3621  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The joy of trading the spot market on: September 03, 2021, 03:30:52 PM
base on your experience OP, I think you have found trading the best place to stay. Many had found it difficult but haven't you said it, this means that you are doing this comfortably which is the best thing to happen.
In regards to future trading, never mind it, and don't bother yourself about that. Many have tried and later on, they still get back to spot trading and that simply it means it was not good to use that strategy.

I just started trading not that long now and I don't know why people doesn't always talk about Spot trading and how less risky it can be when compared to Future trading. ...

If you carefully read the topics that are posted on the forum, you will notice that spot trading is the safest not only for beginners, but also for experienced traders. As for margin trading, beginners need to stay away from it, because otherwise you may lose your deposit.
In fact, spot trading has been talked about a lot than those future trading which it believes was riskier of all types of trading.
3622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB be worth $1,000? on: September 03, 2021, 07:54:49 AM
Will BNB be worth $1,000?
I'm not thinking this becomes impossible as we can see that BNB has gained market respect and really increasing its demand. This will be the thing to consider that we can see it happens in the future. Maybe 2-3 years from now.

Quote
The value of BTC and ETH is determined by consensus.
The value of BNB is determined by the credit of CZ, but it is threatened by regulatory policies. If Binance goes public, the value of BNB will rise or fall, I think the value will fall because the value of BNB will be decoupled from Binance’s profit .what do you think?
BNB is one project that helps this exchange been known to the public and it actually helps to gain interest. I'm not 100% sure but I believe that BNB price will never fall but instead it goes high and behaving the same with BTC and ETH.
3623  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont get sad over what could have been on: September 02, 2021, 11:32:20 PM
Don't ignore sadness, it's alright to feel that feeling remember that it's better to let go of your emotions rather than bottling them up, remember that doing so will help you relieve of that burden of trying to be sad, it helps you concentrate since you're not thinking about it anymore. It's okay to be sad, just don't let it drag on for so long.
Yes, looking back at the past is also the way to be more careful in the present time and keep those memories as the tools to help us improve. It was not sad to think about it but just trying to picture out what we have done before in order to correct it now.

Many people had already changed their life and that was because they don't what to see their past still become their present. And this is actually what we have to do now and it is a need to take this seriously. Unless, if never have bad memories that it happens to us, then we have nothing to change, I guess.
3624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: September 02, 2021, 09:56:27 PM
The guys is literally using the social media to spark a match up against Inoue. He seems very desperate to get the fight.
Well, that's business, money and fame if he win after all, but that won't be an easy one. Inoue even overcome those powerful left of Donaire. Donaire even got taste of knockdown from that monster body punch of Inoue, but if casimero endures it, then it will be an interesting fight, or else he will eat his own words from trashtalking. ^^
If there's a better fight then I don't think fans will still be interested in this one, we clearly saw what Inoue did with Donaire on their first encounter, so there's no reason for a rematch, but because Donaire is already a belt holder now, we will be able to see this fight sooner or later, but for now, Donaire can give this fight on Casimero while he keeps training and ensuring himself that he is ready to face the winner of the aforementioned fight.
3625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 02, 2021, 09:35:43 PM
I'm thinking of parlay on the odds of the two teams to win, Blackwater (8.4), DYIP (5.20), that would be 43.68 in total.  Smiley

