And again Argentina failed to win a cup.

If I'm not wrong is almost 30 years for them without any trophy and of course 0 national cups for Messi's carrier.

This is why I believe that Ronaldo is the best player in the world.
You can see the difference clearly in their national teams. Messi is so dissapointing in Argentina, and once again he didn't manage to get the team and win the Copa America trophy. From the beginning of the tournament Argentina didn't play well and it was about time for them to be disqualified.
3602  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will China win Canada on: July 02, 2019, 04:44:48 PM
There has been tension between China and Canada since the arrest of one of the key prodigies of Huawei in Canada. Recently, China rejected a meat imported from Canada because according to China the meat contain chemical which has been banned internationally. Should tension still keep on rising, which of these countries will suffer most?

It is very confusing to see Canada taking the US's side.
Canada has suffered many times from the US policies, and many times the US was opposed to Canada in many situations. Now they are stepping on the same side against China? I hope they are going to suffer along with the US.
3603  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-07-01]Bitcoin’s Pullback Below $10,000 Positive For Investors on: July 02, 2019, 04:29:50 PM
Bitcoin prices fell to less than $10,000 today, down close to 30% from their recent high of nearly $14,000 reached on Wednesday, June 26th.

The digital currency dropped to $9,986.26 at roughly 11:40 EDT, CoinDesk data shows.

At this point, the cryptocurrency had declined approximately 28% from its price of $13,879.24 on June 26th, additional CoinDesk figures reveal.

[Ed note: Investing in cryptocoins or tokens is highly speculative and the market is largely unregulated. Anyone considering it should be prepared to lose their entire investment.]

Seems normal to me as we faced a huge and sudden increase from 5k and then.
We were to see this correction in the price but this happened very sharp that puzzled investors. In my opinion the same is going to happen every time that we reach a new high level as there are many people who wait to exit the market with small profits.
3604  Economy / Speculation / Re: This Is Your Last Chance to Buy the Dip Before Bitcoin Pierces $20,000 on: July 02, 2019, 04:20:57 PM
So you think that we already in the bottom of this run?
In my opinion, we are going to hit another low around 8k before bouncing back again. There are many people who wait 14k to exit the market, we saw that when the price nearly touched that level.
3605  Economy / Speculation / Re: Facebook’s Libra + Bitcoin + Trump + Israel = 666 Orwellian Dystopia on: July 02, 2019, 04:16:46 PM
I don't believe in conspiracy theories. And this one is an extreme one.
You cannot be kicked from Bitcoin, even if something happens to the chain, a fork will happen that will turn everything back to normal. The author spent a lot of time in attracting attention for nothing.
3606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Downward Trend on: July 02, 2019, 04:04:34 PM
Is current crypto downward trend only temporary?

It was a normal one, as we faced extremely upward trends.
A correction was needed in order to bring the market in a normal level. However, I don't really know what it happens with altcoins. They should follow so sharply the downturn.
3607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 02, 2019, 04:02:05 PM
Rabiot is officially transferred to Juventus.
Juve is spending money seriously good money in valuable players and I think that it will be a protagonist in next year's Champions League season. I hope they will not face any problem with financial fairplay and they will need to sell players as well.
3608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 02, 2019, 03:56:27 PM
Wow, what a race of Verstappen yesterday in the F1! Brilliant but risky move, but it turned out OK.
And he is just 21 years old, the future of F1 is in his hands (together with Leclerc)

Hopefully, he didn't get any penalty for the overcome over Leclerc.
It would be unfair if something like that would happen, but still Ferrari fans write posts about FIA. They were blaming Hamilton and they stated that FIA was supporting Mercedes, but what would they say now? That FIA is supporting Red bull?
They just have to deal with the bad strategy that Ferrari follows in all races.
3609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 02, 2019, 03:53:00 PM

Meanwhile as said in the afternoon, now is official

Juventus has built a strong team and it has made the biggest signing till now.
I think that they would possible be a favorite for winning the Champions League from the beginning. Will the Rabiot addition they have a solid midfield and they seem complete to all positions now.
3610  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are the frogs gay? on: July 01, 2019, 05:58:14 PM
If God exists why did he make them gay...

LOL. I didn't expect to read a comment like that when I joined the thread.
How would you relate God with that? Maybe he did that because frogs are amphibious animals  Huh
3611  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are there Aliens Here Already? on: July 01, 2019, 05:51:42 PM
I believe that Aliens exist and it is possible that they are here already.
Why wouldn't they as we have already visit other planets? Of course, I put in the same category animals that may exist in the outerspace. It is absolutely possible if water exists in many planets out there.
3612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Police Seize $1.5 Million in FIFA Gambling Crackdown on: July 01, 2019, 05:48:50 PM
Wow looks like the Chinese are even using crypto to gamble locally, that's somewhat exciting news. The more use it gets there, the better.

Is there legislation in China about using crypto to gamble or is this just strict government control with no oversight going on?

