3621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin in the highest level of trust? on: August 12, 2021, 02:52:33 PM
To my own view Bitcoin is a standard and Biggest gains scale
The cryptocurrency Bitcoin has value because it holds up very well when it comes to these six characteristics, although its biggest issue is its status as a unit of exchange because most businesses have yet to accept it as payment.

Well for now they are avoiding or forget about the discussion upon acceptance of bitcoin and other alts since there are so many thing chase out to be more better in terms of using the cryptocurrency. maybe banks or business are settle for their left over meals.

Maybe in future once covid will be left out to the system ,once they get fit we can earn more money from it in future.
3622  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $48k the next Bitcoin benchmark? on: August 12, 2021, 12:45:46 PM
The general cryptocurrency market has been exciting, with Bitcoin gaining an all-time high of $46k since may 2021 in April Bitcoin made an all-time high of above $65k before correcting down to below $30k in mid-April.
Will $48k Bitcoin price be achievable this week?
The price of bitcoin today cannot be used as a definite benchmark for the price of bitcoin in the future. There are many factors to take into account to predict the price of bitcoin. Technical and fundamental analysis is still very influential for trading or investing in bitcoin. From a technical perspective, Bitcoin's price rally above $45k is an encouraging sign, which could result in further gains towards the $50k to $55k resistance. The mood of optimism seems to have returned to the cryptocurrency market.

But atleast we are near to reach that and its not impossible to came up unto that figure since we are so close to reach that since the price at the moment is at $44k - $45k USD. But if something huge pull down will happen then maybe the speculated price given here might not gonna happen since there are still we need to look for to get a better result towards bitcoin.

We already reached $60k+ ATH so no wonder that this scenario will happen back again.
3623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 12, 2021, 11:18:35 AM
I think that the new season is going to be really exciting. I'm expecting a final series between Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets. As Russell Westbrook have joined Lakers side, they are much stronger than before now. Some people mock Westbrook like he is terrible on scoring points. But I believe that he will be much better at Lakers.

Nets also should be able to play much better as they won't be struggling with important injuries finally. I hope that one of the trio doesn't get injured again in the regular season or the playoffs.
That's still speculation though, more like the chemistry would need to be sharpen first on their roster. Westbrook is definitely good and no doubts on that and he's a good addition to the Lakers roster. I just hopes that all just be healthy and fine when the regular season comes since the upcoming one is totally exhilarating to see, more surprises again.

We see a super team created before but it didn't work so they really need to have a good chemistry between this rooster since if Westbrook can manage to adjust the game style of lakers and can able to allow his teammates to shot or do their jobs well provably we can see them as legit strong contender in the west. We can see all of the action once the season starts and I'm excited to watch on how those teams works with their new roosters acquired this free agency.
3624  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 11, 2021, 11:10:15 PM
They just think about the fiat will be eliminated once the digital currency will be implemented on some countries financial system. Digital transaction is not new actually we already have banking system which offer digital transfer everywhere so there's no way that fiat will go since for sure if crypto will bring a big threat to the fiat system of the country for sure we can see a strict regulation regarding  or worse we will see it prohibited on each country.
3625  Economy / Gambling / Re: FEZBET = PURE SCAM !!! on: August 11, 2021, 09:46:51 PM
Do they have an announcement thread here in the forum? if yes maybe the support can help you, or maybe contact them via email. I'm not really sure about that contract thing since it's complicated, does most of the gambling sites use something like this if the user withdraws Ethereum?
Did a quick search and they don't seem to exist in this forum because when you use the keyword which is Fezbet, this is the only thread that will appear in the results of the search bar, that alone is a red flag that it's a scam or shady website that doesn't do anything good for your money. Hopefully OP can get his/her money back but given the likeliness of scams returning the money online, it's highly unlikely to happen.
they don't have ANN thread here but you can easily check them in google and even the questionable gambling review site "Trustpilot" does not have a good review in this site or maybe they did not pay their to give positive reviews lol

so easily this can lead for players having second thought in playing.
Don't trust any site that review some certain casino but this one totally crazy they have bad review towards this site so I wonder if how OP search that site while he didn't search those reviews which can possible help him figure out a little information about Fezbet. But guess this is another scam happen so we better be careful that this site exist and this post created by OP serves as a warning to other not to research any gambling site randomly on google.
3626  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: August 11, 2021, 12:19:36 PM
The real traders and investors won't have such a kind of mindset that is why they mostly succeed and are in profit. They keep themselves calm and acted seriously.