This is a crazy idea, but who knows you'll be lucky, so possibly try it. I think I'm a little interested so let me tail with you on that one, putting a parlay of 5 usd on that one would not hurt my pocket much, so let's go. I calculate it, 218.4 usd in return is not bad.
3626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Surprising price movement of BabelFish Coin on: September 02, 2021, 02:37:03 PM
That actually surprising in the sense that not all are expecting a good market rally with this project. The name itself was found to be not reliable but because of the team involvement and marketing strategies, it helps this particular project to surge high. But even though we see such huge improvement it doesn't mean we become confident enough as hypes can possibly be a sort of trap. Many had become a victim to this kind of strategy (exit scam) from scammers. We still have to remain careful on our funds and much better to observe it first and let see how they are consistent with the current market show.
3627  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Government in Crypto on: September 02, 2021, 01:59:11 PM
most countries around the world are already boarding on the blockchain technology for enhanced economic development and financial operation as some countries already under way in developing their own digital currency which will be a centralized currency and others are already adopting the existing decentralized cryptocurrencies.
And then, I was hoping to see the fast adoption as we are long existed and never have been at the level where Bitcoin become the major use of the people for their daily activities but still tied up with fiat money. I understand the situation where it still needs time but for more than a decade being around, I think it was long enough for these leaders not to see the benefits it give for these cryptocurrencies to the community.

Anyways, there is a perfect time for crypto and I'm still in a positive to experience buying a case of beer using BTC someday.  Cheesy
3628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Sports Gambling Websites on: September 01, 2021, 09:34:38 PM
Well, it's been a while since I've been gambling.
But I would like to share the websites I've been using lately.
I was using Nitrogensports, I never had any problems with them, but unfortunately they got some scam accusations.
The others sites I'm following are: bitsler and sportsbet (which I believe is known to most users here)

That last accusation was over a year ago, and one DT has changed his rating from red tag to neutral, so I guess they are taking action for their mistakes, and hopefully they'll continue to improve their reputation. It's an old site that I use to play when Sportsbet was not popular and bitsler and stake have not sportsbook yet, but I'm glad they still survive and continue to operate profitably.
they should do that because they are an old gambling site and they already have some good costumers that trust them .
it will be hard to start again and make a new name because of the tough competition that is going right now . although there are old gambling sites with a bad reputation but they dont bother fixing it ,
maybe the mistake that they commit was so bad like they scam so much money and couldnt afford to pay it all .
I think there's nothing they can do to resolve the issue, but they can also improve and maybe some DT members will change the feedback from negative to neutral. I also did not see them anymore active in the forum, nitrogensports has a signature campaign running for a long period before but it was stopped. Maybe if they plan to comeback, they just hire a reputable campaign manager to help them start a successful campaign.
If they will make an effort, they might get the approval on their request, but maybe they think it's not important anymore as they are already contented with their number of clients, besides, it's not only in this forum where they can advertise, they can use other platforms to promote their gambling sites, and it's good enough to hear that some had a good experience playing with the site, so we can put them as a rated B team.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 01, 2021, 09:10:13 PM
Plant is going to get his god damn ass beat.

He's always talking smack on YouTube about how he's got a similar resume to Canelo, and that Canelo has never fought anybody like him lol.

Meanwhile, Canelo is out there destroying light heavyweights and embarrassing the UK's great hope against him (Saunders).

Can't wait to see Plant faceplant the canvas.

I expected Billy Joe Saunders to perform better, as he had an unbeaten record. But he couldn't even last the full 12 rounds. And that was just three months ago. Canelo is still fresh from that victory. The last time when someone lasted for full 12 rounds against Canelo was in 2020, when Callum Smith (also from the United Kingdom) lost by UD. And before that it was Daniel Jacobs in 2019. Much was talked about Sergey Kovalev, but he got knocked out. Given this record, I don't have much hope for Caleb Plant.

I have the same expectation, but actually at the start, Joe Saunders was doing well, until he got hit with clean shots and that made him slowed down. I don't have any information on the update of the eye injury he suffered in his fight, I hope he is okay now and would be able to fight again soon.

Billy Joe Saunders' first loss but was a devastating one, we saw the power of Canelo in that fight, he was not too aggressive in getting his opponent but he is using his brain to ensure that he will win the fight and slowly dismantle the opponent. I can't remember anymore how many undefeated fighters he beaten during the pandemic.
3630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is not Legalized Despite the Many Benefits on: September 01, 2021, 03:08:50 PM
The only reason is that governments are against to decentralization, governments are those who control many things in our lives and everyone who is earning money by their properties will have the tax which is they cannot do it with cryptocurrency so they keep on restricting cryptocurrency.

