I only rely on public betting groups like the ones you could find on social media sites (Twitter, Reddit, etc.). I rarely follow those betting sites with paid picks because no matter how good of a research they've done for their pick it still depends on luck, and their record isn't any different to bettors you find on public groups. I'd even say the public betting groups are better because there are bettors who'll provide interesting stats and you can even find bettors who know their stuff.

I got my hopes up on yesterday's F1 special with Yuki Tsunoda getting the points and then Daniel Ricciardo spoiled it by not finishing.  



I expected Liverpool to drop points, but Man United made it a lot more interesting once they got the lead after going down 0-1.

Even though Arsenal is currently in the lead, there are still a bunch of rounds left and they'll also have to face Man United on the road next month.

For the NCAA tournament, UConn should get it done against Purdue, and i'm thinking of locking in their spread (-6.5) since they're still the team to win it all.

If i'm having a lot of bad sessions and my luck isn't changing anytime soon i'd lower my bankroll and slowly endure the streak. Switching to a different game can be a good alternative to help you power through your losses, but it's not guaranteed to work, and it's more like a coincidence if it does end your losing streak.

Aside from this, choose the games you enjoy, and try to think less about your losses, so you won't be encouraged to chase whenever you start losing.

Unfortunately, it ended in a draw because their draft felt forced with the Weaver carry. It nearly failed on the first map if Heroic didn't lose their patience and on the second map, they still went for a similar draft like they were limit testing. Then in their next series, they quickly 2-0'd a much better team (Azure Ray).  

I was also curious how they're suddenly giving out 2-0s, and it appears more than half of their games are close losses where it's decided through one or two big team fights in the mid to late game.

It's still doable, but they'll need a flawless performance for their three remaining series.

@slaman29 The F1 question almost went your way, but Verstappen delivered in the last few laps to widen the second differential. Good round and happy to come out on top this time to even up our h2h.  

This is also my first time going on a winning streak, and hopefully, my next opponent will allow me to extend it.

Also, i'm taking a shot at Team Falcons to 2-0 Heroic @1.58. I like the odds on this one since Heroic already lost two of their three series to slightly weaker teams (against PSG.Quest and G2.IG).

I'm back in the lead again and secured a guaranteed draw with only the F1 question left later today.

That sounds good enough, both of them are equally matched in terms of skill level and this only goes 2-0 if either side goes overboard in their draft.

I agree, for Nigma Galaxy to thrive, they likely need a better captain, and maybe having a sixth player who can sub for Kuro wouldn't be a bad idea. I assume that's the best approach because I doubt he'll remove himself from the team he started.

I had to check the highlights of that second map, and the high-ground defense from GG was too strong with Enigma, Rubick, and DK spamming all their spells while BB barely had anything when it was their time to defend.

Ace's Enigma was clutch in the 5v5 engagements catching 1-2 core heroes every time he uses his ultimate.

Fair enough, some teams are slowly improving as the tournament goes on (like Tundra and Entity).

Also, good to see G2.IG is taking the lead in the other group, and they're using LGD's spot to the fullest. From what i've heard they're having financial issues that's why they couldn't participate, and that's probably why they lost one of the best midlaners to G2.IG.

With that big shift in the point spread, I assume it's because Luka Doncic won't be playing today and that missing firepower could be enough for the Warriors to extend their streak.

My units will be on the Suns to cover the spread against the Timberwolves. I think the Suns won't be stopped anytime soon and will take this one at home as they're close to taking over the Pelicans and avoid the play-ins.

It looks like the teams prepared for them after their successful run at DreamLeague and Team Liquid's series win was probably one of the fastest with both maps ending in less than 30 minutes.

Despite the awful start, their schedule should get easier now that they're done facing two of the potential best teams in the group.

And what makes it interesting is how luck becomes a factor because the teams are randomly matched in the next round.

In this situation, i'll go for the hit in hopes of getting at least a 5-9 even though I could get fucked over by a 10 or a face card.

If it's a live blackjack table, my decision sometimes depends on what the player beside me gets after they hit because there could be a pattern like the dealer suddenly handing out low cards.

Cashing out is always never an option for me, maybe the only time i'd use this is if I misclick the chips (betsize) that I placed and couldn't adjust it in time.

It's impressive that they beat Team Spirit in the second map with a position 1 Troll. I thought it'd go 1-1 thinking Troll wouldn't become a problem as he can be easily kited during his ult.

That SEA matchup was expected to go in the way of Aurora even without 23, and it looked like a complete outdraft on their side as Blacklist only had 14 kills in total.

It's still too early to tell when this was only his second series with Aurora, but it'll be interesting to follow their other series once they start meeting the scarier teams.

Yeah, it's rarely used in Dota because TI always makes use of the bo2 format.

It's good to see them beat VP in a 2-0 sweep and they're slightly improving. We'll see if they have what it takes to catch up with the tougher teams now that the weaker ones are eliminated.

Also, that Swiss stage was great, I hope other tournaments can adapt the format in the future as it was more fun to watch than these upcoming bo2 formats knowing that most of these series would be 1-1s.

Alternatively, there are markets for betting on the series winner. That way you can remove the potential risk in case the favored team underperforms in one of the home games because it can always happen.

I wouldn't quickly count the Heat out, they have a good chance to avoid the play-ins and possibly face the Cavs. If they fall to the play-ins, they can probably beat the Bucks in the first round because they've been dropping games against teams they could easily beat.

Both of them landing in Group B is probably for the better because Group A is like the group of death with Team Falcons, Team Spirit, Heroic, and Azure Ray.

This is probably the farthest they can go IMO, and i'll be surprised if one of them advances to the playoffs. If they can get help from Team Liquid like what happened in DreamLeague maybe there's a possibility.

I also expected a draw, even a win for Man United would've been fine if they held on, but they just had to give up those two goals at the end. 

@slaman29 Now we're all tied up with that one hell of a comeback from Chelsea and it comes down to the F1 and Cup final on the weekend. 

If I don't get at least one point out of those two remaining questions this might be my worst loss of the season.

If I could suggest one thing for casinos and sportsbooks it's probably the trading bots or maybe something similar to an exchange feature because the transaction fees sometimes become a big deciding factor and one of the best ways to save on fees is exchanging your coins.
