3641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on gambling casinos on: November 09, 2020, 06:10:16 PM
Some of the Gambling casinos I've seen are requiring its user to conduct a KYC (not mandatory but they said there's a chance or something) however my concern is that the gambling casino is not licensed are you going to trust this or not? Imagine winning a big jackpot and they asked for you to conduct KYC but they are not licensed.
Only play with casinos that are liscensed or better with casino that already been known in the market for long a since  they have some name to keep, that even if KYC will be required which sometimes happens for certain huge amount we will not worry in our identity revealed as well in doing transactions in them. KYC seems normal in casinos especially if bigger amount of money involved and there are casino who are popular now and registered, so why bother investing or playing on those not.
3642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Philippines Allows Land-Based Casinos to Accept Bets Online on: November 09, 2020, 04:27:32 PM
I think the main reason the Philippines government has done this is to harvest more taxes. If they get taxes for every bet that is made, like an X percent of the amount of each bet, this is a great move for them.I doubt any government does such thing without second meanings and only to make its citizens happy.
It's to be able to keep those companies or casino still in operation since there are still strict protocols regarding crowd and to avoid people gathering for leisure it's indeed only the decision to keep these business since unlike in restaurants which can do take outs, casino can only do it via online to keep them open as well they'll be able to pay taxes while following protocols of social distancing and avoiding un essential activities.
3643  Economy / Economics / Re: Effective Covid-19 vaccine found on: November 09, 2020, 03:36:55 PM
Hopefully all these vaccines will be effective, though it should really be tested and see whether there are side effects. It's a good news for the entire market as the companies who are affected by these Pandemic like some restaurants, tourism can recover after these Pandemic. Sure that the market related with vaccines will be the one who will benefit in these early stage as crypto have nothing to deal with economic yet as adoption of these from establishments and businesses were still few.
3644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who would have thought that music projects still have a chance? on: November 09, 2020, 02:36:39 PM
To say the truth crypto music projects are less demanding, I believe that's why Moozicore failed, lack of demand is what makes Moozicore worthless, I had a high hope for the project as well, it thus look like music on the blockchain isn't entirely needed that's why we see less demand, I don't know how AUDIUS did it, maybe they work something out?
Since there are already too popular music apps now like Spotify, iTunes and etc that are been tested and proven good for long that's why others didn't want to try others even they can use it more  with advance features and plus with a benefits to earn. If there are crypto projects who will be able to coordinate with top apps now or will make advance development better than existing one and will have a great marketing that can create hypre then definitely the music industry via crypto will soon to be in demand.
3645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 09, 2020, 02:01:39 PM
Its not an unusual story. I heard the same problem of gambler who lose everything in gambling and desperate to recover it back but with no luck he did such kind of thing. Why would you borrow money just to gamble? Knowing that its a risky thing and likely to lose that money.

Its sad that some people are not thinking before committing suicide, they thought its the solution for their problem. Depression, stress and unable to talk to someone about their situation are some of the reasons why they chose to end their life.
These are the people who are not really living their life and are easily pursuade by their problems. There's a need to limit gambling in countries that have high number of issues or cases of suicide due to gambling or atleast there will be institutions that will help them improve their self. Gambling is not for people who have low self esteem or believe in themselves as they can easily think of killing themselves than finding real ways to solve their problems. We must be responsible in our action always.
3646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dangers awaits ( unofficial listings ) on: November 09, 2020, 01:22:25 PM
That's why it's better to invest in projects we already see in exchanges, since projects who are already in exchange is somehow still risky then what more those projects who are not really listed in top exchange. Many still join in projects that promised them good number and will let them hope that it will be listed sooner until the team gone and the coins will just be useless so always make research before investing.
3647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good time to buy Bitcoin ? on: November 09, 2020, 11:55:28 AM
Q4 is the month for Bitcoin, if you look at 2017 and 2019 in Q4 the Bitcoin price has increased,
and of course 2020 has also increased, and only 2 months left,
I predict the price of bitcoin will reach a new all time high this year and will continue until 2021.
