The mechanics of offshoring their assets eludes me. It looks like they were going to use some strategy involving Buttercoin, then Buttercoin dropped their account because they're not rachet, so IDK. The only other institution I've found mentioned is Express Coin, so maybe they ended up using them to sell their BTC and deposit funds in an account in some other country.

Edit: Buckeye2015 answered the offshore logistics question in rather grandiose fashion. Kudos.

How do you know mordica said he was expensive? I ask because the strategy for shuffling funds off shore w/out taxes was to use a non-profit front and it's kind of interesting that mordica suddenly is running a non-profit.
362  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 15, 2015, 08:44:43 PM

No idea then. Maybe it will surface again somewhere, hopefully with a last name attached.

Leo Iruke. Houston area attorney specializing in international law. Associate of Marshall Long. They didn't use him because, as Mordica put it, "Leo is to expensive."

Here's his profile in Texas: http://www.texasbar.com/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Find_A_Lawyer&template=/Customsource/MemberDirectory/MemberDirectoryDetail.cfm&ContactID=301536

His firm is: Empire Law Firm Pllc

Hashtalk mods must be working overtime or something...

Over a dozen pages of email leaks and not one peep over there. Wonder if they've locked out all that "questionable" posters and have promised XPY to the good posters or something?

This is almost a TwilightZone level of freaky how there is no response over there.

Dec 23, 2014 - Stacey Tenen stac@CryptoConsultants.info Advising Garza on how to herd the masses and take advantage of the "bad trolls" to cause investors to HODL and buy... This woman needs to be included in the scum pile.

Quote
So, just to recap - I can take liberties with what I write that you can't, for obvious reasons. As such, we do a good job of demonizing trolls, but to date we really haven’t taken much advantage of using what they represent to motivate our community, until now. Yes, we will engage and fight them, but do we look at them as a united front looking to do us harm? We should. The US and Soviet Union carried on a 'cold war’ for forty years by pitting each 'community' against the other to attain certain ends. In this case we want to motivate our community to use their coins in such a way as to thwart the ends of the 'enemy’ trolls. I can blow the trumpet and call the community to arms - probably better you don't - but don't discourage it either. Ultimately, the important thing is we need people to be less concentrated on the 29th and think about better things to do with their coins than to ROI 500% on day one and go away.

Of course, this is just the table setter. We will have some time to judge the community's reaction to this and adjust strategy as necessary - also allows you to come in with some cold hard facts instead of explaining why you have to make adjustments in the short term (if necessary)…

I think, mainly, this hits the tone you want to set and starts the ball rolling on managing expectations. It's easy to go from what I've written here to what you want to do which is to either head off a big Dec 29th selloff, or ramp up the price over time (if necessary). You can always claim that the initial price offering was lowered to cope with 'external, malicious actors’ trying to eat up the CAF on day one.

Your file size is right. I'm on a Mac, and I just did 'open GAWgate.zip'. The default extraction program did the job.

Edit: Oh, I see, you're on Windows, and you're wondering if some peculiarity of Mac compression is at play. Maybe. I'd try different extraction programs until one works.

Can you post the individual mbox files somewhere for download? How big did they expand out to?

If Josh was smart he would on his way to UAE right now as he is SCREWED!

I suspect the people he has pissed off and the agencies that are interested in him, that part of the world is one of the more dangerous....

rendition isn't hard apparently

Wonder if he's on a no-fly list yet?  He was linked to people listed as funders of terrorism in the SEC document. Is there any site where you can check if you're on the no-fly lists?

Remember: Secure Infromation is Power!

That's the funniest part... guy got hooked up with a scammer that can't even manage to secure his website... wonder if they're behind the mega dumps?

So the choice is yours:

All we’re asking is for our money back. Dollar for dollar. Not a penny extra. We will release all claims and let you go on with your business. Completely confidential.

To be exact $98,720 USD

Other option will be you & many others in your company going to jail. And then your assets personal and corporate will be sold and we’ll get our money back either way.

This by NO MEAN is a threat or extortion or with any intent to coerce you to pay money we don’t deserve.

I guess he settled?  So much for completely confidential, huh?  Now that we have this little tid bit perhaps a non-crypto news organization needs to be contacted...

Well, also send a link to GSA.gov ... they handle registration of government contractors on the gsa schedule. Bet they'd like to know that their encryption providers are cool with defrauding citizens so long as they get their money back out of it.  ... heck send it to PR contacts for the FBI and CIA since the guy is giving them such a nice image!

Dear Josh

I’m sorry to hear that reply. It is the wrong reply.

Let me 1st answer your statements and then tell you where we’re heading from here.

1st, the fact you bought “some” XPY for a split second at $20 is not relevant. Your statement didn’t say you’ll buy “some” XPY for $20 or “part” XPY or for a “limited time” . See attached. It is as clear as the sun.

2nd a buyback of $20 valuation over 20-30 years ? is this a joke ? your statement says “THE SECOND” paybase opened not in installment over 20 years. Do you know the difference between FV & PV ?

