361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC on: July 04, 2018, 05:04:24 AM
Ether is so easy to use, has a team, has technology, has a road map, has a good community, has many features that Bitcoin doesn't have, why not support it? This is obviously a better choice, Bitcoin is too old.

Bitcoin is still the one dominating the market simply because it is the most popular cryptocurrency. Some people even think that bitcoin is only the cryptocurrency that exist. Besides that, bitcoin has more volume than ethereum so it is easier for those whales to trade bitcoin than ethereum. People want to overcome BTC because they can buy more ethereum than bitcoin so if ethereum would be able to take bitcoin's position then it would mean its price increase and people would have more profits. I like to use Ethereum in sending coins than bitcoin because it has cheaper transaction fee but at the moment, it is pretty expensive.
362  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] why is the year getting rich getting richer? on: July 04, 2018, 04:52:52 AM
Totally agree. If you are rich and have the capital then by all means you can make more money out of your money. People are enslave works harder paid measly, but the capitalist enrich themselves. That's the sad state on most developing or 3rd world country. And the another sad part is that any form of government, capitalism exist, so its really a big problem for those who are born poor unless they make themselves rich by working outside of their country.

Rich becomes richer because they know how to make money work for them and besides that they have more capital that's why their investments has more profits too. The poor gets poorer because some just want to give up and it is already in their mindset that they are born poor so most likely they will die poor so they do not want to struggle that much and find ways to improve their way of living.

As for working in another country, yes you can get rich going abroad because you are earning higher but you can stay in your country too and then find ways to increase your income. You will eventually be able to improve your lifestyle if you work hard and then work smartly. All you need is motivation, positive thinking and information.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If You Think Trading Is Risky, Why You Don't Use Risk Management? on: July 04, 2018, 04:30:39 AM
I like it man, the three rules of yours :- Create the rules, plan the trade and limit the trade! This is how I am looking at your whole article here. These are the three main points here and yes they are worth following all the time. I mean this can give us the swiftest way to trade our coins and we will help ourselves minimise the trade losses with this. Because we already screening out the possibility of loosing by planning and executing the same. So yeah risk management is vital part. There are always risks involved, they cant be removed completely but they can be minimised always.

Referring to a famous quote "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". Some just ignore this and just go on with what they are doing without even a trading plan. You need to have a weapon first before going to the battle because trading market is like a battlefield. If you want to be profitable in trading then you need to have consistency and not just one time big time gain and then the next day you lose all your gains because you hold on to your coin even though you know that you are already at a loss. Being consistent with your plan is the key and if you have a plan, follow it and see if it is effective cause if it is not then you can revise it until such time you can become profitable using it. It's try and try until you succeed. If you have a plan then you can manage the risk.
364  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is making admirable progress! on: July 03, 2018, 05:12:29 AM
Despite of the dumps and other things in the market that is negative, bitcoin is still doing its best to prove that it can surpass the different negative things and problems that it will face because it is not that big deal for bitcoin to have a problem since all of the problem has its own solution and we just need to be patient.

At least in bitcoin even if there is a dump happening, we are still assured that there are always people who are willing to buy it because the demand is there. There are times when there is bad news but the effect is not that great because bears are already exhausted and it is time for the bull to take over. There are many good news which would be good for the price. There is a pending deliberation about an ETF which would be positive for the price too because it gives the institutional investors an opportunity to enter the market.
365  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: July 03, 2018, 05:04:08 AM
To be wise first you need to minimize the unwanted expenses. This will let you save more, and next is the thinking about the further plans. Now bitcoin is the one that could give you good return on your savings if used on cryptos. Before making an entry into cryptocurrency need to learn it in a right way, and the same will help in grabbing good profit.

It's all about prioritizing needs over wants. If you want to save then you should have a list of your expenses and income too so that you will know if you have enough and you can allocate it properly. If you have the savings then you can put some in the bank for emergency purposes and for urgent needs while some would be put as an investment that can at least beat the inflation rate so that your money would still grow. Diversifying your investment is a wise thing to do so that you can manage the risk.
366  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018/07/02] Philippines’ Economic Zone Creating Crypto Regulations on: July 03, 2018, 04:12:57 AM
I think 25 is fine i think. Actually that number of exchanges is high. We only 3-4 exchanges existing today in the Philippines as far as i know. One thing i hate is, the media here is giving cryptocurrency a bad image which gives fear to people. That's why Philippines is getting left behind in terms of progress. I agree also about anti scam regulations. They must secure investors from losing their money because of scammers. ICOs are the biggest scam factory right now. So they must focus on that. Asset backed ICOs are fine to me. At least you won't get worry about the ICO since it's an asset backed project.