We know that there is so many advantages that we can have in the world of cryptocurrency, we can see it but there are also a lot of disadvantages as there are so many crimes such as hacking, scammin,g and laundering in the world of crypto and I think that is also one of the reasons why they don't legalized cryptocurrency.
The sad reality is that the government doesn't want people to have an easy life but they just wanted to feel hard and waste their time with the file of workloads in which we can make it better and be more productive with the aid of crypto. It was just the government don't like it and another reason is that they can't get benefits from crypto as they are not in control of this. Too sad to say like that but they are too selfish and there is no way to spare us but they are happy to see their people keep on suffering while these leaders are enjoying their life.
3631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make $5,000 a month day trading? on: September 01, 2021, 02:33:05 PM
*huge capital
*longer time spend in trading
*knowledge and skill

These all things were it helps to make it possible.
I think that OP had already and it was totally dependent on him of what he gonna do with that amount. If he is too careless, instead of achieving his goal to get $5000 per month, might he lose it all? Many traders had been into that situation and OP must have to focus on the plan otherwise, he can be one of those you feel disappointed.
3632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley on: August 31, 2021, 09:31:19 PM
Jake Paul is now claiming that he is retired from boxing. I'm not sure I take him seriously but if he is telling the truth then I hope this is the last we will see of these freak show fights. He has made more than enough money to retire comfortably and now he can focus on more serious business endeavors.
I really hope this is true and that this is the end of these kind of fights because quite honestly I do not really see how those fights help boxing at all, I still watched the fight so you may say that I'm part of the problem, and maybe you are right, but these kind of gimmicky fights is not what the fans want to see, we want to see unification fights, we want to see champions to stop dancing around and avoid the best challenger that they can face, something that is very common in this day and age.

Agreed.  These fights are rediculous.  The fight itself is terrible if you are an actual boxing fan.  It's like watching an amateur fight.  It's alright if nothing else is on but to actually promote these as prime time boxing events is embarrasing.

The fight is good when it was in the promotional stage as we see a lot of speculation, but in the ring, it's not what we expected as we want some real action where we will see someone who gets knockdown, in this fight, I see Jake Paul playing so safe that's why he was not able to win by KO, and in fact, not all judges were convinced that he won the fight since the result is a split decision.
3633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: August 31, 2021, 09:08:08 PM
This fight was already postponed once, due to irresponsible behavior by Teofimo Lopez. Just days before the scheduled fight, he contracted COVID 19, as he was travelling to another city despite the protocol not allowing that. Kambosos had reacted angrily at that time, and made posts in social media criticizing Lopez. So when these two meet at the ring, the atmosphere is likely to be charged up. BTW, the latest news is that both the fighters have agreed to get fully vaccinated before the match, in order to avoid any further delays.

That's great news, it's very important that they will not get infected with covid-19 as both are training hard and the fans are waiting for this fight. It's very irresponsible if for the 2nd time the fight will be postponed again, maybe people will start to speculate that it's just the strategy ot Lopez to avoid this fight.

We still need to wait for over a month, there's still a lot of things that could happen, but I think they'll take it seriously now as no promoter would like to promote a fight if one boxer is irresponsible, his future will be affected even if he thinks he is a superstar now. Maybe after this fight, if Lopez would still win, we should see a rematch between him and Lomachenko.
3634  Economy / Economics / Re: The lending problem on: August 31, 2021, 02:36:09 PM
Banks just really it grow because of a number of lenders also growing, this has pratically become a big business nowadays and this seems not be going to happen in crypto. Banks will still exist even there is a huge crypto adoption happen and it was because the majority will still make use of their services that could help them to survive.