If they are not in profit they are in break even that's why we cannot see the experience trader crying on their losses in trading since they still manage their portfolio by doing something good decision regarding on how market turns at the moment.

Emotions are a great enemy that is hard to control, like panicking is mostly what we feel especially when we don't have trust in crypto and ourselves. Might these buyers are in a panic to miss the train but I'm going to feel how fast they will sell when the price will start to dump.

Its hard to defeat our emotion especially we see a huge market price fall and I can't blame to others to get panic since we know we have different capacity on how we hold things towards our portfolios.
3627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 11, 2021, 10:45:55 AM
Well, it seems to me that it is not news that arouses much joy even for Manny fans, the fact that Spence is not present if it takes away some of the emotion from the show, now as Ugas will replace it, I do not know how much they can raise for it, Although now the trend for betting may change and go in another direction, the preparation by Yordenis must be under a lot of pressure, only 10 days is not enough, the physical preparation for the fights is everything. There are bettors who seek to make appraisals for athletes, and according to that is what they make the decision to place bets, I think that evaluating Yordenis right now will be somewhat more complicated because there is little time left.

It seems that the bookmakers are also in confusion, since they have not yet announced the odds on which they will accept bets in the new pair (or have I looked badly?). I don’t think Pacquiao will be the clear favorite in the match with Ugas, but I can assume that due to the large number of fans, bookmakers will have to treat him as such.
I can assume that the odds will be like 1.5 on Pacquiao and 2.3 on Ugas.

Looking at professional record of Ugas which have low percentage of K.O we can say that the advantage is with Manny for sure he will be the fan favorite to bet on this match and I'm not kinda excited about his new opponent since it seems the fight will became boring but let see who knows Ugas could give a hard time to many to win this match up. But I bet this fight will go to Manny and seems the promoter of this fight helping Manny to get a easy win due to some personal reasons.
3628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon wants Bitcoin to be a Currency not a Asset from the 'B' Word on: August 10, 2021, 11:11:09 PM
I honestly stopped following Elon's statements since he only does it for publicity and just to manipulate the market and do it for his own benefit, but that said the idea of bitcoin being a currency and not an asset is quite difficult not only the whole idea about bitcoin moved so far from its original concept and people only look at it as an investment that make a lot of profit, but the network does not support a large number of microtransactions that are used for day to day bases since they take a long time to confirm and have high fees.

He's a businessman so expect that he will released statements just for his own benefits, he already see the potential to earn millions of dollars in crypto so its not surprising that he will use his popularity just to manipulate something since he has a reputation that he really do this for a purpose.

I agree with Elon. Who doesn't want BTC to be viewed as a currency primarily? However, it feels nearly impossible at this point due to various factors such as rising fees, TX times, uncertainty related to regulations, complicated learning curve etc.

These factors are the primary reason why BTC continues to be viewed as an asset primarily.

I feel that BTC can be viewed as a currency primarily if all these factors are addressed effectively through big developments such as mainstream adoption of LN etc.

Well the first thing comes on the people's mind is investment since as they viewed it that there money will grow if they keep hodling bitcoin, I can't blame people to think like that but also I like the idea that this one will be called as currency since we will have more great future coming towards this unlike if we treat it as currency since maybe government will see this badly and think about erasing it on the system.
3629  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥NetEnt release 🔥 NFT Battles |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| 📈HotBit listing on: August 10, 2021, 12:10:16 PM
The numbers are very attractive to see, but that percentage will not last long.
And once people get in, the APR can easily go down and you won't get the same APR.
So it is up to you if you will join or not, and avail the staking or their farming feature.
Evaluate if it is worth keeping your tokens in this kind of passive income.
This will be worthwhile if the token keeps on rising its value.
That is what I tried to say, it is not really that profitable, even on the first moments, you make money for maybe 10 minutes and it is very very low for just 10 minutes anyway, even though you make 100k% per year, that would be 2% for 10 minutes, think about how little that is in the crypto world, crypto currencies change 2% in an hour, so it is not really that big of a deal to make that much and this wasn't even close to that neither. What people should do is look at the long term. With these type of farming profits, we are investing into something that will give us some returns plus it has its own price.

