361  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: December 22, 2021, 06:16:34 PM
You’re right, Metaverse is a very good investment. It’s an investment that would be worth considering, because there are millions of dollars being invested every day, although I can’t say for sure whether it  would be bigger than BTC. When you talk about being bigger, do you mean the Metaverse platforms combined, or just a one platform itself? For example, there are different metaverse platforms and to mention a few of them, there are Decentraland, The Sandbox, and Axie Infinity. I don’t think any of these platforms itself would be able to become bigger than bitcoin in future, but in combination? Maybe.
Yeah, moreover anyone who has plans to buy an estate or property in the metaverse should make sure that they are aware of the risks that are involved. You’re not buying a physical property, what you’re buying is just digital, and if the platform you bought it on (e.g. Decentraland) should go offline, your property will also be gone.

And another thing is that the price of your property will fluctuate same way as the token it was purchased with. People should take their time and learn about it before investing.
362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical aspect in trading on: December 22, 2021, 03:54:40 PM
Hello, friends, I have a request on trading skills that prompt this request is because of my recent experience in trading I used a large amount as capital for trading and at this moment the only amount being left to trade with is $200 I lost all my funds to spot trading.
Am looking for the technical aspects of trading what are the tools needed to build a good trading career.
Well that’s the trading for you, the risks is always too much and you shouldn’t be trading with much money, you should conscious of the amount you choose to trade with so that you don’t lose all your money at once. It’s usually best to trade little, and also build up your profit step by step. There isn’t any need for you to be in a hurry, so that when the market is against you, you don’t lose too much.

And you need to really up your skills, it seems like this is your first time of trading, from the way you have explained things here. So if this is your first time, then you have got a lot to learn and I would say you shouldn’t rush it, just calm down and learn everything and then start trading with little and see how much you have improved.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a "Global Unit of Account"? on: December 22, 2021, 09:59:23 AM
Do you think it's possible Bitcoin will become a "global unit of account" in the future? If not, why? What would a world without Fiat really look like?
I get what you’re trying, but I can’t really imagine the world with just one asset being used. Bitcoin has a fixed supply and it might get to a point where that might become another problem for people around the world, unless maybe when it gets to that time they will look for a way to fix it, maybe by increasing the amount of supply? This topic has been discussed several times in this forum.

I am of the opinion that all can stay, and people should be completely free to choose for themselves at every moment what they want to make use of. And same way, stores can decide whether to display their product prices in BTC or in USD, or whatever currency.
364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A good man/woman leaves an inheritance on: December 22, 2021, 04:46:31 AM
When it comes to inheriting bitcoin, I wouldn’t be surprised if harsher federal taxes were instated someday.
It’s important to note that leaving so much wealth to your children can raise new problems for them.
For this reasons alone I think there is a growing trend of wealthy parents choosing not to leave their money to their children.
Well, you did make some really good point here, and yes something like that can happen: you can wake up tomorrow and a lot of things would be changed. But, that’s not enough why you shouldn’t leave an inheritance for your children. You should leave an inheritance, but it is not a must that it should be Bitcoin or cryptocurrency that you’re leaving for them.

First and foremost, you have got to be able to make life better for them even before talking about inheritance. Sometimes an inheritance is not really what someone needs to be better in life, what if the inheritance is not enough? So, the best thing you can do for your children, you better do it while you’re still alive and not when you’re gone.
365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: December 21, 2021, 07:40:02 PM
The transfers of good players are just potential opportunities (we don't know if they will take place). While the real situation now is this: Napoli played excellently at the beginning of this season and is only now experiencing a failure. Barcelona has been playing poorly all season and Xavi hasn't changed anything. I see that the bookmakers quote Barcelona's odds higher than Napoli, but most likely because of the "name", and not because of the real balance of power:
UEFA Europa League 2021/22 - FC Barcelona reach Round of 16?
Yes 1,69
No 2,05
If I am not wrong, then players those will transfer in this January window are not allowed to play in UEFA Europa League and Champions League, so this is not going to have any impact on these matches. Surely Barcelona is big name in Soccer instead of Napoli but with current form Napoli can beat them in this league game they started very good and stay at top for very long time, but few weeks back just because of few injuries they have some issues and now trailing at second spot with have some chances of claiming again their top spot from Inter.

