusing anyone, please, try to make sure you have all the information and the grounds to do so.

PayPal card loads only work for verified accounts (recent security rule from the card issuer), if you had tried loading an unverified card, the bank (not e-coin!!) will block the amount until the account is verified.

I try to transfer from my card to bitcoin but get a message saying card is blocked by the bank. Email support on Sunday but still no reply. The money on the card was from a betting site, what do I do?

did it get resolved? if not, what's the ticket number / registered e-mail?

cards can be blocked by the bank if they notice any suspicious activity. with the latest security updates, if your account is not verified, you can only load the card via bitcoin or altcoins, not via PayPal, bank transfer or other methods.

Helloo I have had a good service so far with wirex card but today i tried to move money from my wirex bitcoin wallet to my wirex debit card and it said the confirmation that it went through, then i received an email saying my withdrawal has failed i should contact customer services. But i looked back in my wirex bitcoin wallet and the money is not there either.. so its not on my card and not in my wallet where has my money disappeared to?
 I tried to load £331,

I emailed you but i haven't had any response just an auto message

yes, it is possible. It may not be a straightforward process to verify their accounts in case all the bills for the address are in your name, but hopefully your mother and sister could provide some alternative documents for address proof. Or, if you don't expect them to be reaching the limits for unverified accounts, can do without verification

if a card is blocked, it's blocked by the issuing bank, not by E-Coin. In most cases there is a good reason for that, although sometimes there could be a misunderstanding on the bank's part.

You need to contact support@e-coin.io so that we address the issue to the bank


if the card is blocked .. why still loaded, and still receive btc/usd load ??

im using this card just for withdraw from atms .. and i don't think that i made any mistake made this card blocked.

will have it checked. It may take some time to get the explanation from the bank.  (by the way, your friend did contact support via ticket - we would never deprive a user from that right, unless that user has proven to be a crook)

That said, don't see why or how you should link the block of the account by the bank with E-Coin being scam - in fact, it's quite the opposite, if an account is blocked by the bank, unless by mistake, it indicates that the card holder may have done something wrong so that the bank has the grounds to suspect some wrongdoings..

its better not to use their service yet before we see there are any update from E-coin Wirex because we don't want to get scam by that site. there are many service like this and we can use the other for the best option. i hope its only for maintenance on the website and finally we can see their service can back normal like before.

guys, why make strong statements based on nothing? If you have doubts and don't trust the service itself, do your own search, check the media, look for information, analyse it, then jump to conclusions

this may be due to the blockchain fee which fluctuates depending on the overall load of the blockchain - we don't have any control over it.

If a transfer doesn't go through you are not charged any fee

Alot of complaints have gone out now about this site.
I think this has happened because they accepted in  dealing with paypal payments from various sources.
Have any of the problems in the past week been resolved yet?
I was going to sign up for a card but then when I saw the issues the others have been having with wirexapp withdrawals I thought other wise. Undecided

any similar card will have issues every now and then - it's a very young technology, and occasional hiccups are inevitable.

You can try a free virtual card from Wirex (when you install the Wirex app, you get the 1st virtual card free of charge) and give it a try - there is nothing to lose

You say there is nothing to lose but when trying to load money from my balance on to a card my money has disappeared. 24 hours its been. Looking around it seems lots of people having this problem and not wirex not doing much to help.

minor technical issues happen - not denying that. No money ever disappears though, it may just not be reflected correctly. All such mistakes are always corrected, and if you had no help for some time, it was just a very busy time for the support team, apologies for that
