3621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest profit from an AirDrop? on: December 26, 2017, 11:51:26 AM
POS Token for me. Didn't knew I had them on first airdrop. After realizing it's price. I did participated in the 3rd round airdrop, I sold 90% of them for 0.8 Ethereum and still holds a few.
3622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which altcoin to buy for 5K USD on: December 26, 2017, 03:41:46 AM
I don't see a future of Reddcoin. IOTA and Sia can be good investment for long run. Much safer investments are still the major coins. If you want a quicker profit, just invest in selected pre-sale tokens (with highest bonuses). They'll yield good profit in upto 6 months.
3623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Stellar/XLM for real? on: December 24, 2017, 09:51:59 PM
I've done some extensive research on the Stellar Network and XLM, have decided to invest in the Lumen(XLM).
This question, i guess, is for those that have looked at it as an investment.
What's your thoughts?
Thanks..

Stellar is a good concept and I believe you'll have a profit whatsoever in ever rising crypto market.
But the competition among the new coins are so tough, its hard to figure out which one would outstand the group.
3624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Copper coin on: December 24, 2017, 09:37:42 PM
What is a Copper coin?

Coins made of copper. I still have a few of them in my drawer.

Just kidding. They might be talking about http://coppercoin.net/

A scrypt coin that's probably dying before hitting an exchange.
3625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help getting BTG from empty electrum wallet that had funds during fork. on: December 24, 2017, 09:18:50 PM
Hi, I had Funds in my electrum wallet during the BTG fork. After the fork i withdrew funds so now my electrum wallets have 0 BTC. When i go to Coinomi to sweep my BTC private key's from the addresses that had BTC during the fork, Conomi tells me no funds are available. So IDK what to do anymore i have tried this like 4 separate times now. If anybody can help i would appreciate it!

Thanks!

The same process has worked for me. Be sure you are importing the private keys of the same address which you used for holding those bitcoins as every address has a different private key. The forke happend around August 1, be sure you had the balance before the exact time of fork.
3626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Being Millionaire with Altcoins? on: December 24, 2017, 09:06:41 PM
Most of old altcoins are already high and you can't make a big profit unless you invest a big amount.
I advise you to invest in new and cheap altcoins related to promising projects. They still can make rich with a small or moy investment.

This is true to some extent. I don't believe bitcoin will still grow 10 folds but still it has a good potential to rise.
And other popular currencies like ETH and XMR and LTC still has a good potential and are relatively risk free.

3628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we invest in NEO coin? on: December 24, 2017, 08:55:27 PM
It's one of the best time to invest in NEO. Though it is rising in USD value, it's BTC value is half of what it used to be in august (that's when I bought it.)
And their partner organisations have just started rolling out their own tokens on the platform.
3629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell my airdropped tokens quickly or hold on to them? on: December 24, 2017, 11:44:54 AM
Airdrop coins are a mixed experience for me. Some just cluttered my wallet while some were of real worth.
For the price, airdropped coins generally decrease in price on first week of exchange. And it's mostly better to go with the flow.
But it's wiser not to sell all of them. POS Token for example have shown a good stability and performance though is a high stake token.
3630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: December 23, 2017, 04:09:25 PM
My beautiful Monero

Triangles of life

Any guess what direction it will go further. up or down :p

USD chart is rather confusing in all these rise and fall of bitcoin. This is a month chart of monero against BTC

I feel the price against BTC would go up the next day.
3631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do holidays affect the outcome of the launched ICO? on: December 23, 2017, 04:00:23 PM
Seems so. The similar happens with securities issued on long festivals.
People tend to spend larger on those times and are more willing to redeem than to invest.
3632  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Entry points - beginner on: December 23, 2017, 04:52:28 AM
Don't just jump in. Watch the development closely and wait for the coin to get relative success.
The coin that are popular in news generally gets the better price, wait for them.
3633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PLEASE READ! THINGS NEED TO CHANGE! WE ARE LOSING CRYPTO on: December 22, 2017, 03:08:37 AM
We are loosing the essence of cryptocurrency.
And whether we accept it or not, cryptocurrencies and tokens are becoming ponzis.
We'll be gaining until we bring in new investors. The causal flow is low as the investors will go for a profit or hodl.
And what if there's no more money left to pour in cryptos?
3634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Without Ethereum Network, will all tokens be useless ? on: December 20, 2017, 10:00:43 AM
Most ERC 20 tokens and ICOs are based on Ethereum network. I was just wondering if Ethereum network is out of existence, wont' those tokens function?
If there is a problem in the Ethereum network that causes can not make a transaction then it can be said that the token in the Ethereum network has no function because token holders can't use tokens to transact or use tokens as payment on the platform
If this happens. I think project developers can switch to other platforms so their tokens can work again

But switching won't be possible as transferring codes from one server to other. With the lose of ethereum network, the distribution and ownership of tokens too will be lost.
But lose of ethereum network won't be possible as it is decentralized.
Even if the Ethereum team became hostile and code itself to death, anyone can fork it before it's death and operate a different or the same blockchain network.
3635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MetaMask on: December 20, 2017, 09:55:59 AM
Need help. Thank you.

You have successfully imported your wallet and every token and ETH balance to metamask.
Metamask has not yet made the option to view your token balance directly but you can view it with other token balance viewing explorers like ethplorer.io
But you can easily integrate metamask wallet with exchanges like etherdelta.
3636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH Bitcoincash is available in COINBASE ! on: December 20, 2017, 02:23:50 AM
Coinbase has allowed fiat to flow into Bitcoin for years.  I wonder what will happen now that Cash has been added and rumors of dozens of coins being added in 2018; will this be a long draw down of Bitcoin's value?

The loudest rumor is about Ripple XRP that would come to CoinBase wallets

Bitcoincash has placed itself to be a stable and useable alternative to bitcoin. Litecoin and Ethereum were too unavoidably popular.
But adding a dozens of coins would be counter-initiative for coinbase and Gdax. It would make it similar to any other exchange.
And I don't think coinbase would rush in that direction.
3637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is VergeCoin Going to tank or soar on: December 19, 2017, 06:16:43 AM
This is one of the crazy valuation in the space, even at $1 it is too high IMO, people in this space always follow the herb and won't be surprised if most people get hurt when the price start to dump, I just hope I'm wrong

Surely for a coin with a large supply, maintaining the value would be difficult, that would account for 150 billion dollars stuck on valuation of a coin at current rate. Either the valuation would go down or the dollar would inflate to accommodate large supplies of altcoins.

Glad to see an established espaņol education network taking up crypto. It would surely make tutors and learners a better way to be involved rather than using the traditional payment systems.
3639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Hottest Cryptocurrency In China Is Not Bitcoin on: December 17, 2017, 04:57:39 AM
Xunlei is a established company and their cryptocurrency onecoin will surely gain a lot of attention. But there choice of naming the coin is a bit confusing to the wide spread ponzi active in south asia and middle east.
3640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to gain 1% daily profit from trading? on: December 17, 2017, 03:17:57 AM
I think bitcoin is the king, so holding altcoins (even ethereum) is high-risk method right now, if bitcoin hits 25-30K many altcoins will drop 100% at latest, so trading is the safest way for me!

in your opinion what is the safest way to gain 1% daily profit from trading?

Holding bitcoins alone would be another risk. So, it's better to diversify your investment on coins that you hold, at least 25% Of it. Ethereum, Monero and Litecoin have proved themselves to be a good buffer.