Even it does not guaranteed that the price will also increase before this year end but seeing how the market reacts now after PayPal news chances is that it will still good to buy to take advantage of the price increase if ever it will happen again though there is a need to wait even a little dip since the price we're still consider too high now. Keep monitoring the graph and see where it suits to put some investment
3648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambled against Biden - funniest instance on: November 08, 2020, 11:57:03 PM
He's a President so definitely he will just congratulate the winner and move on, it's being professional and not to have any conflict in other country. Losing in gambling is a personal matter and he knows that even he doesn't have plan B since it's a gamble he need to risk.
The vote is indeed a close fight after all and some really Thinks Trump will be re-elected but they just move on especially if they are not on that country.
3649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 08, 2020, 11:20:40 PM
I'm sure none of the members of this forum will be interested in trying a crypto ponzi scheme. Because many people have been
harmed by trying the ponzi scheme, it is best to avoid seeking profit from the ponzi scheme. In fact, I also experienced losses
when investing in a ponzi scheme when I first got to know crypto. Fortunately at that time I was not investing a lot.
Ponzi schemes were profitable before but not anymore. I have read before that some started their crypto journey in ponzi since only fee knew crypto before they were able to earn in just a short time but now we should be all smarter in choosing were to invest or put our money, we should avoid ponzi at any cost.
3650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What made yoi think of investing in bitcoin at the current market? on: November 08, 2020, 04:49:36 PM
They don't love it they just don't know how to enter a market and when they are waiting for the Bitcoin's price to really go low.
However they don't have any idea when was the low and they might missed it so now that we are on the bull run that the only indication  that they will buy.
I think they were just trying to invest while the Bitcoin's price is not that high and they are expecting it to increase more.
Many were just Fomo  that the price will increase and may reach another ATH, even they wanted to buy at lower price there are some sort of manipulation in terms of price correction that may happen if they will not ride in this ride, I don't add in my holdings during this pump but if have extra I will do and just keep monitoring it till It shows sign that the price may start to get low.
3651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are new to crypto this is for you on: November 08, 2020, 04:08:51 PM
1. It is very difficult to do because everyone wants to get rich quick
2. That's what it should be done, but sometimes everyone forgets about it because they only think about profit
It's difficult to earn now easily in crypto without having any knowledge about it, before ATH 2017 it is possible by just simply holding and waiting also in just joining campaigns. Now, only those who have knowledge will earn so newbies should take extra effort to learn and research so they will not get easily deceived by scam projects.
3652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: lets imagine world without fiat currency on: November 08, 2020, 02:14:26 PM
It won't be a problem though if bitcoin is the currency we have from the beginning. But if we have bitcoin as the main currency from beginning of the world, it might have been an outdated cryptocurrency(don't know how to out it). There will still be institutions that'll create their own currency and have a usecase attached to it.
We all have different states or country that are dealing with different currencies, bitcoin can be a good way in terms of making it useful by everyone anywhere, but we can't change how fiat works especially it's been the traditional way of Payment in many countries for so long and others are not open for any changes so bit9can only be an alternative to only those who wanted it.
3653  Economy / Economics / Re: After elections end this year for all countries, we are all screwed on: November 07, 2020, 11:58:48 PM
Well, I deeply understand your situation and what you are feeling at the moment. I know that you've been in hard times. However, it seems like your perspective is something that is not supposed to be public. Stop thinking about the bad and spread negativity, as it might really happen when you attract it. You are making yourself vulnerable bro, --the best thing to do right now is to do the right thing. Increase the hope and patience.
Negativity will not lead to anything. There are people who elect and support them then maybe there are good news that will happen. In election there are really who will win and lose and what we only need to do is to follow the rules and be a better citizen. There is always room for adjustment and acceptance and just hope that the result will lead for the good benefits of many.
