Invest money- This for me is the last stage in the cycle that creates more money for you to be able to get more money. More money betters ones opportunities.
This is the most important stage in the life of human. You have to think of how to invest the money you have so that in the future you can fall back to it. This stage deserve more careful not to invest wrongly. Many people have failed in this stage because of wrong decision and investment that didn't bring profit. I think way more people fail on the second step, after all unless you are already rich most people need to work to get some money, but when it comes to saving many people do not know how to do it, and while in theory is simple, as you only need to spend less than what you earn, many people use their money in a very noneffective way which means they do not have any spare money and they cannot save, which is a shame as investing in bitcoin is probably one of the best decisions that a person could take over the long term. You have a point, but in terms of saving, there are still people that are having difficulty saving because their money or earnings were just enough for their daily needs. I've never sold a satoshi since 2013, actually never sold any BTC. I've seen all the ups and downs, seen them all. I'm very relaxed now because I just HODL and enjoy the ride. Let the weak hands lose, the strong hands will remain. Go on and sell your BTC to the big boys. One day BTC will go in the $xxx,xxx zone and many of you will regret selling. Dips are temporary and BTC will still exist in 2140, remember that, it cannot just disappear. Go on, make the rich guys richer. They will be happy to buy it from you, but remember, once you give it away it's gone.
Actually I cannot believe a new opportunity to buy BTC for cheap has been given to everyone. It could be among the last who knows!
I cant believe you held it long . I can only hold it for couple of months and selling it off not because i am a weak hands but I need money to spend on something. I got curious about how rich are you now ?lol since you bought bitcoin last 2013 and that is the most cheapest price and easily to afford. If i am holding that bitcoin i am sure i also sold it to buy a house because we dont own one. Actually sending crypto from one wallet address to another requires a very high concentration of the sender, anytime I wanted to send a crypto coin to a particular address, I do check and check the address again to avoid lost of coin because any coin sent to wrong wallet address is gone completely. Therefore more care should be taken while sending coin. It is not just concentration, also paying attention to it and triple checking the address because if it is wrong, it is gone forever. I've been in crypto for 4 years now and have not sent a single transaction to the wrong address because I am not dumb and also very cautious about it because that is money we are transacting with. Although you have good intentions to reduce it, it can still be prevented by only checking it thrice. |

Holding isn't mandatory, but the benefits of the same is big. Almost every cryptocurrency user have experienced it. It is suggested to hold, based on the growth happened in the market with time. If you're good in trading, then one can make good profit out of the fluctuation. Here very few will be successful with their indepth knowledge and observation about different cryptocurrencies. Majority just consider it an investment and keeps hold. Here also users get lucky to profit in short term as well as in long term.
Majority HODL bitcoin after facing loss in day or short term trading. HODL is best strategy to gain profit in BTC. As far as OP question is concerned that when to sell, IMO there is no best time to buy and sell. It all depends on your personal strategy , there is no point in HODLing your coins if you are getting decent profit. I sell me holdings if I see profit around 30 to 40% There is no point in holding when you are not spending the profit. I agree to this. There is no best time to sell or buy Bitcoin as long as you need it. Or if you have set something like a 50% profit, you will now sell your coin or buy more. My personal strategy was to go for 50% and cut my losses at around 60% too, but cutting losses depends if there are no developments to or new updates to the coin. |

Kids are young and energetic and in this age it is an obvious thing, they are always up for learning new things. Teaching them about bitcoins and cryptocurrency would be the right decision. There are many factors why they should know about bitcoins and strategies. From a very young age, they get an opportunity to learn how to be financially independent.
the young age of the children is around 17 years old where children can be said to be adults where children of this age are already thinking about their future, so at this age it is the right time to be taught what bitcoin is and the steps taken to enter the crypto market not all since thie is the age where the teens start exploring out of curiosity but not the future but also this is the time where they will be thinking of earning money to buy things . To me i have held many discussions with friends in college with me, sometimes teaching them blockchain, the future of Bitcoin and why we should buy and hold Bitcoin, how the world will be in 5 years to 10 years to come. With this little meetings i have been able to share with my friends and also spread bitcoin to mates in college and i know they will do the same and if everyone does the same tell me what will be of Bitcoin today. So let us support Bitcoin max Adoption by telling people arounds us, bitcoin remains the future of money.
if you spread knowledge about bitcoin in campus discussions then i spread knowledge about bitcoin by accepting payments via bitcoin in my small business, there are also many consumers who ask about what bitcoin is but it seems the majority are still unsure about bitcoin and choose to just ask. i still believe that one-day bitcoin will get bigger and the majority of people will hunt bitcoin. This is a nice idea, but those who pay Bitcoin are already aware of it, but those who like to share their knowledge in an open forum, such as on a school campus, can learn from you through that forum.Whether we choose to spread awareness of Bitcoin or not, it is still the same goal to teach other people and also try to invest in it if they already have knowledge of it. |

I cash-out some percentage of btc before it cross 20k$ again in 2020 cause i haven’t imagined it could hit upto 67k$ ath. But when i realised then i try to manage my remain btc and try not to sell it in any condision. Rather doing trade so that i could increase more amount of btc in my wallet. Still i don't know when should i cash-out from it but if it cross 100k$ then maybe i cash-out a little amount for celebrate
well nothing is wrong when cashing out Bitcoin because that is the purpose of it earning profit so that you have something to spend on. I know a lot of us will really be confused on when to sell because we really dont know what is the next ATH and and that is the best time to sell but now the problem is how do you detect it, as my self i would say that it is not about when to sell it is about when you'll need a money because that is the time you really need it to spend it on important matter |

