I think that site is a scam

Site is a scam or not , i dont know but she doesnot own the website , and also she is a scammer , she will show u blockchain txid 15 btc and ask u to send her lol Tongue and i am 100% she doesnot own the website either Wink so stay away and if possible report her and save others Smiley

thanks

Site is probably a scam too, because this scammer owns it. I've received an email from support@rchange.net as a proof.
as per my information , site is not owned by her , and these kind of emails can be easily created to scam someone , these are called the secondry emails, and can be created with any software etc

Wow now I see you offline -Lux-
Just wanna make it open so everyone can read it too.
At 02:16:51 AM we agreed a transaction of 2 Bitcoins.
I paid the Exchange Current + 5% and he was willing to send me the Btc right after he got the funds.
Now i saw him online for a while and was waiting for any response.
Since he seemed to feel unsave i just openend a conflict and closed it again.
Now he is offline and I am waiting still for the Btc.
So i asume he opened the Thread since he wanted to see if he can keep my Money or not!

Even offered to cancle the Trade.

Seems like i have to call Paypal and the police and avoid doing transactions with paypal...
It's a sad start in the Bitcoin world..
Did you paid him paypal??? without using any escrow?
and did you paid him friend and family or via services?

Well i am pretty new in this scene and tried to get a step into the bitcoin world, since i think it's a great investment.
And yes I Paid him.. And I am so stupid to even close the conflict to recieve the btc.

Could I get an introduction what i have to say to paypal?
Since even he is online again there is no reaction at all..

Said that your account got hacked, but you control it now and can verify it. I once got scammed like this and charged back without any doubts. Never, but NEVER say them that you wanted to buy Bitcoin, if you want your money back.. If you make it up like a hack, I'm sure you will get the money back. Good luck buddy Smiley
He should not say his account was hacked ,paypal is not stupid and they can check the running ip on the account and they can easily verify whether its the real owner or not Smiley

so just tell them above what i said Wink and hope he will get the funds back Smiley

I would actually say that they are stupid. I called them because of the transaction and told them to check the IP, but they said that they can't. I'm 100% sure they won't check for IP. Anyways I'm a little bit busy with reseting passwords from my old wallets, so I won't probably reply here anymore.
My buddy , it could be a mistake , but this is the rear case i have been using paypal since 2010 and i know all abt them , they are famous for limiting accounts , and ip is the way for them to catch scammers Smiley
so its a easy thing for them Smiley

You dont need to mention the name of exchange , just tell them ,you paid him for a service and after taking the funds he disappeared , and i sent him numerous emails but no reply at all ,and ask them for opening a dispute on his account , and demand for the full refund , and again sorry about your loss

I wouldn't accept PayPal payments from people who don't have any or low trust here. It's a classic scam that's happened many times: buyer gets the bitcoins, and then files a chargeback with PayPal. Doesn't matter if it's paid through Goods and Services or Friends and Family. Lots of people seem to think that F&F payments aren't reversible, but I've heard of F&F transfers being reversed after the sender claims that their account was hacked.

Well you can open a conflict and close it again.
Once closed It's not possible to open a conflict again tho.

EDIT: The buyer have to do so

That is a lie. It can be opened again with a phone call to Paypal. It's been done before MANY times.
Was going to mention this as well. It might be a little harder to open a dispute a second time but it's very doable.
You could do that if you appeal paypal that the buyer forced  u to close the dispute as he was going to pay me or going to send my product
370  Other / Off-topic / Re: is paypal reversible? on: August 01, 2015, 02:54:41 AM
Yes it is reversible, never sell bitcoin for paypal. The owner can just file a claim and get the payment reversed.
Question for you.
What reason do they normally give paypal as the reason?
i would also want to know this is there a way to hold the ammount for a certain ammount of days till they pass then be safe of charge back?
Hi Buddy , if you take several measures than you can avoid chargebacks , but you can deal with paypal with only of your trusted friends or whom you can trust Smiley
371  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HIGH ALERT SCAMMER on: August 01, 2015, 02:49:07 AM
Keep away from that site, and that user. Never deal with paypal when it comes to bitcoin.
I do deal with paypal but I can easily smell scammers when it comes to exchanges , as i have been doing this since 4 years Smiley and she wanted me to send first lol Tongue
372  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] $36 PayPal on: July 31, 2015, 04:54:44 PM
Hey, I want to buy $36 PayPal. I have 0.13 BTC available. Please only Sr. Member and higher or a high trusted member.

Disclaimer:
I go first, there's no point to use escrow. That's why I said Sr. Member or higher, Sr. Member is worth more than 0.2 BTC, so no one will scam for 0.13 BTC. I think there's no need to talk about high trusted people, it's obvious Smiley
I can help you ,if you want Smiley ,and we can use escrow for our security. Cheesy
thanks in advance

read the thing.
Ok Buddy no problem Smiley

377  Economy / Services / Re: [CloudThink.IO] Write an article about us and receive 0.1 to 1 BTC on: July 31, 2015, 12:59:40 PM
I can cover CloudThink on DigitalMoneyTimes if you like.

Site is growing every month, averaging over 7000 uniques per month atm.

Let me know if this would be of interest to you

EDIT: Apparently there is quite a bit of confusion regarding my post. I meant to say "an unbiased review", regardless of how good or bad your service might be.

If that's a problem, that says more than enough about the service CloudThink claims to offer I guess.

We are, we can offer you 0.3BTC but it really depends on the article length and quality.

Hello , Ricky I have been waiting on my payment Smiley and i also have submitted one of the best articles about cloudthink too Smiley been waiting since yesterday.

Regards Cheesy
