3601  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: March 03, 2022, 09:42:01 PM
Yes at least there are some solutions if we want promotions go to twitter or main website everything is available there
Or if we need help there is customer support usually forum users also help if any a problem.

What's interesting here is that even though the admin is not active I've never seen a complaint.
Yeah, it's noticeable and very likely that they're handling the problems through the support very well. They're active on the platform itself and despite that, only the users are active on this thread.
In that case, there's no problem that's being thrown on this thread but likely only those little complaints that are manageable and solvable through their customer support. That's why there's nothing to think about it and just address problems if ever countered through the website.
3602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this for real? on: March 03, 2022, 08:45:49 PM
So even if PoW requires more energy it should still be the way to secure a network, and since bitcoin is using it and it will not be replaced then those politicians will fail at implementing something like that as the reality of the situation will never match with their expectations.
It is the reality that those politicians who will implement to ban pow or bitcoin, they'll just fail in the end. The network is making it secured through pow and those that like to impose it because "it consumes too much energy" don't really understand what it is all about.
There's an alternative to this problem if that's what they're addressing, there are alternative energy sources that have been done by huge mining farms if the main concern is all about the consumption and effect of it as it requires a huge amount of energy.
3603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not save Russia from sanctions on: March 03, 2022, 12:07:10 PM
How they're going to know that if a bitcoin address is from Russia or Belarus?
They obviously can't. The attempts we keep seeing on the internet is part of the big propaganda machine orchestrated by the tyrant regimes mostly in carrot countries trying to create the illusion that they have the supreme control on anything they want, including bitcoin transactions and hope that they can scare some kids away from bitcoin.
They seriously are misleading people with the power that they're trying to show. As if everything they see is controllable by them. These articles and news they make of tracking, it's fooling the non-technical people reading those materials.

China is now very cautious in its statements about Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. But he will also not go against the world community and provide support to the pariah country, into which Russia is now very quickly turning. At the same time, China will act in a way that will be beneficial to this country and at any moment can act to the detriment of Russia's interests.
As Russia is now becoming a very unreliable trading partner, only two of China's major banks are now allowed to transact with Russia, and then on a case-by-case basis with the permission of the country's top political leadership, and only in Chinese yuan.
Of course, cryptocurrency cannot save Russia from international sanctions. After all, sanctions concern not only the financial sector, but also the movement of goods.
It is because they also have their own battle that they're about to start but hopefully, they won't do that to Taiwan. That's why whatever Russia is doing, China is just going to spare them but I've read in the news that they've released a statement that Russia should mend to have it fix and have a peace talk with Ukraine.
3604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: In Beefy, do you have to manually, and periodically, reinvest? on: March 03, 2022, 10:17:39 AM
This should be on the Altcoin Discussion.

In Axie infinity, for example, every few days we have to claim ronin and buy stuffs and then restake again.

In beefy, are they automatically reinvested?

How can that works anyway?
I haven't used beefy finance but the details are there, it says daily percentage, and as well as it's written on the website, this note for all vaults.

All vaults autocompound at an optimal rate

CMIIW, so if it says auto compound then it's automatically "restaking" your stake.

3606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yield farming vs Staking vs Lending on: March 02, 2022, 10:19:02 PM
I don't have a good experience in yield farming and maybe I just did it wrong and found the wrong pool and project. But I probably won't be getting into it again for sometime after my experience. Staking is easier for me and I get to have the control to my fund by doing so, of course not in any exchange platform if I'm going to stake. And for lending, in platforms, they'll make it look like that you're having it as a stake but in reality, they'll be taking your deposits for them to lend it and have a share of profit for your portion.

Yield farming is profitable depending on the platform and the token that you are farming. I tried this option also but in the end I withdrew as I was not seeing its profitability because the token was declining its value. So to avoid further losses, I just got it out and sold, to buy a different alt. In this venture, you should make sure that you are keeping tabs of their developments so you know where they are going. And get out while you are still in positive, don't wait too long because most of these farm tokens usually lose their value. Staking is much easier if you are staking it on your own wallet as you have the full control of what's goin on.
It's important to assess the project itself as you farm or if you're about to farm. But in my experience, I'm already and really out of it. I don't see myself very effective on it because of my choice and wrong intuition for the project. I've done my part of researching but that's not enough.
It is that the market has always been fluctuative and unpredictable and I see that it's not really for me so I just did what I think is good for me.
3607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not save Russia from sanctions on: March 02, 2022, 09:16:39 PM
How they're going to know that if a bitcoin address is from Russia or Belarus?