So we need to decide is the return worth the investment, and will the price go up. If we are going to get 100% a year on return, but 50% drop in price that means we make nothing, those type of things are very important when you make these kind of investments.

The advantage with betfury, is for right now they are in continuous innovation with their services.
So there's hope that their price will continue to improve thru time. That's what people are holding onto.
With the passive income offering, you are relying that the platform will do their best to find ways how to increase their value in the market.
Because we have seen a lot of staking/farming platforms, offering high APR but people forgot to check the decline of their value, so the high APR is useless.
As long as betfury can attract gamblers and make them active bettors, there's hope that their price will further increase.
Should keep up with their promotions and other bonus programs to sustain the interest of these players.

Currently I have been keeping my BFG tokens in Hodl mode, generating passive income, but I have studied all the possibilities that exist for the token, based on the promises they have made to position the token in the top 100, and having the other option of exchange for BSW, even the other trading through the Exchange,

I'm planning to add this on my portfolio but currently I'm in waiting mode since I want to see more good updates regarding on listing and other developments towards BFG. For now I don't like the hotbit listing since I don't feel that is a good exchange so maybe if they can add something more better exchange for sure the hype will start to add up towards here. Let see if this token will reach at top 100 since this is totally cool events if this speculation will happen.
3630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: August 10, 2021, 11:20:01 AM
If you are not good at managing your finances you should get a weekly financial statement because you will have a closer look at how much you are spending. Monthly can be surprising sometimes when you have spent 100s more than you thought you did.
Hard to do that, people that aren't good at managing their finances aren't going to be able to do a good weekly financial statement because they won't have time and they will have a hard time controlling themselves plus it could psychologically affect them to the point where they see their losses for the week which might catapult them into trying to getting back those losses.

Weekly is kinda not a good option to me as there are so many things we need to work for the whole time span of the said days so maybe I choose the Monthly financial statement since this could give more convenience to us since we can work those things in 1 day without delaying or rushing things in one place. I know we will be loaded with counting numbers but since we have the whole day to work with it then for sure we will be more productive on the whole month if we choose this option.
3631  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: August 10, 2021, 10:57:46 AM
Haha now people are panic buying now as you can see bitcoin price already bounce back from $43,000 and back to $45,000 now just within a day. Those who saying bitcoin already end when it was fallen to $30,000 will regret it to didn't buy on that time.

LONG LIVE BITCOIN! TO THE MOON!

I regret that the FOMO phase/bull run started so soon.I wish I could hoard more Bitcoins at a price below 40K USD.I wish the stagnant market could continue for at least several weeks. Sad
Those who were saying that Bitcoin will end are most likely bulls, who wanted the BTC price to drop way below 30K USD,so they could buy cheap BTC.Many "bull" traders were secretly spreading FUD during the spring.
I hope that this price increase won't be another bubble.

To hard to enter right now as many people are getting hype with current market condition so maybe I will try to spot the best time to enter and just watch the chart for a while since I don't want to get FOMO on certain situations, also I don't want to bag hold for long time since doing this is not ideal as I'm not a whale. I also hope that this is not a bubble and we can see more price stretch on next couple of months.
3632  Economy / Gambling / Re: FEZBET = PURE SCAM !!! on: August 09, 2021, 11:58:50 PM
Fezbet is not a pure crypto bookmaker but you can also use cryptos for deposit. I send a withdrawal request via ethereum and they paid me out with fake ethereum with zero worth! So they scammed me with around 500€. Even the scam is proofed through transaction hash, fezbet refuse to pay me out.

Just newly heard about this bookmaker so maybe best to ask the community here before going on something unknown also try to post a scam accusation to that site so that many people will be aware on your experience unto that site. Also better stick on the current bookmakers here which already have a reputation since for sure you can get more cool better experience rather than going on small site who's offering risky things to us.
3633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 09, 2021, 11:19:39 PM
That is not a bad price considering it costs $75 to watch the fight in the US. With the huge purses the fighters are making the cost gets passed down to the customer but the downside to charging so much is that many people will just opt to stream the fight illegally.
With some few searches away, they'll see those streamers that are illegally doing it.