3rd There is no uphill battle to show anything. Why would we sell XPY for ANY amount less than $20 when you promised it will be purchased at $20 when paybase opens ? don’t make any sense.

LET ME MAKE THIS SIMPLE AND CLEAR.

This is NOT a civil dispute between 2 companies, yours & mine. This was a CIMINAL act of FRAUD & GRAND THEFT.

This is NOT going to go down any road you know. We’re a USA federal government contractor serving the federal government for over 18 years. FBI & other federal agencies are our clients.

So let me tell you where the difference is from what you’ve experienced so far.

You can tell HT users, the media & others all kind of stories. You CAN’T tell the FBI.

When the FBI ask you to show where the $100 MILLION USD CAF funds are you cant tell them its “confidential” – they will confiscate all computers and documents and see there was no $100 million USD CAF.

Criminal Violation #1. fraud punishable by up to 20 years on Jail.

When the FBI ask you to show them that you spent the $100 MILLION upon opening of paybase to support the $20 and you will be able to show them only a measly 500k at best it will be

Criminal violation number 2. Fraud & Grand Theft. Punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

When the FBI interview each and every one of your employees, consultants & executives under oath for potential perjury how many of them will be willing to go to jail for you ?

Criminal Violation Number 3. Perjury. Punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

When the FBI ask you who were the “thousands” of merchants to accept XPY upon launch you won’t be able to tell them the same stories you tell on HT. hard facts you cant prove.

Criminal Violation number 4. Fraud. Punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

The FBI will ask you what happened to the HASHLETS that were purchased for over 100 million USD and were supposed to “never expire always profitable yours forever” that ceased to operate when BTC is still profitable.

Criminal Violation number 5. Fraud. Punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

As hashlets were NOT actual machines they are derivatives and therefore securities. HUGE SEC Violation.

Criminal Violation number 6. Securities fraud. Punishable by up to 25 years in prison.

There is NOTHING you can tell them to make them a believer. Only facts:

Show them $100 million USD CAF (we have all your statements to the media about it)

Show them how much money you put in to purchase XPY

Show them all your XPY wallets

Show them all your bank statements

Show them receipts for purchasing all the equipment you’ve claimed you operated

Josh. You have defrauded dozens of thousands of investors of dozens of millions of USD and managed to get away with it with all of them.

Except we’re not one of them. Our board included people up to the retired director of the CIA and many others from the federal government and military (retired)

This is where it all ends.

Everybody else is willing to accept your stories and you’re able to get away clean. If you don’t settle this it will all collapse.

WHY ?

If you don’t settle this bit Thursday 3/5/2015 midnight it will NOT only be us complaining to the FBI, DA, Police, SEC & the whole MEDIA. Its will be EVERYBODY that ever invested and got stung by you.

This WEB SITE will go live on Thursday midnight PST:

http://gawlawsuit.com/gaw.html

we will have EACH AND EVERY hurt party send the forms to the FBI
we will have EACH AND EVERY hurt party send the forms to the DA
we will have EACH AND EVERY hurt party send the forms to the Police
we will have EACH AND EVERY hurt party send the forms to the SEC

there will be hundreds if not thousands of claims filed with each of those law enforcement agencies.

And then there will be the class action lawsuit. Not for our 100k, but for the $100 million USD you stole from everybody.

We were criminally defrauded. We want our money back.

And Mr. McLain is an amazing attorney but he’s a civil attorney. You need to hire a criminal attorney if you’re going donw this path, which will cost you much more than you’ve defrauded from us.

The choice is yours.

If you wish to settle this please reply to me.  otherwise you DON’T need to.

On Thursday 3/5/2015 the deadline will expire and we will take the steps here without further warning.

Good day to you sir

Saul,

As disappointed as I am on the way you guys have chosen to approach this (two different attorneys have looked at your emails and were astounded in they way you guys handle things), I am still trying to act in good faith.

I want to let you know a few things before we head to far down this road. As we already have before.

We have documented evidence that we did buy Paycoins for the stated amount (some even more). Notice that the statement did not say we doing buy every one in existence. Just that we would buy them, and we did.

It's an uphill battle to both make the argument that you even lost to begin with, as our company will be able to show examples where you could have sold for far more than you paid.

In addition to the fact that we did exactly what we said we would ($20), and we can show that.

Finally, we have the honors program coming, which you have an opportunity to wait for.

I am not looking to argue with you, so if that's your intent, don't bother. I just want you to know that despite what the Internet says, we are well equipped to deal with defending this, and have been 100% successful.

Josh

Hello all,
Sorry to interrupt all the fun.
I am currently working through the charge back option (Hashlets) and was wondering if anyone has a link to the archived TOS/Product advertisements already assembled for this purpose.
 Thank you and it's appreciated.
 Now back to the fun...

