sorry if I caused any confusion. yes the casinos are
individual casinos
seperate websites (own domains)
different design
Right.

but same community and players cause they need to register with Moneypot.com
same Bank Roll
same Faucet
same Provably Fair
Right.

what I mean is that you can't praise BetterBets that they have invest option, faucet and provably fair and our casino (or also the others) are only provably fair
Why not?

It doesn't matter how it is achieved; if a casino has provable fairness I will praise it for that. What's the problem with this?

I'm trying to think of something to compare your argument to, to give you a better understanding of what you're trying to convey... It's like saying that I can't praise a site for using HTTPS because they didn't invent the SSL technology. It's like saying I can't say a casino's web design is user-friendly if they used a CSS framework like Bootstrap. It's like saying I can't say a website is fast if they use a CDN like Amazon S3 or CloudFlare. It's a complete non-argument.

Do you understand?

It's not like I haven't mentioned in the review that they use Moneypot's technology, either. Although it wouldn't change anything if I didn't.

but we have also invest option and faucet because all is delivered by Moneypot.com
Great.

@TheBitcoinStrip.com

as I see you answered now 2 other postings after mine I need to ask you if you are ignoring my posting?

What's up, man?

please read the link in above posting. your description of almost all Moneypot apps are wrong and it would be very much appreciated if you could correct those mistakes.

thx

I don't quite understand the post. Is the problem that "faucet" should be "Yes" for all of those?

please let me explain. all those casinos are powered by Moneypot.com that means all are using same  Bank Roll, same faucet and Moneypot Provably Fair option. so all those options should be shown for all the casinos I mentioned cause they are all powered by Moneypot

investDice is disabled and should not be on your list

regarding our casino I would invite you to visit our casino so you can see the difference to the jackpotracer you advertised there.

thank you again for the good work and I hope I could explain it now better and in case that not please feel free to ask

thx

Oh, yeah. I understand that all these casinos are powered by moneypot so they use a shared bankroll and all that, but currently the software treats them as individual casinos, so the details may not always be exactly the same all the time. I don't see it as an important issue though, so I'm just going to leave it. It would require some big code changes to synchronise them all.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention though. Smiley I'll update the info soon.

thank you for the understanding. I fully understand that if it is a lot of coding involved that you cant do it maybe that soon but to be frank that you don't see it as much important that does not mean that we see it same Smiley

for us it is yes very important that users don't get the wrong picture about all those casinos and especially about our casino. maybe those other casinos don't care that much as we so we would appreciate if you can't change as you said in near future the code and output  please delete our casino (jackpotracer.com) from your list

thx

I'm a bit confused. What do you see as the big issue exactly? The casinos are still individual casinos with seperate websites, communities, designs, games, etc. The only similarity is that they share the same bankroll because of the fact that they are powered by the Moneypot framework. What's the problem?

364  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will Bitcoin casinos be more popular than regular online casinos by 2020? on: June 27, 2016, 03:12:26 PM
----snipped-----
With Bitcoin on the rise (over $650/BTC now!) and at least 3 BTC being wagered per minute across crypto-casinos (that's about $3 million per day)
---snipped---
I haven't seen this type of data before, 3 BTC per minute is huge considering bitcoin casinos have only started few years ago compared to fiat which exist from decades and centuries. I also think bitcoin will be good option for gamblers and one another field for bitcoin could be sex industry including sextoys, adult materials etc. Paying anonymously will be key feature of bitcoin over credit card payments in this sectors.

You can view the data here: https://thebitcoinstrip.com/stats/2015-06-30-to-2016-06-28. At that only includes the casinos which I crawl -- so it's an absolute bare minimum. Tongue

368  Economy / Gambling / Will Bitcoin casinos be more popular than regular online casinos by 2020? on: June 27, 2016, 07:17:43 AM
I just published a new blog post on how Bitcoin is changing online gambling and it got me thinking: will Bitcoin casinos overtake regular casinos in the future?

With Bitcoin on the rise (over $650/BTC now!) and at least 3 BTC being wagered per minute across crypto-casinos (that's about $3 million per day) and the countless benefits that cryptography brings to gambling, I think it will. Bitcoin is the perfect companion for online gambling, bringing instant transactions and trustless fairness to an industry where the norm is slow deposits/withdrawals and offshore shady companies.

What do you guys think?

For a list of Bitcoin casinos with faucets, you can go to https://thebitcoinstrip.com/ and check "faucet" under the filters.
370  Economy / Gambling / Re: want some information on: June 26, 2016, 06:46:04 PM
There are no casinos that accept PayPal. PayPal does not allow it.
371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: June 26, 2016, 06:44:11 PM
https://thebitcoinstrip.com/stats/2016-06-13-to-2016-06-27

The average bet size is aprox. 0.00011236 BTC at the moment. Roughly 7 USD cents.

TheBitcoinStrip is a massive directory of Bitcoin casino reviews, stats and info.

We just published a new blog post: https://thebitcoinstrip.com/blog/how-bitcoin-is-changing-online-gambling.html
373  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin casino statistics & trends for players & investors - TheBitcoinStrip.com on: June 25, 2016, 10:53:48 AM
How come eh casinoes have such different returns ? One is 2.4% one is 35% and one is 100% these are all with 1x Kelly. How come its so different ? Can I really make 100% ? Is the calculator I used right ?

Under-funded casinos with disproportionate turnover are the most attractive to invest in. Every casino has a different size bankroll and a varying volume, so the return is different for each.
374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make a good amount with 0.01BTC? on: June 23, 2016, 07:02:53 PM
There is no such thing as a safe gambling strategy, at all.

You have greater odds of winning a large amount if you make a few risky bets, as opposed to many low-risk bets.

Find a casino with a low house edge and try your luck there. This page has a list of casinos with the lowest house edges.

Really great site, but I don't understand why you're doing these reviews. Detailed reviews like yours cost a bunch. Is there any vested interest in these certain gambling sites?

I take commission from casino affiliate programs to pay for expenses.

Will you include crypto-games in statistics and update the review/feautures we offer? Also stats are not updating, but it shows it was updated 10 minutes ago.

I fixed the stats. I noticed you updated the website. Would you like us to review it again? :-)
379  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin casino statistics & trends for players & investors - TheBitcoinStrip.com on: June 23, 2016, 06:49:35 AM
I think you need to update the statistics on your site, as I see it is not up to date. For example, luckyb.it total wagered is in fact more than 100k btc wagered but on your site is only 71k btc wagered. Too big differences imo, I think it is because you made this site since few months ago and just launched it now without updating the statistics.

Luckybit stats are four months off. I'll fix the crawler for that soon.

I didn't make this site a few months ago... It has been alive and collecting data every 30 minutes since late 2014.

Are you sure stats are correct? The 351 bets per second (for all casinos) is off, MoneyPot alone does over 100 bets a second (and I'm sure PD does at the very least a similar # of bets per second).

Edit:  The leaderboard is also off, BetterBets is being excluded from weekly/monthly wagered.

2nd Edit: I see you are adding it currently.

Awesome review site by the way, very user friendly, also nice to see stats on other casinos outside of the ~10 or so on dicesites Smiley

Thanks for the feedback. The statistics are correct, but they don't include casinos that don't report their statistics, or any casinos that aren't listed on the strip.

I always loved this site.... We tried contacting the original owner a while ago to update CasinoBitco.in to "BitcoinRush.io"  as we rebranded in 2015 but it never panned out... maybe we can try again Wink

I will add it. :-) Thanks for the feedback.
