I think that site is a scam
Site is a scam or not , i dont know but she doesnot own the website , and also she is a scammer , she will show u blockchain txid 15 btc and ask u to send her lol  and i am 100% she doesnot own the website either  so stay away and if possible report her and save others  thanks Site is probably a scam too, because this scammer owns it. I've received an email from support@rchange.net as a proof. as per my information , site is not owned by her , and these kind of emails can be easily created to scam someone , these are called the secondry emails, and can be created with any software etc |

At 02:16:51 AM we agreed a transaction of 2 Bitcoins.
I paid the Exchange Current + 5% and he was willing to send me the Btc right after he got the funds.
Now i saw him online for a while and was waiting for any response.
Since he seemed to feel unsave i just openend a conflict and closed it again.
Now he is offline and I am waiting still for the Btc.
So i asume he opened the Thread since he wanted to see if he can keep my Money or not!
Even offered to cancle the Trade.
Seems like i have to call Paypal and the police and avoid doing transactions with paypal...

Said that your account got hacked, but you control it now and can verify it. I once got scammed like this and charged back without any doubts. I called them because of the transaction and told them to check the IP, but they said that they can't. I'm 100% sure they won't check for IP. Anyways I'm a little bit busy with reseting passwords from my old wallets, so I won't probably reply here anymore. My buddy , it could be a mistake , but this is the rear case i have been using paypal since 2010 and i know all abt them , they are famous for limiting accounts , and ip is the way for them to catch scammers so its a easy thing for them |

I wouldn't accept PayPal payments from people who don't have any or low trust here. It's a classic scam that's happened many times: buyer gets the bitcoins, and then files a chargeback with PayPal. Doesn't matter if it's paid through Goods and Services or Friends and Family. Lots of people seem to think that F&F payments aren't reversible, but I've heard of F&F transfers being reversed after the sender claims that their account was hacked. Well you can open a conflict and close it again.
Once closed It's not possible to open a conflict again tho.

That is a lie. It can be opened again with a phone call to Paypal. It's been done before MANY times. Was going to mention this as well. It might be a little harder to open a dispute a second time but it's very doable. You could do that if you appeal paypal that the buyer forced u to close the dispute as he was going to pay me or going to send my product |

Yes it is reversible, never sell bitcoin for paypal. The owner can just file a claim and get the payment reversed.
Question for you. What reason do they normally give paypal as the reason? i would also want to know this is there a way to hold the ammount for a certain ammount of days till they pass then be safe of charge back? Keep away from that site, and that user. Never deal with paypal when it comes to bitcoin.