But don't support those if you're capable of purchasing to watch through PPV. You know that you're part and contributor why boxing keeps going and those PPV won't be out since there are many that still watches through it.

They have mods crashing those illegal video grabber but unfortunately they cannot eliminate immediately those guys who do the piracy, But sometimes I'm not against about those since on other hand those streamers helps those people who cannot afford to buy the tickets and want to watch the fight.

I'm not patronizing this kind of act so maybe to eliminate this things if you find someone do it illegally better press the report button and facebook will erase those stolen live telecast.

Of course we can find some illegal streaming during the fight, but I guess it's not worth it because anytime while you are having fun watching the fight, it could be cut off and it will not give you a good experience, better get a PPV from providers so there's no interruption at all.

Its kinda stressful to watch on that scenario that's why I always prefer to watch these most awaiting fight on sports bar since its more intense to watch together with fellow sports fan, imagine how loud the noise brought by the spectators that's why I enjoy to choose this option than watching alone on your PC or TV.

I'll choose to watch the whole game with a replay, a legit replay since I've been busy to watch it on live.

Don't like the watch the reply option since I don't like to watch a game who I already know which of them won the fight that's why I always make sure to spare some time to watch those big fights especially the fight of Manny Pacquaio.
3634  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin the most Bullish crypto of the moment on: August 09, 2021, 09:10:58 PM
I believe btc is bullish this year, at least until the end of the year. Because I believe the 4 year cycle Btc. Even i believe will see btc $55k till end of year, even more.

We have seen a different market phase this year compare to the last halving season where after BTC reached its ATH suddenly it falls down heavily but as of now since bitcoin got huge adoption together with more people are supporting it we see a good recovery after bear market strikes so since the trust of investors are coming back again provably we can see that $55k prediction to get hit again this year but what I like to see more from it is that we can see another good leap and we will hit the $70k since it will give good impression to bitcoin if this one happen.

3636  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Government in Crypto on: August 07, 2021, 10:53:09 PM
I know the government will always come up with different conspiracy theories and policy to regulate cryptocurrency, which will not work out 100% because of the decentralized nature of most cryptocurrency like bitcoin, but some of the government's own centralized cryptocurrencies may get some form of regulation.
This is the plan but it is not working in the exact way that they want, it is obvious that politicians have realized that this market is not going anywhere so they want to release their own coins in order to deceive the population into adopting centralized cryptocurrencies, the issue is that they cannot really do this unless they regulate with a very high efficiency decentralized cryptocurrencies, if they are unable to do this then people are simply going to keep choosing bitcoin over any other alternative as they are going to have more freedom with it and they are not going to have the government spying on every single one of their transactions.

Some other regulate it because they want to tale advantage on this technology they want to be known as dominant institutiom towards this industry, but since crypto is uncontrollable maybe we can see this float around and supported by majority of the people. But I don't think we will came to that point that we will choose freedom to use bitcoin or anything since at the end of the day we have power to vote and we will just revenge those politician who put bad impression and kick them out on their sets when election day came.
3637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 07, 2021, 10:09:01 PM
Spence has fully recovered, that crash happen a long time ago, he is fully healthy now and he can fight toe to toe against any opponent. In fact, people believe that he is the stronger fighter here, hence making him the favorites, and that's enough confirmation that he is back as a champion.

Sure. I don’t think that incident has any consequences for Spence now. In general, athletes throughout their sports careers go through cycles of body recovery from past loads/injuries, and some kind of unplanned cycle does not have any serious significance.
Does anyone follow the odds from the bookmakers? They seem to have stopped changing in the last days.
That incident was happened years ago, I’m pretty sure Spence already recovered from that and now focusing on his own trading. I saw a lot of social media post about Pacquiao training, he’s very active now and ready to fight in the next 2 weeks. The ticket price sky rocketed already, its pretty expensive as usual and the odds is still the same. This could be an exciting match, Pacquiao have to win or retire at a loss.