when crypto is used as fiat, any economy can survive.
Unless it's all the citizens that will do that but many are still relying on their fiat and because of the sanctions, they're were forced to choose what they don't like to do.
The purpose of bitcoin on them will be more of transfers and saving their assets while Ruble is depreciating.
3608  Economy / Gambling / Re: What's the new big Cryptocasino to use for a UK player on: March 02, 2022, 08:12:12 PM
So let's say I deposit 100 tonight and win 2000 on Stake, will it screw me over when trying to withdraw?
I don't think there's an issue if you try to withdraw that winnings since you've said you're using VPN even if you're from UK, seoinc has said about having a good vpn. IIRC, it's with those issues about stake customer's complain that I've read, the customer is at fault and that's why they can't withdraw. They've broken the rules and that's why they're putting the blame onto the casino even though the real fault is at them. They'll ask you to kyc if they have find some suspicions on your account but if there's none, you can have it without experiencing a problem.
3609  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia's effect on IT sector? on: March 02, 2022, 07:14:14 PM
AFAIK, there's already a shortage for the past years and even with sanctions, we're still in short. But I think that these chip making companies have already made their stocks before the war and they're going to manufacture it. In fact, there were news about their newest release of chips and that's why I think that they've already made it before this war has erupted. The sanction is the way to make Russia stop because if there's no sanction, they'll still feel that they're at the top.
3610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new Gaming projects? on: March 02, 2022, 11:37:41 AM
It's easy, just don't. As you've said, you're scared to lose money so don't invest and don't take risk. That project that you even told us is a risky project.
I don't have to go through deep on it as I don't really look into newer projects especially if they're NFT games. Only a few of them became good IMO and if there are newer ones, I'm not interested with them anymore. I think the era of nft games is about to be gone but those that have reached the peak and became popular worldwide are going to stay.
3611  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation hits Russia on: March 01, 2022, 11:35:47 PM
Quite funny how some people have been saying that Putin have planned this for long and he’s prepared for what’s coming, lol, this shows he has no plans at all. I guess he thought that the world relies too much on Russia, but that’s not true from what we are seeing right now, since there will always be alternatives.
I'm not sure but I've read somewhere that in the past several years, they're also about to do the same attack but has been stopped and delayed. But as for the plan, let's say that it's been planned by him, by them. However, they haven't foreseen the economic impact of what they've planned to do. Right now, the sanctions are pulling their economy down and it's really going to be hitting them very badly if they won't stop anytime soon. With what I'm seeing on their stand, it seems that they really aren't going to stop soon unless Ukraine has given them the favors and decisions that Russia is just waiting for.
3612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best casinos that gives dividends to token holders? on: March 01, 2022, 10:35:23 PM
I created a list of casino that gives dividends to their token holders as you can find here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5353217.0 Sorry in advance as I have not updated for a while, but you can check it as your references or you may give some more information about the casinos with similar feature that are not on the list yet.
Are most of them still active? There's a need to update that list of yours, aside from owl.games, there are some others that you need to add.
And that's like freebitco.in's FUN token: https://freebitco.in/static/html/token/user.html
For most of its details, they have its own website and listed on cmc too.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/funtoken/
https://funtoken.io/

There are benefits for holding FUN tokens, but we don't get dividends from holding them! I have a nice amount of FUN tokens, we get WoF spins (where we usually win BTC, lottery tickets, reward points, and a few big prizes), we also get a higher interest rate for holding BTC, you can lock farm FUN tokens by locking them! The current price of the FUN token is 22 sats (I think that 21 sats is the all-time low) and it's a good time for buying some!
Hey thanks!
I thought that you guys are receiving dividends for it. But instead you're getting those, I think that's still some nice benefits alternative to dividends.
I'm taking a look at it and that's why I've mentioned it that it seems to be a good casino token to hold. And knowing that it's quite low this time, it's really a good token to buy considering its price.
3613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: smal USDT balances ?? what to do ?? on: March 01, 2022, 09:46:12 PM
It's likely that the fee is in ERC20 and that's why it's asking you to send in that amount. Wait until the network fee settles down and you really have to fund that wallet with ethereum so it covers the fees that you're about to pay.
But as I check the gas fee now: https://ethgasstation.info/ the fee is amazingly isn't that much.

3617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: February 28, 2022, 10:28:43 PM
It's okay to tell that if you're holding bitcoin, we don't know what will be the price of bitcoin after 3 years. But 3 years from now, the halving shall make a huge difference on its price which will occur on 2024. And after that, if you know market cycles, we've been there and likely to still stay go through the same process of price increase once we're done through it. Wise is all about knowing what you do and taking profit is one of it. The decision always comes to you if you're going to decide wisely not to profit or take profit.
3618  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for March on: February 28, 2022, 09:29:44 PM
Voted for yes.
Although I have this belief that whenever March is approaching, there's always the bearish side and impression that it got me thinking. But as this day ends, we've seen how it quickly jumped to $41k.
It's about to cross $42k and if it's going to be there, we shall see that it's going to hold $40k. I guess my impression for this month would have changed already in a glance due to the spike.
3619  Economy / Economics / Re: The ruble is going to hell on: February 28, 2022, 08:28:43 PM
The economic sanction had gone effective immediately. With many financial service abroad have been banning and departing from the Russian government, they're certainly going down. As for the price of bitcoin, it had gone up and possibly Russians were the ones that have contributed on its recent increase. And as the Russian government dealing with the war and the economic sanction, they're also playing their part of it and they have to shutdown their stock market and that really caused their economy one heavy plummet.
3620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin private key storage on: February 28, 2022, 07:31:56 PM
2. Wouldn't it be a risk if I give my keys to the vendor to engrave it on the plates ? What if he steals my coins?
Also, If I don't give the words to the vendor how will he engrave it ?

One solution that I can think of is to find 3-4 similar vendors and give a few words to each of them to engrave on the plate
That's my worry upon reading it but there you go, the solution is by not giving all of it and just have them with different plate makers. I also like the idea of doing it on your own like forcing with that aluminum or steel with you writing on it just as franky has suggested.
I'm a paranoid person and thinking of every possible things if it's related to private keys or seeds. I don't want to give it to anyone even they're just the few words.
