Premium, also known as The Eclipse or EclipseHF, is attempting to sell an illegal DDoS service, known as "CryptoStresser".

Services like these often rely on hacked servers to perform DDoS attacks, and do not require any type of ownership verification, allowing one to perform attacks on any online server. In fact, Premium's "CryptoStresser" service is even advertised on hacking forums as a tool for performing DDoS attacks "without logs".

This is illegal in most first world countries, and is against Bitcoin Talk forum rules. I have reported his thread, but it has not been closed or deleted yet.

Have you tried listing it on sale on LoL sites and mentioning that you accept BTC payment? You might have better luck.