Good for you that you haven't gone to somewhat in worst conditions after losing. I know someone who loses and take a loan to play again hoping to win it back, however end up losing again with additional debts to pay. I didn't knew people could be like that because of gambling addiction. Also this man is borrowing money from everyone in his family including close friends, with no second thoughts. I don't know if 6k USD is a big money for you but in my case it would really hurt me to lose it in an instant, and that is the case for this man I know. Only the most wealthy one wont be hurt if losing a 6k . Money is what we really need now a days even losing small money still can hurt your but having a loan to just play and try to win back losses is really dumb and at the same time it can hurt you, not just you but also your family could be hurt because of what have you done . It's better to learn to play a PVP game than to bet on animals like chickens or horses or something else because it's not fun to see those animals dying from losing.
I don't really know about games that might be added or integrated with gambling, but I think that regardless of the type of game, if it is combined with gambling, we will be creative to turn it into a gambling game.

Suffice to agree with what you say because even though there is a game like that and it is made into gambling which is quite in demand in some circles, I actually don't really agree and don't really like this kind of thing because it is like torture and I don't want this to happen. at least PVP games are people who are really trained and they still have a clear mind and adequate facilities. This has been debated for a decade now and still exists. I know all of the bettors that it's kind of animal cruelty, but they are still betting on it because of money, and no one can stop it. You know, humans are really into money. With regards to human fighting, you also have a point because there are referees that can watch the game to like lessen the possibility that a person dies during the fight, whereas most of them die after the fight. |

Also the project really isn't a success. A lot of progress still has to be made. Security is still an issue along with sites still growing. Anyone ever even talk to him? I'm not saying he isn't real I'm just putting this out there.
I just got more curious about the OP. What happened to him? It was last active in 2013. I am really thinking if the OP has a lot of bitcoin, that it was like he lost the keys. or forget it and still find it. Or he is really rich right now because of the price. But banning because people are addicted is good move or else they can bring more restrictions so the addiction can be reduced but banning it is okay for me because its totally not fair to treat the animals in that way for our business.
If you are not from the Philippines then you are not familiar with online cockfighting. This has been on the surge lately right after the pandemic and it become one of those revenue making from the government. However, it went out of control, people gets addicted to it, and there are reports of people just disappearing and being taken by no other that the cops itself, so this needs to be stop by the government. As OP stated, a kid was sold because of the E-sabong. This news was really trending because they did really sell their kid. Also, you are right, E-sabong was hyped during the pandemic because people had nothing to do at home. That is why the addiction in our country is rising. I know that this involves animals and most of us really disagree about animal fighting, but as you can see, this kind of gambling really gives a lot of money to the country because of tax. I don't know if anyone here is familiar with Color Game. It is like you need to bet on a specific color. I sometimes think only the rich people should be gambling but in reality it is the exact opposite. Rich people almost never gamble but poor people gamble with the money they don’t own. This is a pretty sad case. It depends on the gambler most of the rich people manage their money properly and know what they afford to lose in the gambling we know they are capable of doing it because they have a large number of it. Some of the gambling addicted already make a win and they want to try it again and some of them are already lost a lot of money and want to earn it back. We know how gambling makes a risk. It's all about high-risk rewards depending on the luck and players' strategy. Strategy is a minor one to win but still the most of it was more on luck. In gambling you should really need to like allocate amount of money so you will not go over it . Most of people I know when they go to casinos , they only brought is for fare and money to spend in casino so that they can make sure that they cant over it but still there are lapses of it because you can borrow money which you will be in debt so controlling your emotions is also one of the things needs to work on. |

Wondering what I'm doing here? To give a little back story, I have been assigned to a secondary school (high school for those in the United States) for my national youth service as part of the mandatory one-year programme for graduates of tertiary institutions. I have been assigned as computer science teacher for the senior class in a school where there are no computers. I guess the students are expected to learn only theory and let their imagination do the rest. I want to give the students a different experience other than the one they are used to. I'm a Bitcoin guy, I wear a Bitcoin shirt to work. I'm practical about bitcoin and want to integrate Bitcoin and crypto as topics in my teaching practice. I am preparing a course outline and borrowed some beginner topics from bitcointalk. I will be borrowing computers from nearby centers for class projects when the time comes. I don't know what to expect from the students, any suggestions will be appreciated.
My goodness! Teaching computer science without computers wouldn't do much good, I hope you can borrow those computers you say. Where you live, do the students have a mobile phone with an internet connection? I think everyone has one nowadays. I say this because for them to get an idea of what bitcoin is, they should have experience with the internet. Agree, I know it is a ton of effort to demonstrate it but still difficult. I just remember the post in social media that there was a teacher teaching how to use microsoft word which he draws the MS Word in black board and start explaining it tools, we are amazed with the effort and eagerness of the teacher but if we think the student i think they would having difficulties on gaining or learning it because they havent experience it and also havent really touch and do it by themselves. I know this is some kind of cruelty, but this is a really long-running sport and I know a lot of NGOs are campaigning to ban this, but it still failed. This is also like the cockfighting where all of the roosters that are lost usually die, or if not, they will be killed in the end because of the injuries. I know this is the most famous bet and they are still unable to ban it. I'm not for or against it, but it's still cruel, but when it comes to money, no one can stop it, and it's also about gambling, which a lot of big bosses partake in.