These are just trap odds I am feeling Barcelona has no chance of reaching into next stage of this Europa League as Napoli can beat them, and they can advance into next round.
366  Economy / Economics / Re: It been said about usa economy many times now its here on: December 21, 2021, 05:46:27 PM
Its been said many times by smartest people now its here to be honest usa economy is going in toilet.
And it will be bad for the dollar ....but not if  the dollar USDC and tether will be most dominated currency around the world after china digital currency.
Anyways dollar value will grow bigger as fed protecting rather usd value then making economy better.
2022-2025 will be nice suffering times
And the repo will end as soon as march 2022 not later.
What is coming ? We all know whats coming prices will fall down and shortage of fiat currency.
If I’m right, what you are trying to say is that there is going to be a deflation? If that’s what you’re trying to say about the market, we’ll then I don’t think it’s bad right? Because, when there seems to be an inflation you would see a lot of people complaining about the rate at which money is being printed, so they want it to be stopped.

So, if that’s what this guy is trying to do now; stop the too much printing of money right now, don’t you think it is quite good that he’s now trying to bring an end to the too much inflation that has taken over in the market? A lot of people have complained about inflation and if there can be a solution to the problem, that does not in any way disrupt anything, then wouldn’t be bad to go for it.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 20, 2021, 05:26:42 PM
Even if someone sympathetic to Pakistan become the PM in 2024, don't forget the fact that the popular opinion in India remains staunchly against the inclusion of Pakistani players. There is a lot of violence going on in Kashmir, and a lot of people oppose normalizing sporting relations with Pakistan unless a settlement is reached on the Kashmir issue. Some of the BCCI officials have in the past supported better relations with Pakistan, but the current management doesn't hold such views (esp. Jay Shah and Anurag Thakur).
This is fact that who is PM and which party is having majority nothing matters these two countries are not going to be normal because it's not in favor of big political community even it's in big favor of common peoples but who cares about this. Kashmir is surely a main reason behind this all, and it's not going to solve in near future because it's also not in favor of some peoples which are doing politics just because of this all.

Even I am feeling these relationships are going to be worst in near future because of further more tension happening around India due to China Belt and road network. With this all most effective party is sports persons because they have no chance for having some good and positive rivalry like we have in many countries of this world.
368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: December 20, 2021, 10:09:06 AM
I've also learned that Trading is not an easy money machine. It always need your time and effort and most important you have a lot of knowledge, strategies, patience and self discipline. If you are able to enter, you should also determine your trade exit.
Well I got to learn that trading is not what you get to learn in a day. There are a lot to learn from trading; from character to strategies, and how technical analysis works. And less I forget that there is also fundamental analysis which can as well be as important as its technical counterpart.

So there is a lot for us to learn, and even after you have learnt every basic, there is still more to learn, some things are just what you have to learn everyday, you don’t have to learn all of them at once and you can’t even do that; the far you go into it, the more experienced you will become. And like you have said, trading requires that we all have patience. Anyone who lacks that patience, won’t be able to succeed in trading and that’s for sure.
369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 20, 2021, 06:18:08 AM
As a Tottenham Hotspur fan am very impressed with the performance but disappointed with the result, spurs would have won the game by 3 goals to nothing in the first half if they were clinical enough, but they were not and drew the game, but they is alot of improvement in the performance is been long I saw Tottenham play this way against a top team like Liverpool.
Surely there was a good and fair chance for Tottenham to have all three points, but they fail to do this. As it's not easy for any team to have all full points against Liverpool but still this was very good and interesting match mostly Liverpool was on fire but recently after arrival of Conte Tottenham is also doing very decent and have very fair chance for staying at top rank teams for next year Champions League spot.

But, one thing is also now creating some problems for English clubs as many players are getting positive just because of this Covid new variant, let's see what is outcome of this all because this can hit very badly to all teams, or even it's all schedule of this English Premier League.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: December 20, 2021, 05:01:10 AM
Pochettino doesn't really care about Sergio Ramos being a regular player so he is mostly on the bench why so look at the other defenders who are still solid at their best, so Pochettino prefers another defender over Ramos to start.
Messi is still only able to process the ball to continue to supply to Mbappe and his finishing is good enough for Mbappe for Messi is still a little unlucky in terms of scoring goals.
Otherwise just one goal with 1/2 season in league 1.
Well in the Champions League he has scored a couple of goals so far. In Ligue 1 it's definitely not going well for him. If I were Pochettino I would also leave Ramons on the bench. He doesn't seem to be at top level anymore. Way too bus with things that happen outside the pitch. Crazy that PSG decided to pay him such a high salary although they knew that Ramos is frequently injured and misses most of the games these days.
There is no doubt he was very good player and have very good career as professional footballer specially he was very good at Real Madrid and now here at PSG because of his quality but sadly recently he is facing some serious injuries just because of this not able to play PSG is paying him because he is in contract with them for this all as this contract is going to end surely they are going to leave him which is very simple, but one thing is sure they have to pay him until this contact is going to end even it's very high fees.