Could someone can provide us with a big loan in crypto? That is really hard to find and I think no one will be able to take that but banks can do it. This is a big difference and lenders will be preferred to stay using fiat than crypto.
3635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to make passive income in crypto with altcoins on: August 31, 2021, 01:55:15 PM
After performing an extensive “DYOR” on cryptocurrencies, it turns out that there are different avenues to make profit or gains within the crypto space. Based on your expertise, which avenues works the most gains for you and why?
Personally, I'd come in crypto for I think I can easily make good money in here. Well, that actually amazing but the truth is that you can simply think and consider this as a passive income especially for altcoins. If you are in this market, there is no easy money that exists, people are just too optimistic saying those words but in reality, that was far different.

I'm not saying I was experiencing the worse in the days in crypto as I was still making some money but being said we become instant rich? I'm not going to lie, we only have a little chance to reach that level, unless if you are already rich in real life.
3636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How weird is it to borrow money and invest into Bitcoin? on: August 31, 2021, 04:34:15 AM
For most of us here, that is really weird since it was not advisable but then, you can still do it if you want. That was your choice either and we can't stop you from doing as it was for legal purposes but don't just ignore what we/people are saying around you. As investing takes months or somewhat it takes years to have a decent return and from that long gap where we don't have income, it is certainly a struggle on your part. Well, if you have some side hustle that will find and could help to cover-ups but if you are solely relying on the profit of your investment, absolutely not a great idea.
3637  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Addict on: August 30, 2021, 11:32:54 PM
Bitcoin addic is good because it means we believe in bitcoin and also believe that it can be profitable. it's just how we manage it whether we will gain or even lose. it all depends on how we can handle our own assets. bitcoin is still be the primadonna of crypto where the price is currently soaring higher than several years before. This is what makes many people believe that the price of bitcoin will continue to soar and compete to own it. if we can collect btc from now and hold it well then i think it will be profitable in the future.
I understand your point mate, the trust in Bitcoin is not the reason why we have fall into addiction. Because this was a worse effect on your mental health, it was everything you want is to invest and accumulate Bitcoin and it leads to mismanaging funds.

Personally, addiction has nothing it brought good to us but mostly it leads to worse. To buy Bitcoin should stay in limitation, not unless if you don't care to lose your money which is how addiction resulted to that.
3638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins on: August 30, 2021, 11:01:12 PM
Dead coins are just the same with shitcoins which most of us are probably holding for many years and just stuck on our wallets. It is countless of them and might be adding more in the future when people are not getting tired to create worthless projects.

In these days, we can no longer be patient when suspected that we are holding shitcoins but have to sell them if it has a market value. We don't expect them that gets into hypes and make money more but be wise and think that there is a chance that it will become dead someday. I have that learning as it was the real deal in the market. We are not a garbage collectors and so we neither hold them as well.
3639  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon's future plans on: August 29, 2021, 12:54:37 PM
Amazon's plans are rumored to be colossal. I have no doubt that a giant like Amazon can make it all happen.

That Amazon has made that announcement is still pending for them to put more action to it because action is higher so that things can start growing. Although , bitcoin price is increasing and high now to fivety thousand, this may help more increase  if Amazon carry out that because it is a large institution.
if they truly have the interest to adopt and accept Bitcoin payments or any cryptocurrencies, they never wait that Bitcoin will reach back to another ATH but they are supposed to do it right away. But unfortunately, they just keep on talking like that they will accept soon and soon. This company is huge and I believe that they are not new to crypto but I think there is another reason why they don't pursue to adopt it aside from unstable price that they are just quite to talk about.
3640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life with a Gambler - Solution! on: August 27, 2021, 09:54:21 PM
[...]

this is a 2018 thread, although the question OP talks about is something that no matter how many years pass there will always be this problem in the gambling world, I think we should have let this thread die and create another one if anyone wanted to discuss this subject that has been seen in the gambling  world
That really an existing problem as people had never learned how to escape or to avoid such addiction but they let this thing happen to them, and we have nothing to do with them because that was their choice either. But I think, they are comfortable with their life caught into addiction because, in the first place, they will surely find a way how to stop this, however, they did nothing but just to continue their addiction.
