3621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: January 04, 2021, 02:57:43 AM
Personally to quit smoke is difficult and equally not easy to stop, if your purpose is to eliminate, I think little by little it will be good whereas we couldn't forcing to anyone's best for their key of stress, but soon I think it is suitable to break through more budget for smoke as an additional investment for trading Bitcoin, I guess buying Bitcoin every weekend is perfect than smoking.

Total True i personally sometimes smoke e-cigarette quit smoke is hard because of nikotin in it even e-cigar have on their liquid. Candy is friend to people who want to quit smoke. and investing bitcoin is good choice with cost dollar averaging technic

3623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Congrats Satoshi Nakamoto --> 44th Richest Person in the World. #cryptoastronaut on: January 03, 2021, 02:03:08 AM
Hell yeah. All hail Satoshi!!

I believe he/they will not gonna use that funds anymore and he/they have extra fund on different wallet that they are free to use. Using that funds will destroy BTC market since it will create FUD to all BTC holders.

Hail satoshi  Grin

and i do agree with you they will not using bitcoin even tho he used it the identy of satoshi nakamoto will reveal by detective of Bitcointalk  Grin
3624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GUYS WHAT ARE BITCOINS USED FOR IN THESE DAYS, WITH FEES SO HIGH? on: January 03, 2021, 02:00:56 AM
simple of it exchange to another coin and then start buying using another altcoin like ethereum if still expensive pay with cash tho hehehe as simple as that

i heard about lightning network in bitcoin and in my opinion bigger company like paypal whom started adopted bitcoin will make bitcoin payment simple just like digital wallet WeChat Pay or another payment like netteler or u can using neteller card and deposit some bitcoin for daily activity

3627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: De-Fi on Bitcoin on: January 02, 2021, 02:56:00 AM
Will "De-Fi" become popular on Bitcoin as ETH's fees rise all the way to the moon? Or will smart contracts on Bitcoin become a "failed experiment"?

There's more than just Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Many other blockchains were or are now just as good for DeFi as Ethereum. Or at least close enough. There's quite a competition there you seem to have missed out completely.

I don't see a good reason for Bitcoin care at all about this and I think that Bitcoin side chains has lost the train for this.
So it's imho it's closer to "failed experiment", although it's not even known enough to be called like that by such a number so it would matter...

But don't worry. I am not convinced that DeFi does indeed worth the hassle...

In fact bitcoin have USDT in Omni layer and also in tron and much more well eth right know is popular but the other blockchain will gain more popularity maybe people not using Omni because the high fee but maybe people can using it for something else
3628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The "rat poison" is worth more than Buffett's company on: January 02, 2021, 02:50:42 AM
It's actually GOOD that Warren Buffett has missed a golden opportunity to invest in one of the largest asset price moves of the century. How long must the network exist before these people accept Bitcoin as an asset, and as a protocol?

Sooner or later the Mr. Warren Buffet will buy the bitcoin or the  Buffett's Company the Berkshire Hathaway will start implementing crypto for the payment system or the smart contract.
3629  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Does blockchain explorer provide enough information on: January 02, 2021, 02:47:03 AM
Could you elaborate your point, if you want to track a specific bitcoin address you can user this site

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0000574a52f90da4?from_address=3DUgK59qeL6RpD7wJxi2satEv9BwkArHT8

It provides further details than what usual bitcoin explorer provides. But i do not understand the purpose of asking the police to freeze the account and whether they are able to do that. If you have evidence then you can file a report but the level of investigation depends upon your region and country.

yep i do agree with this guy, me personally got scammed lot of time  Grin Grin Grin and police usually can't track down the transcation even they do there will be another problem the scammer maybe in another world from you and case closed

Do your own research before investing Smiley

3631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FOMO has started for Bitcoin on: January 01, 2021, 01:24:16 AM
Wait Price Correction that literally not happen right now bull trend still exist

if we look at the current price we can easily see that these price forecasts are no longer unrealistic. even a few years ago when Tom Lee was talking about $ 25,000 it seemed like a joke and today we are at $29,000 and it is at a level that is already impossible to fall below $25,000 or even below $20,000. we can say with certainty that it is going to $40,000 without any problem and it can even be said that it is impossible that it does not break $30,000. so I no longer see how these predictions can be unrealistic. can you tell what was the price forecast that you consider unrealistic
well you true bitcoin price is hard to predict before this i just thought that bitcoin price will hit 25.000 next year i mean this month, but december 2020 its already break 25.000 so its crazy
3632  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia would ban miners from receiving rewards in bitcoins and cryptocurrencies on: January 01, 2021, 01:11:15 AM
I think some geo-politics also involve in this, because i heard some news that PM tenure will be finished. That's why he is taking some unpredictable steps against miners. Russia's very friendly country china till now didnot imposed any strong steps against miners. And I dont think in Russia there is lack of power.

Probably Miners should move their operation to the free country. Because in some near future they will definitely take the power-cut steps aganinst them.

Yeah i dont see anything way bitcoin miner get banned on rusia and i aggree with you about china since most biggest miner happen in there and also they are bitcoin chip maker right. if i in russia i will start considering cloud mining event this kinda high risk or using PoS algorithm to stake some altcoin right