But, the good thing with PSG and Pochettino is that they have some good and reliable substitutes, so they are using them for their good game.
371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: December 19, 2021, 09:25:17 PM
Bookmakers think the complete opposite thing that I think seemingly.  Grin  Because I'm expecting to see Wales defeating Austria and Ukraine moving Scotland out of their way. I definitely expect two competitive games here. But Wales and Ukraine have better attacking lines than their opponents I think. They can close their weaknesses in their defenses like this. And after that, Ukraine can beat Wales and join the World Cup.
In recent matches Austria is doing some better just because of this, Bookmakers are feeling into this way. Austria and Scotland can go for final of this Path as well but if this happens then surely Austria could be better team and can win this, but Ukraine is also having very good squad with some good players, and they can win this match and go for final against other winner. But still good thing from 55 tough European teams ten already qualified and now 3 more need to do this through this qualification which is not easy, let's watch how these teams prepare and done for their qualification.
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 19, 2021, 08:56:20 PM
I don't think so. The current government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is comprised of right-wing parties and they are very hostile to the idea of including Pakistani players. However, many believe that opposition leader Mamata Banerjee may become the PM by 2024. She is regarded by many as pro-Pakistan, and may allow the IPL franchises to include players from countries like Pakistan. Some of the franchises want to go for Pakistani players, and officials have spoken in favor of it, but the BCCI remains staunchly against it as of now.
Who becomes the next PM of India we will only know in 2024. I do not support politics in sports but in my opinion, it will be not that easy to include Pakistani players in IPL in the coming years. Things are not that simple as it looks likes there are many within BCCI who do not want Pakistani players and remember IPL is still profitable and most watched without them.
Good statement politics in sports is never been good idea, but sadly we have some good combination of these two in subcontinent, and it's giving some good rivalry which is very important so Pakistani players coming or not now it's not important because IPL is doing very good without them day by day. It's my personally opinion if Mamta Banerjee is also coming as next Indian Prime Minister then still it's not easy for them to include Pakistani Players because right wing is very strong and no one will try to go against them for having some better future in Indian Politics for some time.
373  Economy / Economics / Re: Transforming skill to profit. on: December 17, 2021, 03:59:52 PM
Most persons learning a new skill are often faced with the big question/challenge of turning their skill to profit. After acquiring a skill, truth is if there is no platform for you to practice and offer your services and also make profit, you may become less interested and efficient with the skill you learnt and it may soon be forgotten by you.

Please share personal episodes of how you, a skilled forum member has turned your skill to profit, so other forum members who are in between can benefit from your story.

There are lots of good skills that can earn you good money from home. I took about six months plus to learn about photography and after learning everything about it, including photo editing, I decided to also offer services online. And today I can tell you that has been one of the best decisions I made for myself.

It took me time of course, but I later started gaining from it. Created an account on Fiverr and set up my Gigs, and things has been moving perfectly as planned. Although I wouldn’t say that it is an easy thing, but everyone needs to have skills that they are very good at, and not just one, you can learn as many skills as you want to and they are going to be helpful to you later on.
374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Two Australian exchanges collapsed recently, remember to withdraw your bitcoin on: December 16, 2021, 06:31:44 PM
Some people think that their bitcoin is safer at an exchange than in their own custody. As you can see from these recent news, that's not true at all. "Not your keys, not your bitcoin".

Learn how to keep your bitcoin safe in cold storage instead of keeping it in exchanges.
Very, very important, but some people never know that at all. I don’t know how many times that we would have to say this before some people are going to learn that exchanges are not a good place for storage, you should only keep the money you’re using for trading on an exchange and that’s all.

And after you are done trading and you have gotten your profit , you should simply move the money to your main storage wallet. That’s just it for me. People have lost money due to keeping it in centralized exchanges. If it’s not that the exchange is getting hacked, then it would end up being that their business has collapsed, which in either ways would affect their customers or users.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Viable Altcoin for the moment on: December 16, 2021, 02:34:03 PM
Have been looking for the most viable altcoin of the the week, as we are all aware of the deep that is currently happening in the entire cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin is my most preferred choice at the moment but am also looking for Alt that I can invest in for a long term basis that will offer me a passive profits in the long run.
If you are looking for a coin that you can invest in for a long time, I think that the Binance coin (BNB) is one of the best coins to consider at this time now. I am saying this now, watch this coin it is following the same route as Ethereum, in the future this coin (BNB) is likely going to be worth thousands of of dollars and those who have invested in it now would be the ones to reap the full benefit of it because they invested earlier in it.

Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum are basically the same thing – smart contracts, and this platform been growing. Binance is a household name in the cryptocurrency industry, so there is every possibility that the platform would keep growing, and that means the coin would be worth more.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Altcoin for December ? on: December 16, 2021, 10:10:27 AM
As we know the month of December has always been special for both bull run and bear matket so what's your plan for this December? Which altcoins are you going to invest this month? We need to take calculated risk since the market will either surge to unexpected level or will witness another correction phase or bearish market. I would select ADA as it has lot of potential and will surely trade in double digit.
Cardano (ADA) is a really good choice to make, in fact I'm betting on that coin to be one of the best assets that one can invest in now. Another coin that I feel is very good is Solana , and then the next one is Polygon. This two has been kind of in competition with themselves, and they both have a strong community which I believe would push them further as we are about to enter the next year.

Another coin that I’m also looking into to invest is Litecoin, but I’m not yet very sure on whether I should invest in this coin or not, but based on what I have seen before Litecoin usually increase in value at times like this. so the same thing might be repeating again this year we're about to enter.
377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the market going to dump like that 2018? on: December 15, 2021, 09:38:34 PM
People are still panicking like they did not get used on this kind of scenario, well I guess newbies are more prone to panicking but for those who experience a lot of bear market already, they’ll just see this as a normal trend. I also don’t think 2018 will be the same with the current situation, we are still on a higher price and a good position to stay longer. This market will rise again, it will be more expensive in the future so stop panicking.
Yeah, by considering the ongoing adoption level by institutions alone, I guess more than enough for bitcoin market to be continuing its bull run into next year. So, I am not expecting bitcoin market to be dumped like what we had experienced in 2018. At the same time, we are having rapid adoption and also government regulations/bans are happening simultaneously which must be a worrysum in short term and we are near year end.

Anyway, as we cannot predict the future exactly, we need to be prepared for anything. So, for the long term holders who make use of dips definitely must be ready for facing anything.
378  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to know about Crypto Trading on: December 15, 2021, 08:52:29 PM
Anyone who got basic knowledge about internet and social media then definitely they could find all the methods and resources for their preparation toward learning about crypto trading. I just wonder when people are lazy about finding materials by themselves then how they could find time to work hard to learn all the aspects of technical analysis of crypto trading.
You should not underestimate the beginners just because they are asking the basic helps. Because when you are getting into something new then you will be not find where to start and how to start which is the reason people might be asking silly questions about the beginning steps.

Moreover when people do hear about crypto trading and its level of complications, when they try to start with it, will feel like brain-fade and definitely must need guidelines even for basics. This is what exactly happened to me and I do assume this is the case for most beginners (yeah obviously I do not have any proof for it Tongue).
379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 15, 2021, 06:08:04 PM
I would say its a much better performance shown by WI in second T20 as compared to there performance in first T20. Brandon King played his best ever T20 innings by scoring 67 runs. Apart from him nobody in top 5 contributed anything other then Nicholas Pooran who scored 26 runs. WI should continue this form in 3rd T20 to avoid whitewash.
Yes atleast they went close to the target ans gave some bit of a fight to Pakistan. In the 1st twenty 20 they were outplayed by pakistan but they improved their performance in the second t20 match even if they lose.
If their top order batsman contribute in thr third t20 match then they might win and prevent the whitewash .
First match was completely one-sided and Pakistan was in command from start but in second match West Indies done some better work and restrict Pakistan for 172 after this their batting was also having depth as King, Pooran and Ramiro done better job.

Once many peoples were feeling they will win but some good bowling and feeling from Pakistan give them set back specially Asif Ali Catch was turning point for them and then Shaheen Afridi's 3 wickets in very important overturn tables in Pakistan favour now they already won another series even West Indies are very weak but still win is win hopefully we will have some better fight from West Indies in ODI series.
380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO..India is NOT Banning Bitcoin on: December 15, 2021, 05:11:09 PM
The FUD continues.

India is not banning bitcoin as an asset class as many have eluded to. Many news outlets find that this angle is far better for attracting clicks.

India is looking to ban bitcoin as a method of payment. Meaning they are just trying to protect the interests of their future CBDC. People in India will NOT be banned from buying or selling bitcoin. The government has NO interest in banning bitcoin as an asset.
That is really nice to know. I have already gotten tired at the rate the media kept carrying this kind of news about India and saying that they are banning Bitcoin bitcoin. It is good to know that they have no plans to ban bitcoin at all. The media is always ready to quickly carry any such news that is bad, because they know that people are more likely to click on such news to see what is really happening, and bad news usually travel faster than the good news.

Every time they kept on refreshing this particular news and I was really tired of it. But despite all that I still noticed that there are people there who are making use of Bitcoin and that was what gave me the confidence to keep believing that it wasn’t over.
