What the freaking heck. Unbelievable. Miss the legends like Billy Bowden. ICC needs to wake the heck up and do something about this since a storm is building and this could hit them at any point in the future if they don't do anything about it.
The quality of umpiring has gone down with improvement in technology and that is what i see from these events, earlier in this test one of the Pakistan batsman was given out to a no ball and now twenty no balls being bowled and the on field umpire not even gave anyone of them shows the quality of umpring in the down slide.

I don't even see the need for Bumrah at this point since this trio is performing admirably and the current New Zealand squad is not exactly strong.
The Indian bowling department is the most potent in the world right now with spin and fast bowlers are performing well in Sub continent pitches and like everyone else i would like to see them test aboard and then we can see the quality of these match winner.

New Zealand lost their second wicket as Leach threw his wicket away by going for a shot in the air which was unwarranted as England planned as they packed the leg side field and Pope took a good catch and now two of their most experienced batsman are at the crease and Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor are their main stay and if the England pacer bowlers could create problems often and have the patience they can put pressure on the batsman.

Australia is batting really well and they might score over 240 runs even without loosing a wicket, hard time to be a Pakistani bowler with the way in which both the Australian openers are batting  Cheesy.

New Zealand is back in the match and it is great to see the comeback as New Zealand dropped a couple of chances yesterday which were costly and now England lost some quick wickets and now they scored 328 loosing 8 wickets, Jos Buttler is still in the crease and if he can score some quick runs then they can post a total above 350 runs which is pretty decent consider the quick loss of wickets and the match depends on the New Zealand batsman now, if they can score some big runs then they can put England under pressure in their second innings.

Seriously, I'm starting to lose interest in cricket due to such decisions. It's time ICC get the umpires replaced by the robots.
I am not expecting that the umpires will be replaced by robots anytime soon, for every dismissals the on field umpire takes the third umpire can verify in a few seconds and report it to the on field umpire whether it is a no ball or not or a catch being completed as the third umpire have the help of the technology and that is the logical solution that having the umpires replaced by robots Wink.

From tomorrow we will have a day night test match between India and Bangladesh and a first one in India . This is going to be exciting and also a Fun to watch out as India would be stronger side to start with as in last T20 we saw what happened .
I have not watched a day night Test match yet and hope it will help the bowlers too as the pink ball is said to help the fast bowlers as you will get more swing with it and if it is a success then it will continue in the future, India will win the match within 3 days as i do not expect much resistance from the Bangladesh players.

England surprised me with a steady start and they are in a comfortable position.
Pakistan did not surprise me as they are all out for 240 runs.
3606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are underutilizing Bitcoin on: November 20, 2019, 10:28:27 PM
I don't think bitcoin has the framework to be used in day to day transactions.
For this to happen we need to develop further and zero confirmation is needed if you are planning to shift completely to BTCitcoin for daily transactions

You look at Visa which processes millions of transactions a day and  compare it to Bitcoin. The network can't handle that amount of volume, especially when factoring confirmation times.
The major difference between Visa and Master card is that they are not a currency but an intermediary between banks and merchants and the comparison is not they way we should do as these are two different things, but it would be great if there is a scaling solution that could reach those levels.

I don't think people are under utilizing BTC. It's a matter of the fact that BTC can't handle the load.
There is under utilization when it comes to international trade and commerce and export and import businesses could take advantage of BTCitcoin to send currencies world wide without the help of a third party nor any conversion charges, so they could make a huge profit on that too.

Pretty much he is so vocal about buying Bitcoin with Etoro and pretty sure he got plenty of response mostly negative but I like this one pretty much, it is 80% real I am saying this because of most market on Altcoin is a total scam project, So I am saying stick to a limited number only that has potential,
I bet Ben Askren is promoting the site Etoro in this tweet, he knows how to make waves and the reason i do not fully believe what celebrities say is because they will promote anything for money, there is no debate that Askren is a crypto enthusiast but look at the way in which he promoted the site in which he purchased and i wonder how much money they paid him to promote them in social media  Cheesy.