Chinese people are strong supporters of cryptocurrency, however I wouldn't say the same for their government.
They want to have a strong control over the financials of their citizens thus they try to regulate cryptocurrency activities as much as possible.
3613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: EURO U21 Championship - Free Prediction Pool & Discussion on: July 01, 2019, 05:43:09 PM
Damn i missed to watch the game and have just readed that Spain have done it and won the Final !
Sounds like the News have written that it was an amzing game from both !

Congrats to Spain !

It was an amazing match. I feel sad that you lost it.
Spain was solid yesterday and they totally deserved the trophy. I feel that Firpo has a great future ahead, he was my favorite player in the tournament. I am happy to see that Spanish players will conquer the European football in the next years.
3614  Economy / Economics / Re: Who are benefited with cryptocurrency? on: July 01, 2019, 05:37:28 PM
Cryptocurrency will benefit everyone involved with cryptocurrency and especially investors who have large capital and will get huge profits too.
everyone involved with cryptocurrency will expect income generated from the profits of investing.

That's not that simple. Investors with huge capital usually make wrong decisions that could lead to significant losses.
There are many investors that jump in the market now when bitcoin is already up from 3k. Having said that, there is a lot of risk of losing money because there are many people that are about to exit the market when it will reach about 15k.
3615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is blockchain gambling business beneficial? on: July 01, 2019, 05:23:47 PM
There are many games on blockchain on Asian market. How benefecial is it? Therefore, gambling industry has never suffered from lack of attention. And now, when blockchain technologies are being used for online games, the demand should increase. At least among users, such platforms will cause more confidence than ordinary platforms that spread like mushrooms, where you do not know whether you can withdraw your earnings or not

In terms of economic growth I wouldn't say that it is beneficial.
However, it is an industry that it is reformed by the blockchain technology and it has a lot of gains since its initial start. We actually don't get any value from those casinos. They are just beneficial for bringing mass adoption.
3616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 01, 2019, 05:17:29 PM
NBA free agency is full of surprises.

Jimmy Butler to the Miami Heat (with Wade possibly coming out of retirement with Jimmy's addition)
D'Angelo Russell to the Warriors
Andre Iguodala to the Grizzlies
Julius Randle to the Knicks
Al Horford to the Sixers
JJ Redick to the Pelicians
Derrick Rose to the Pistons
Kemba Walker to the Celtics
Terry Rozier to the Hornets
DeAndre Jordan and Kyrie Irving to the Nets

I don't know why Iguodala joined the Grizzles. He could be transferred to a better team and challenge a title.
Nets would be very strong with DeAndre Jordan and Irving on their line up. It would be interesting to see if they are going to make other transfers for the next season after buying two key players already.
3617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: July 01, 2019, 05:12:59 PM
Is totally wrong to convince someone that something is good.
For you it might be enjoyful but this doesn't mean that it is for other people as well. And apart from that, Gambling is a risky and "expensive" way of entertainment, thus it is not for everyone.
3618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 01, 2019, 05:06:35 PM
I doubt Juventus will pursue Pogba. Too much money is involved in the deal and now they need to sell some players like Matuidi or Mandzukic. Negotiations will not be easy because with the arrivals of Rabiot and Ramsey other clubs now have an edge over Juventus in negotiations because everyone knows that some players are for sale. + their priority is surely De Ligt and that deal will cost Juventus 70-80 M.

I believe that Pogba will not return to Turin.
After Juve signed de Ligt it would not be wise to bring Pogba back. And as there are already other names on the process of signing, Juventus will have problems with financial fairplay if they sign Pogba as well.
3619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copa América 2019 Discussion Thread & Prediction Pool (registration closed) on: July 01, 2019, 05:39:53 AM
So, Uruguay is out of the Copa as well. Damn, in this competition almost every game goes in opposite direction from my predictions. Good thing the game was played earlier than I thought. I just went to betting site to place the bet and found out that Peru won on penalties. I was sure Uruguay is winning this.

If I post any more tips related to this competition you just pick opposite and have a sure money  Grin

This could be another Chile's trophy, as I expect them to make to the final and face either Brazil or Argentinal (preferably), Third time could be a charm for Messi and his compatriots.

Unfortunately no one from the pool pick a draw, or even peru to win. We are down to the last four games now, with harder choices to make  Cheesy

Brazil seems more solid and capable of winning the trophy.
If they pass from Argentina they won't have any problem with Chile.
It's mostly Brazil vs Argentina as an early final

^  Lawl.  And I actually invited some friends over to watch some F1 for that...  And Verstappen stalled.  -_-

Bad start from Max Verstappen but still he is a lot of competitive, till now.
Also, Vettel is doing a great race. In my opinion he is the driver of the day. I hope to see Leclerc winning as well, Hamilton seems to have troubles in this track.

Max Verstappen who won the race has suggested that Formula 1 drivers should stay at home if the incident involving him and Charles Leclerc is punished? I feel rules are required to keep drivers in check, and if this incident has breached them then he should definitely be punished. As of now the stewards are yet investigating the incident and we will shortly come to know whether they decide to strip him of his victory or not.

It was just a fight that happened into racing. This incident is totally different from the Canada's one. I think that stewards made the right decision not to punish Verstappen. After all he was the fastest car on the track after the pit stop that boosted him to No1