Some high rollers are willing to pay about $40k to get seat in the ring side. That's what from ESNews was asking about Manny here in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW9TzjiMAAc, as he was hearing the price is already skyrocketing to that value. Indeed, many are still excited to see him fight. Who knows it will be his last fight before his retirement?

Its not surprising that many  people still want to see Pacquaio fight since he's still a great fighter and alrrady gained he's legendary status. For sure the action what he can provide to his audiences is what rich guys want to see him that's why they afford to buy those expensive seats just to make sure that they watch the fight closely. But I dom't think this is the last fight of Pacquaio if he wins this match since for sure he will find new opponent since Pacquaio didn't release a statement about retirement.
3638  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish News!!! on: August 07, 2021, 01:33:46 PM
it is Bullish News!!!  for everyone who buys Coinbase share and it is good for investors, but this does not mean that the price will rise.
FUD will rise in the coming days because many expect the price to change just as it happened in 2017, so there are many positive news that will continue.

It is good to see how easy it is to buy bitcoin and withdraw to wallets.

That's how free marketing works they easily spread that news just to get attention from their users and readers so that they can hype up the people who follows them, But same as you I will not take this news seriously so maybe lets relax and focus on what we are doing today since I'm not convince that this news will give a huge impact to the price of bitcoin.
3639  Economy / Economics / Re: Can developing countries follow El Salvador use Bitcoin? on: August 07, 2021, 11:43:26 AM
They would probably start with a city first and see what's the effect. Not every country can follows El Salvador since their demographics, gdp, etc are not the same. Even if it's similar, their ideological choices might be different. I think most government would only allows trading for bitcoin though, no more than that.

That's more likely to happen, not making bitcoin as legal tender but allowing it to exist in the market. They will legalize the crypto-exchange business and other related crypto businesses. But to the point of making it as legal tender, that I think, will be a long way to go for other countries. As you said, countries have different aspects to consider.

I think that countries that will find it very easy to adopt as legal tender at this new phase may be countries that are already using the USD as their official currency. Countries like Zimbabwe and El Salvador at least. In the case of El Salvador whose local currency is DXY started the adoption of dollar in 2001, meaning they have put the currency in dollar rate and understanding the bitcoin process won't be much challenge.

We should look only with the current USD value since the main issue here is the price changes of bitcoin, although we can say that this is a good choice for a country to adopt bitcoin but they need to know first the technicalities since I'm sure this could be their downfall if they will not do deep digging on bitcoin flaws. But I'm curious to know right now on which country will adopt next to El Salvador since this will create another big news to bitcoin.
3640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 07, 2021, 10:23:16 AM

Wiggins serves no purpose once klay comes back.  Simmons would be a much better fit.  Can co run the floor with steph, and with steph and klay they don't need Simmons jacking 3s.  Wiggins is inconsistent and needs volumes of shots to be effective on the floor.  Simmons can effect the game without shooting which is why he would be perfect

This also how I see it, once Klay return playing the center of their offense is again for the splash bro but they need to have defenders who can run and that's how Simmons will work, he might not a good offensive shooter but with an open floor in front of him he can surely make a damage he's still young his legs still fresh to run together with Green, Iggy, Klay and Steph.

Waiting for that trade to happened, I don't see wiggins as a good addition to GSW, my opinion though.  Roll Eyes Grin

Same here, Wiggins been in different teams already but he was not that so effective, so we are hopeful that with the addition of Ben Simmons, things will change for the better. I miss the old warrior, if only Thompson was their to play, they could be a championship contender team with a healthy Curry as well of course.
Compard to Simmons, I think Simmons is more of an all-around player as this guy could get a triple-double but a guaranteed double-double in every game. His rebounding and assist is also impressive, that's the reason why Warriors are interested in acquiring him.

But they ask to much on every teams who show an interest on Simmons so provably they cannot seal the deal if the ask to much just to dispose him on Sixers but if they lower down there ask trade piece maybe they can make this trade happen as they for sure right now Sixers and Simmons doesn't have a good relation right now. If Warriors can successfully get Simmons on their team then a huge chance for this team to go to playoffs or even more.