Well, Ben Askren will be missed and mostly he surely earns the title for the fastest knockout in the UFC history of 5 seconds but no pun intended because it is true but at least he will be getting more earnings when BTC hits another all-time high.
He made a lot of money outside the UFC and he is not a wild party junkie to spent all the money he made, he made wise decisions and invested in real estate and other ventures and he is a financial explorer and so is the reason he invested in BTCitcoin and i met him personally when he was contracted with OneFC and visited Dubai for a promotion and he was a cool individual back then and now he started a Bitcoin podcast called Funky Crypto.
3608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scalabillty not an issue? on: November 19, 2019, 09:09:57 PM
Scalability hurts Bitcoin's adoption as a currency, but it's not a problem for Bitcoin being a store of value, and Bitcoin's properties as a store of value (deflationary, decentralized) can justify pretty high prices. Also, these high predictions merely say that the price will touch that level, not stay there - we had 80+% corrections in the past, so some correction is definitely happening after we get to a new ATH.
Scaling is what stops bitcoin from major adoption and as a user i do not want my transaction to be stuck in the mempool for days nor wanted to increase my transaction fees to make transaction faster on a regular basis, bitcoin cannot survive for the long term just as a store of value as you cannot expect the price of bitcoin having any stability and store of value means you need to have a stable price or you can consider bitcoin as a high volatile high risk store of value and you explain that to economist and they will laugh at you Cheesy.
We are at the beginning phase and we will have some good solution in the future as there are many developers dedicating to make it better.
3609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 19, 2019, 03:08:27 PM
Bummer...  The UFC would've been better with him around (and successful)...  Imagine him trolling the likes of beasts like Khabib and Usman.  Cheesy
It would have been great to see Ben Askren around as he brought some freshness to the division and yet another loss he knew it will be hard for him to fight for the title anytime soon and that was the reason he came back from retirement and it was great while it lasted and now the hip injury forced him to retire, even if he was not injured he would have retired as he is a smart fellow and made some wise investment and that too in crypto currency and he is vocal about it.
3610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: November 19, 2019, 10:43:56 AM
Can't complain as well. I also can't imagine the tennis world without our players who we grew up watching. I still vividly remember Federer vs Sampras in semis or finals, but I can't remember which tournament it was. Federer was the rising star that time and Sampras is on the way out, I'm guessing its the 01-02, hah, that was a long time ago.  Grin
Roger Federer and Pete Sampras only faced each other once in Wimbledon 2001 and it was a really close match and it was a back and forth match where Federer won the first set and Sampras came back in the second set and it was a marathon match which lasted more than three hours  Shocked and Federer won the match 3-2.

For all the fans who wants to see the match in youtube here is the link and it was an epic match Roger Federer vs Pete Sampras: Wimbledon fourth round, 2001.

I'm really wondering now what's the reason he opened that thread ? I mean the site is done and bitcointalk doesn't trust him anyways so what's the point ?
May be he is feeding his ego by opening the thread or he is willing to compensate everyone who lost money for the experiment he was doing, these tokens are high risk experiment and you cannot control how the market should react and may be that is what happened to him.

currently I really don't understand the situation at all cause I never expected him to show up here , does this thing have anything to do with legal stuffs or is there actually a chance that he is willing to pay these lost funds ?
There is no clarity on how he is going to compensate his investors nor where the funds comes and that too after getting his site hacked and what more to loose now  Undecided.

totally agree with you about the newbie accounts tho it's totally shady and most likely fake as well , but what's the point of these positives vouches Huh
Really shady with newbie accounts vouching and that is the reason i thought he was feeding his ego and if he is planning to compensate the investors, let him do that.
3612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Final Hunt for the Real Satoshi Nakamoto - Hoffman Investigation on: November 18, 2019, 09:20:51 PM
I have met the real Satoshi Nakamoto in late 2015, after full two years of searching for the genuine inventor of Bitcoin and Blockchain technology. No, he is not anyone out there in the Bitcoin community. But he is out there visible but unseen. I have been granted permission by the real Satoshi Nakamoto to reveal his true identity in the news media as it is now necessary.
Dr Josef Hoffman
You claim to meet Satoshi Nakamoto in 2015 and for four years you were in a comma or what to come up with this revelation now when the forum is about to celebrate the 10 anniversary, my only request is to provide your real identity first before planning to come up with another story of another revaluation and as everyone said there is no proof without solid proof, sign the message from known wallets of Satoshi and it is not that hard   Tongue.

one more doubt, why you think it is necessary that the revelation is necessary now, in reality no one cares about the identity of Satoshi as he is not involved in the development of bitcoin for almost a decade.

