I want like to suggest that lets not make this airdrop a full time job. Maintaining Level 5 on discord as minimum level every week is a daunting task.
Already crypto is busy space and single person needs to do so many thing if you are seriously into crypto.

No good crypto person will be able to do that much for airdrop for new project.

One recommendation from me is, stop blockchain and freeze the blocks. Than you will have total network coins, you can create token with that much supply. So that You dont have to wait for others to respond and you will have sufficient tokens to match with everyone. Any unclaimed tokens can be airdropped or used for bounty or signature campaign to promote project on later stage.

So You can update main annoucement, notice of website, that swap is available till 2 months. Also, allow everyone to sync with blockchain for a week and till than blockchain can work. After that you can have a copy of synched blockchain and ask wallet file from users to check their balance whoever comes after a week.

While have 0.25% fee has some advantage but also disadvantage of being higher for higher value transfers.

So What I propose here is, you can cap fee upto a max value. May be like 0.25% or 2 ARO(for example), whichever is less. In this pay, we will allow less fee for very higher value transactions.

Your understanding about masternode is correct. At this point, this masternode is just a way to hold and get rewarded for that.
But Since its a token not sure how far they will be able to pay reward as no supply is being generated.

I am proposing below ways to move forward and seek community feedback and choose which option you want to go ahead. This will help us move forward:

1. Convert Charna to a ETH token and match coins which were mined with new tokens. This will remove all headache of technical issues and focus on exchange listing, marketing and business tie-ups. Now I suggest this because considering whitepaper I see purpose as utility token rather then own blockchain. Also, it will stop supply inflow which will be good for coin price. Also, this will make exchange listing easy.

2. Move to more acceptable Algo having reputed market and relaunch the coin on that. This option also have merits but this option can have limitations and delay because of new tools required, like new blockchain, pools, wallets. All depends on Dev Team capability and availability.

3. Move with whatever we have and keep wishing things to work well. Kind of request No change in current strategy.

Option 1 and 2 open a way to provide new token or swap, which will gather community again to get their coins swapped, which will bring new energy.
