Regarding making algo CPU only.

Reason why I didn't make it CPU only is because in a few days or weeks somebody would of came up with a GPU miner anyways. Its not that difficult to make a CPU only coin into GPU. Then it wouldn't be fair because 99% of us would of been mining with CPUs and getting 10% of the rewards while 1% of the individuals would of been mining with an unreleased GPU miner getting 90% of the rewards.

I made a pascal build of the latest alexis opensource.( Oct 28, 2016) (DECRED)

I get 3.1GHASH on the gtx 1070 with max oc. But it trottle down to 2.9-3

These are hundreds of GPUs, something tells me that some of these people mistook Pascal Lite for the original Pascal Coin because I am really surprised how much hashpower is going into this coin when there is no exchange out for it yet. Huge speculation on their part.
