You did manage to contact their support? as I am concern this site is really paying so just send them email or your complain, maybe they would assist you as soon as possible. If anything happens beyond their control, well I don't know also what to do, but just try to contact so you'll get paid.

They have amazing support and super reliable, I got the same mistake also when send my BTC to an invalid address,
 luckily because its an invalid one it wasn't confirmed after 24 hours of waiting and that's the time i canceled my transactions, an email come to my support email containing notice that i didn't confirmed my transaction because its invalid.