This step of Philippines will give security to its citizens. I believe one day Philippines will be like Korea in terms of adoption and popularity of cryptocurrencoes.

I like how Philippines is welcoming cryptocurrency and giving licenses but the bad thing is that the media is giving bad image to it. Every time there is news, the focus is about those scams and they will immediately say something about investing in cryptocurrencies and bitcoin so people would immediately conclude that investing in cryptocurrencies is bad because it is just a scam. I hope that someday people would be able to know deeply cryptocurrencies so that they wouldn't have a conclusion right away hearing those terms. One thing I can visualize to be a solution to this is for cryptocurrencies and blockhain technology to be taught in schools and universities just like what other countries are doing.
367  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: UAE Government launches Blockchain Strategy 2021 on: July 03, 2018, 03:47:12 AM
UAE's government has been known for their quick decisions on matters like this one. They are obviously doing this strategy in order to cut cost as well as be more efficient with their government activities. I have actually learned that they are one of the countries where you can easily establish a business as they have a one day processing on permitting your business they also have some tax exemption on the early parts of your business and will also depend if you are operating in profit gain or not. Bottomline is they are leading into the use of Blockchain technology and I do hope that other countries will take notice on their move.

I really like how UAE welcomes blockchain technology. While other countries turns a blind eye when it comes to this technology, they are the one who is heading the pack. UAE has been a business hub that's why they have won as well the Expo 2020 in which business people all over the world will meet up in the country and this would be a good time to introduce the importance and advantage of blockchain technology compared to the centralized technology. It is just amazing how fast they are in terms of adoption no wonder they are one of the most progressive country in a short period of time.

370  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: July 02, 2018, 05:27:19 AM
For now there is no direct charity institutions that are known to accept Bitcoin but if there is then of course i will give.It is good to share our blessings to those less fortunate people but even if there is no Bitcoin charity or fiat will be obsolete then we could buy directly the things that they need like food, clothes and shelters then give it to them directly.

That's right. If you wanted to help then there would be other ways to help even if there is no institution yet that I know who accept cryptocurrencies. I hope that someday those famous charitable institutions would consider migrating their system to blockchain so that there would be transparency as there are some issues that the funds of the charitable institutions are use by the people holding it for their own personal use. If people can see where the funds go then there would be no arguments that would happen.

I would like to share that Ashton Kutcher donated Ripple to Ellen Degeneres in her show for her wildlife charity. Check this link https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/24/ashton-kutcher-gave-ellen-degeneres-ripples-xrp-for-charity.html
371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Forkdelta safe platform for trading??? on: July 02, 2018, 05:08:30 AM
I think Etherdelta and Forkdelta is the same developer that why the interface is the same, i been use both exchange and imported private key of MEW and everything is safe. Both exchange should be make the interface more friendly and more easy to use like offer trading view chart and also telegram customer support just like other exchanges.

Yes, having a telegram group and a proper trading chart would be one of the improvements that the platform should have. Even though not every one are using charts when they are buying or selling a coin, there are still technical analysts who would take a look at the charts before doing anything. They should use trading view in their platform or any chart that is user friendly. For OPs question, it is safe trading in etherdelta/forkdelta as long as he is accessing the right site because there are so many phishing sites nowadays.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover on: July 02, 2018, 04:58:28 AM
The encryption market is developing at a rapid pace. For two years, some people think that it may recover by the end of this year. It takes many years for the market to be truly stable. We hope that we can all predict the accuracy of the market.

Unfortunately we cannot predict exactly what will happen in the market. The reason why this market is volatile because there are some people who hold bags of coins and they have the ability to control the price and if they decide to pump a certain coin then they will do it or dump it and buy cheaper coins. Maybe it would take a year for the market to recover or months perhaps because many are still hoping for an ETF that would make a difference to this market because a whole lot of funds would be able to add up to the market which could cause a pump.