There are many investigators and topics regarding the same topic in this forum and you are another wannabe investigator and welcome to that wannabe group Tongue.

Paul Craig fought really well and he took this fight in a short notice and the real opponent for Shogun Rua was Sam Alvey  but he got replaced due to injury and looking at the fight i would like to see the rematch and Paul Craig with a full camp and then Charles Oliveira impressed with his knockout performance and i would like to see him face Edson Barboza or Al Iaquinta next.
3614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 17, 2019, 09:44:06 PM
The biggest takeaway from this series is the manner in which AFG won by decent margins against a team like WI in a T-20 series. Rashid Khan is leading the side brilliantly as expected.
The players started taking responsibility to come up with match winning performance and they always had a good bowling line up because of the world class spin attack but they always lacked in batting power and depth and if they are able to put a decent score on the board then they can pose a challenge and the West Indies side is not having some of their best T20 players as they are playing in league matches in South Africa and Dubai. Full credits to team Afghanistan on winning the series after loosing the first match.

3616  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal Drops Pornhub Support, Pornhub Is Now Exploring Cryptocurrency Options on: November 17, 2019, 01:40:35 PM
I'm surprised that Paypal did not know or discovered this because Pornhub has been online for many years and they have been using Paypal ever since, but it's Paypal lost Porn is a multi-million dollar business, that's hundreds thousands dollar fee
The porn industry is a billion dollar market and it is the total accumulation of the porn market and it is not a secret and if paypal does not want to conduct business then they have the freedom to exclude any sector, expect these if you are dealing with private and government payment gateway and that is why we have a decentralized market in BTCitcoin and they will migrate in due time.

of course Bitcoin everybody will prefer Bitcoin, or other top coins in the market like Litecoin, Dogecoin or Ethereum
or they can even create their own if they want it.
If they want to accept BTCitcoin it is perfect for any merchants and if every company will start their own coin then there will be a time when you will be holding tons of coins without much liquidity and that is not the vision of Satoshi, BTCitcoin is created to eliminate a third party trust and it is not meant that every Dick and Harry must create their own shit coin to conduct business.

Simply stunned by some results in London. I feel sorry for those who bet in recent days. Even a well paid algorithm can't help with match predictions. Somehow Thiem left biggest impression on me with his majestic performance vs. Novak. If Austrian can maintain and replicate that level he will win the tournament.
This was one of the most unexpected upsets and results in tennis in a long time, Dominic Thiem and Stefanos Tsitsipas  played some wonderful matches and i did not expect Stefanos defeating Medvedev and then he went on to defeat Zverev and finally Federer to reach the finals and Thiem started off defeating Federer and his game against Djokovic was superb.

Thiem got defeated by Berrettini and Stefanos by Nadal in the group stages but both played some outstanding matches and hopefully some fireworks in the finals too.

No way... Korean Zombie is clear favorite here for me.
It will be good fight anyway.
Korean Zombie aka Chan-Sung Jung is a really exciting fighting and i remember his title fight against Jose Aldo and it was a competitive fight until the Korean Zombie dislocated his shoulders during the fight and  one seeing that Aldo finished him after seeing his shoulder dislocated and then his really great  fight against Yair Rodríguez he was winning the judges in every round and that reverse elbow cost him the match in the last second but Brian Ortega is a different animal altogether, he is good with his hands and improving and he is a legit black belt and if he catches him in a guillotine or triangle it is game over.

The current Indian test squad is perfect and it will get even better once Bumrah returns in the future which is why I disagree with you here. Chahar needs to gain more experience and take wickets consistently in ODI and T-20 formats.
The Indian team is filled with great bowlers Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav and when Jasprit Bumrah returns Yadav or Ishant Sharma will loose his spot and i would like to see all the pace bowlers playing in fast bowling pitches without any spinner as i have not seen an Indian team with just fast bowlers but i know it is impossible to have a team without a spinner but it would be fun.