From the earlier linked PDF file ref: off shore operations:

Quote
6. Dubai has strong client confidentiality laws and refuses to exchange information with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation
and Development (OECD). If properly-structured (introducing a US Based Charity Feeder Organization, Coupled with Dubai
Freezone Base of Operation), GAW's Dubai company formation consideration would be a perfect way secure profits without paying
local corporation tax, and dramatically reducing personal/corporate taxes for GAW, using the proper precautions and LLC pass
through elements. [...]

Timing and Considerations: Dubai require some specific steps in order to form the aforementioned structure. GAW is advised to
form a US company and a Nominee Director will be appointed from our organizational network. The nominee director will require a
POA legalized by the U.A.E Embassy in US, and then couriered to Dubai. This way GAW will have an additional holding company in
US that will own your Dubai entity and you will not need to the a legalized POA yourself. This US Corporate entity could in theory be
a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, which is a recommended pre-incorporation strategy, if feasible. After which the FZ-LLC is formed,
as a separate legal entity, with shareholders as individuals and/or entities. Each FZ-LLC is required to have at least one director. There
is a minimum paid up capital requirement of AED 50,000.

Well, well, well... now those non-profits make a lot more sense... don't they.

For those that hate unidentified links... it's a pdf file from approx Nov 10, 2014 providing professional advice on how to avoid taxes and regulations... explains why Garza is creating a dubia company... and gives an option of garza surrendering US citizenship. So, yup, he is working on a process of hitting the road.
373  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 15, 2015, 05:23:25 AM
I'm just a lurker really, but I wanted to say this: I'm pretty uncomfortable with posting personal stuff that does not have anything to do with GAW or Paycoin or anything. If Jessica Garza was unhappy for some non-XPY, non-GAW-related reason, I don't see why what she imagined were private emails about her unhappiness have to be plastered all over the internet.

It's hard to read about what Josh Garza has done to his investors without thinking: does it never cross his mind that these are real people? It's similarly hard to read this without thinking the same thing.

If nothing else, his kids will one day be able to read this, and the internet is forever. They will already have to deal with what their Dad did. I can't see how adding all this stuff will help.

Relurking now.

I have to agree with this, strickly for the reason that I would hate to see anyone have a legal edge to cause this thread to be deleted or removed. Maybe some clean up is in order. There was a NSFW image linked that I think we could do without. And, if we don't go down those other 'personal life' bunny holes any more, then that would probably do. As it stands, since no one here actually stole the files and all the GAW / Paycoin stuff is relevant to this web site, it would take some wrangling for the thread to get killed (because it was garza's own lack of security that led to the exposure of the emails)... but, if we start filling pages and pages with stuff about his *shudder* sex life... that gives grounds for complaints.

Anyone have a real torrent? And Juliettes photo?

Here name is Juliette Dunlevy and she's apparently a terrible mother:

http://www.wfsb.com/story/26174586/mother-of-chid-left-in-car-speaks-out

And no, I'm not making this up. This shit is too crazy to be real, but it's real.

Edit:

She's the mother of the child that was left in the car. But, the child was left in the car by the daycare provider, NOT Dunlevy.

Be watching bitsofnews.net, just completed a major interview with garza.  Just need to wait on one guy to send me a few documents for proof

Did he know about this email dump?  Is he shitting bricks?
376  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 14, 2015, 11:57:44 PM

So everyone's investment is going to take a small hit because of this.

translation:

I need some money so this is a great excuse for me to dump some shitcoins on you GAWtards.  (evil laugh)

Yeah... I think he's hoping for vengeance buying and... as sick as it is to watch... they do go out and buy more to support their 'dear leader'.... at this point, he shouldn't need to search for places to buy sheep skin covers for that car.. he's got to have fleece rolling out of his second story windows by now.

So everyone's investment is going to take a small hit because of this.

We need real leaders if we ever want Paycoin to grow.

Hmmm.... guess that little electric bill fiasco drove the price up... right? And, all this "get back at me" stuff... WTF? In FEB the emails say he wanted out, then in March, HE signed an agreement to shut everything down... now, all of a sudden he wants to run the stuff again?

XPY seems ideal for micropayments Smiley

XPY is a mess and should probably go the way of the dodo.

It's irredeemable, and GAW/Josh Garza need to be held to account.

Now wait a minute... once XPY=1 satoshi... aren't we into quantum level micro-payments... but, I guess, then it becomes an ethical issue of do you spend that much electricity to pass around the equiv of a photon's worth of currency.

Edited: Of course, once XPY goes quantum... then garza won't have so much trouble with the 'it was here'... 'no, it was there' issue that he's having.
380  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 14, 2015, 11:04:59 PM
I was thinking it would be possible to combine paycoin (or bitcoin nodes) with mailservers so that Paycoin could become a postage stamp system for the delivery of email.  with charges going to mailservers and recipients.  XPY seems ideal for micropayments Smiley

Um... I don't currently pay for email delivery (beyond my basic internet access and, of course, the fact that they archive off everything I've ever sent so they can market me)... so you really think people are going to start paying to be marketed to on top of that? Also, if you want micropayments, why not just use bitcoin?
