Personally, I think it's not a good idea to sell out all of your Bitcoin for an altcoin. If I were you, I would hold a minimum 50% my Bitcoin for the long run and with the rest of the 50%, I will make investments in various altcoins. There is no doubt that Ethereum is a good investment, But who knows what will happen after a few days? Also, it's very wise to keep some USD in your portfolio. Ethereum already hit a new all-time high, so it's time to hit $2,000, so you can buy ethereum, and don't forget to keep a good amount in Bitcoin. because it's king. best of luck

Ethereum made a new All Time High on Jan 25, 2021 (a day ago), and the price was hit at $1,467. I am pretty sure soon we will see Ethereum at $2,000. Last night Bitcoin dump little a bit so why ethereum also dump. When Bitcoin price will be stable or there will be a low pump dump, Ethereum will pump hard. I kept my Bitcoin on Binance since 2017 and I feel pretty safe. Pretty dumb move but so far have not been hacked. However, the new bullrun is approaching and anything can be expected to happen.
Mightiest have fallen before, so I'd like to play it safe.

I saw You are a newbie at this forum. maybe you are new also to the crypto world. so I will suggest you first try to know how to store crypto safe and securely. Every day a lot of people losing their funds like you. it's very common in the crypto world. My suggestion for you is: never put your private key online, try to wrote or print out those keys in a safe place. never download any third party app/software. it's very risky, You may be affected by malware easily in this way. before download, any file first tries to scan those files/websites with virus total ( https://www.virustotal.com/gui). before opening your wallet in any browser, try to use Private Window, it's very important. because we use the various extensions on our computer and that extension can also lookup at our private key. |

Recently i went on hitbtc exchange for trade my token. After trade done, i convert my assest in eth and go withdraw option.i just shock seeing they wss asking me around $16 for withdraw eth. Same for btc and other currency!! Actually i didn't check cause i thought fee was normal.but then i had to give them that fee and succesufully withdraw my eth. Hitbtc is good & easy to use, only need to reduce withdrawal fee.
I have a coin at Hitbtc worth $16, I convert them at Ethereum, and when I tried to withdraw that Ethereum I was in shock(fees). After that convert that eth to Eos and withdraw at my another exchange wallet. Now a long time passed I don't visite Hitbtc and alternatively I use kucoin, Binance, ftx, Pionex. all are good to mine. a few days ago, One of my friend called me and told he has some funds at Hitbtc. but Hitbtc asking for KYC. but when my friend tried to submit his document, Hitbtc did not accept those documents. but all of the document was legal. So my friend's funds are stuck at Hitbtc. He also avoiding Hitbtc now for this kind of problem. I also suggest people not use Hitbtc, maybe they have good volume but their customer support are very ugly, and withdrawal fees are too high. |

last night my XRP position hit stop loss. I lost a few bucks but I am fine. after the SEC impact of XRP it dumps hard and xrp trade ongoing between $.20-$.37. At 4 hours time frame If XRP can break $0.37 resistance, I would take a long and till then no trade. I belive XRP will dump more sooner or later. Now watching Polkadot and chainlink for a trade setup.

ETH is showing the best performance in this year, l hope it will keep doing till the end of this year. We can see that when BTC would get up, ETH started also getting up. Investors are so happy with ETH and we should collect some ETH till the right day. That is why in my view ETH will keep getting up and this coin deserves really the best place as it did. Other ETH top altcoins do great right now, it is most valuable to focus on top altcoins than others for me.
