This season is different from the previous season because this season Aston Villa made a lot of progress in their squad and even managed to beat Manchester City. It looks like Emery is here to make history for Aston Villa.  The last time Aston Villa achieved something in the Premier League or other cups in England was like more than a hundred years ago. It isn't going to be easy for Aston Villa to survive this season in even top 4 until the end of the season. But if Emery does this and even who knows wins the title he would surely be one of the legends for Aston Villa. Emery is a really special manager. He has been very successful wherever he goes in the recent years.  The Aston Villa Club Board deserves appreciation for their decision to recruit Emery. There are many big names out there but not all coaches will be suited to every team's game. This means that if you are a great coach but you have a playing style that is different from the character of your players then it will not be optimal. So I think Emery has the same game tactics as Aston Villa's characteristics so the team can perform very well. |

NICE is indeed able to catch up with PSG in Ligue 1. I think they are the second best team in the league this season. It is a very significant difference in the league in general unless the team that is trying to make up for it is called Ajax Amsterdam. If it was the other way around, nobody here would say that it is not significant if Ajax Amsterdam was 9 points ahead. Pantoja is a fighter who has beaten Moreno twice before. And his victory in the fight for the belt yesterday was his third victory against Moreno. Pantoja is actually a good fighter. It's just matchmaking that made him unlucky to get the title shot. I don't know about the other 3 losing records but Pantoja has only lost to Figuerido and Askar Askarov in this division. What's interesting is that Pantoja beat Rovyal in 2021. So I think this co-main event will be very interesting to watch. |

Aston Villa has played extraordinary this season. They have been outstanding this season. Maybe there will be new fans for Aston Villa from children who are new to football. City looked in trouble against Luton. I was really surprised when they took the lead through Adebayo's goal late in the first half. I thought the match would end in a draw or even defeat for City but in the end City won again through their 2 quick goals in the second half. |