OP do not have any supporting evidence of why he thought we can recover in two years time. It maybe shorter or longer and I think we are all hoping that it would be shorter.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH on: July 02, 2018, 04:51:30 AM
It would benefit both parties so I agree to this. ICO devs should know that bounties don't really care about the project and they just work-paid-and go find another one especially the participants in their airdrop. Their rewards are so small that thinking of holding would not crossed their minds.

I agree to this. If a bounty would be paid in ETH then many bounty participants would participate in the project even if it would take a long time for the bounty to finish because they know that they would receive a coin that is already listed and they would not always bombard the telegram group with questions of when the coin is listed in exchanges because they wanted to sell their coins. It would also be an advantage to the team because they would not worry of the dumping when the tokens are distributed to the participants.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a good investment? on: July 02, 2018, 04:36:08 AM
Want to know if Ethereum is a good investment? This requires the conclusion that the coins will be compared with each other! For example, if you compare ETH with 60% of the new cryptocurrency, you will find that Ethereum is really good!

Right! Ethereum is one of the good investment for me because it has a demand and not just a coin that is listed for pump and dump. Even though the coin is down, we know that there is demand because every time is has reach a level of support, price would move up because there is demand and being an investor, you are confident that you have invested in the right coin knowing it has an organic demand and not just manipulated by market makers to make it look like it has volume so that they can attract more investors or traders.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your involvment in crypto world? on: July 01, 2018, 04:41:58 AM
I don't participate most on airdrop today because most of the airdrops today is fake, but not all. I involved in cryptocurrency at first just for participating the airdrops and bounty programs.

I seldom participate in airdrops because many of them are just out there to get some information. There are even others who just collect info like e-mail addresses and then sell it to the people who needs it. For those legit airdrops, I would just check the site and their social media accounts if they are active and the team is attending those summits and meetings because they are not afraid to show their face. I am participating in bounties and I am trading as well. I limit my participation in bounties too because many of them are scam as well so better check first their accounts and related sites.
376  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: July 01, 2018, 04:36:13 AM
i always fail at predict what lowest price when the coin price drops
so i just buy when the market starting to move up or i just buying when there are good news about coin/token its self

This would be an advantage as well that you are only buying when the price already move up because there is a possibility that when the price is in a downtrend, it will continue to go down so you are just catching a falling knife. It would be better that you will just wait for the right time to buy when the market is already in a good condition and there are many people who are using this strategy too. There are people who are waiting for the market to recover before they would put their money. It's better to buy when the price is going up but not overbought.
377  Economy / Economics / Re: My Advice on Investing in Crypto on: July 01, 2018, 04:26:28 AM
Thanks for your advice, but now there are quite a few people who give up crypto because they are too risky, their capital loss ability is high. However, many people understand the business and make a profit from it.
Those that are giving up right now are people that should not have invested in cryptocurrencies at all, they invested thinking they were going to make some easy money in some weeks or months and now if they are lucky they will need to hold for years to get their money back, let this be a lesson for all of them, do not invest in something you do not understand, if you do, making money in this market is possible.

It's just a lesson for the investors who get in the hype last December to not just be easily be persuaded to invest in something that is very risky especially if it is money they cannot afford to lose. As far as I know, many credit card companies suspend their services to the people who use it to purchase crypto because many wasn't able to pay off what they borrowed last December so it is a lost for those companies already. Just research first on where your money would go and do not think that crypto is a get rich quick scheme because more likely you will end up losing more believing in those HYIPs.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transaction fees is going down. on: July 01, 2018, 04:13:24 AM
Its good to hear. It is also a good thing on investment because it could give benefits on the users who initially trade bitcoin and other cryptocurrency to have a low cost trading for a greater profit.

One of the factors that discouraged people to invest on bitcoin is the fees but now, it already has a low fee that's why it would not be a problem anymore. One of the economist also said that it is better for bitcoin to have this low fee because it can help in the adoption as the people who wanted to send coins have lower fee than using the ordinary system which would be sending through banks or in remittance center.

If you want to know how much is the fee nowadays for bitcoin, you can just look at this site. https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 102 satoshis/byte or in a median transaction you will spend around 22,000 satoshis or just a dollar.
