Because we don't give scammer tags based on popular vote to our highest paying advertiser. FTFY
I'm beginning to see the truth of this. Very unfortunate and transparent. Money talks indeed. I had hoped management of these forums would act as good shepherds of this community. One of the pitfalls of having - seemingly and ironically so - a Laissez-faire style of moderation.

Very exciting to hear ! BTW, as a multiple adoptive cat owner, I appreciate your Animal Rescue Foundation of Texas image !

We are expecting several thousand chips next week from our new packaging facility and expect to start shipping all product lines next week.
How is this going to be any different than the thousands of chips they were supposed to receive last week ? The week prior ? The month prior ? Two months prior ? I find this very difficult to believe. Why would they fire their vocal customers when they are so imminently close to shipping (unless it was done for purely spiteful reasons; do you want to do business with a company like that ?) Something doesn't add up.

Really it is true, BBB and other agencies can't really do squat. Best course is to kill them at the source: spread the word about their epic scam and try to keep any new money from reaching them from gullible customers like myself. Granted, all of the information wasn't there when I ordered like many. If I had known their CEO was a scammer from the jump I never would have sent them anything.
Therein lies the rub. If I knew Butterfly Labs had such a shady history, I never would have involved myself with them in the first place It seemed silly, at the time, to consider thinking about canceling the order when they were supposed to ship back in October... November... December... January... February... March... April... I'm all for second chances and redemption, but the company seems rotten to the core from everything we've witnessed over the last year.

You're a CEO. Act like one
Just one more example of why you're and idiot. If you even bothered to look up the most basic facts, you'd realize I'm not the CEO and never have been. Heh. You can't even get that straight and you expect others to believe your completely illogical arguments that have no basis in reality? Right... how's that working out for you? Puerto Libre needs to watch out, he's got some competition for his crown, it would seem. Hmm I'd trust a company with my money when they have associates that argue on forums about the product they are selling. You would ?

Scam. Avoid them. Very disappointed with TechCrunch's reporting of the story.

without the Oculus Rift headset, I cannot progress in this plan. That is the first step. Hence my request for 300 dollars of BTC donations so I can buy the developers kit. Thanks
Incorrect. The first step is to have a software demo. Then get it rendering on the Rift.

Yeah why would anyone want a VR porn game anyways? >.<
Because VR porn will satisfy you far more than a real human woman will. And once men start using VR sex, they will STOP using real life human women, and STOP getting married too. And then feminism is automatically destroyed. My end goal is to destroy feminism. I will use technology to do so. This is quite possibly one of the most ignorant things I have ever seen posted to these forums. Also; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Dated_a_Robot"Fry and the Lucy Liu robot begin dating, aided by her being programmed to like Fry. The other Planet Express employees, concerned about his relationship (especially Bender, who sees it as a sign that all of the fembots are being seduced by human men, referring to it as "metal fever"), show him the standard middle-school film that predicts the destruction of civilization if humans date robots."http://vimeo.com/12915013

Advice;
- Dump GUIMiner and learn to love CGMiner directly - Install either Sapphire Trix or MSI Afterburner - Overclock your cards' GPUs to at least 1130MHz. Downclock memory to 600MHz to save energy and generate less heat
Should yield you a stable ~685MHs hashing on a 7970.

If BFL were as good at making miners as they are at fielding refund requests, they wouldn't be in the situation they are in now.

Lol, what a cunt.
The state of affairs is clearly getting to her. This is the voice of someone who is enjoying her position of perceived power. The psychoanalyst in me is enjoying this rare public display of compartmentalization, reaction formation and assertiveness.

Some of you post very interesting comments, which say a lot about you. I don't want a closed blog because then I would miss all those interesting things you post. Trolls are people, too, you know. Here's the update for today: Nothing shipped. See why I wasn't posting every day? It's so boring to say, "Nothing shipped." So to make this only a little more interesting (to me, that is) don't comment on this post unless you have jumped out of an airplane some time in your life.

I purchased 3 miners. Once I found out the were shipping, I quickly did some research and I figured a raspberry PI would be the best thing to control these...
All things being equal, I would imagine the computer you typed that post from would be the best thing to control them. Not sure why you want to complicate matters further by bringing a Pi into the mix, other than gaining hacking experience.

For my BFL FPGA I had to find which COM port my unit was using,in my case #3.Go to device manger & look in USB devices, click that device to find COM port #.
Strange :| My BFL FPGA is instantly recognized when launching CGMiner under Windows YMMV I guess

Don't be surprised if what breaks the camel's back in this whole fiasco of BFL is a lawsuit where BFL's accounts are seized. Just saying...
I'm genuinely curious if they have heard from the Missouri AG or the FTC yet about my complaints.