3654  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any relation between market dump and Biden's win? on: November 07, 2020, 07:48:26 PM
If the drop will be related into Biden winnings then we can also say that it's increase in the past weeks we're somehow related in election other than PayPal news. In the first few years we may not see the new President got something to deal with crypto but if he's not really in cryptocurrency hopefully now that he is  a President he might consider using or implementinv it as it gives benefit to many..
3655  Economy / Speculation / Re: All time high is just around the corner are you selling all on: November 07, 2020, 05:51:01 PM
I do not believe that the value of bitcoin will reach the maximum values of 2017 of about $ 22,000 by the end of the year but already at $ 15,300 that is its current value I believe that most of us are making a profit
We don't need to see the price to reach that amount if we know how to do trading, but for holders there must be able to set their selling points and be updated in what abouts or news in Bitcoin that can affect the price since once it start to do correction or drop in price again, we will sure to wait a long time again to see price maybe near in what 2017 gives.
3656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we headed to a new all time high now that momentum is very high on: November 06, 2020, 07:08:41 PM
If it continues to move in such way, we maybe able to see BTC reach another all time high and with that to happen there is a need for more news or hypes to be created like adoption of big companies other than PayPal or some news that can help to make it through. It may not be like 2017 pump that push instantly but it can still reach ATH even in slower phasing. If it will be able to break $18k sooner the faster the chance it can break it's record.
3657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received a call/text recently from a friend/fam asking about Bitcoin? on: November 06, 2020, 01:44:21 PM
Some of my friends asked me about bitcoin, a lot of questions on how they can acquire btc. This was started when I just shared in my social media about bitcoin. When there’s a news on cryptocurrency they just curious on how I started to earn but, they usually good at first but not interested to learn more about it. It complicates them and can't easily understand this cryptocurrency.
I have experience during these Pandemic one of my friend ask me if it's fine to invest his money with his other coworker that is doing trading that will let his money turns into double in just 3 months thru bitcoin. I told him price is not guaranteed and I can teach him to do trading and do it on his own but he have no interest at all to learn so I'm not sure whether he push the investing or not.
3658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New way to cheat with Bitcoin! be careful on: November 02, 2020, 08:13:01 PM
it is an old scam trick, but unfortunately, it works very well and a lot of people are being deceived. the first time I got into bitcoin was because of that promotion, but thank goodness I didn't join them.
There are still many of these kind of scheme, if we're easy to deceive we will think they are really real and might have chance to steal, scam and even our information. It's good to be reminded every now and then that are many who thinks  crypto is easy to steal so we will took care and keep it safe. It's for newbies as well those who want a easy money that will keep on joining in projects or programs that said to provide a good return.
3659  Economy / Economics / Re: Second lockdown in Europe can their economy survive this?. on: November 02, 2020, 04:48:10 PM
I think we should accept and know how to live with COVID-19, and without these lockdowns, I mean the fatality rate of this new virus are very low compared to those virus that humans encountered based on history. The virus has been in existing for about a year now, I think we can conclude that the fatality is very low, and we move forward by reopening the global economy with strict health protocols of course. And we as people should respect each other by wearing face mask/shield. I think the major concern
if countries won't be imposing lockdowns is that the current healthcare systems will get overwhelm if there would be a spike in new positive cases. Then I think there should be another solutions to this like asymptomatic person shall only be isolated from his home if live alone, or including those with mild symptons.
It's just a matter of being immune in the virus, that's why we need to be healthier than ever so the virus will not easily spread. We need to be responsible enough in maintaining our hygiene so if we're asymptomatic there is no chance that we will spread the virus. Europe 2nd lockdown is planned and was study, but the real solution will only peoplel staying at home or being too responsible not just for ourselves but also for others.
3660  Economy / Economics / Re: Real estate vs. Bitcoin on: November 02, 2020, 03:46:23 PM
For long term ye it's real state that will surely grant you a high value in returned but in terms of opportunities both short and long term bitcoin can deliver if you knows how to work with it, the demands is already rising and with more people to recognize this system you'll never know what would be the value after another 10 years.
Real Estate will have some point in time that we will need to alot budget for maintenance as well will depend on what kind of Real Estate we will be having, a condominium or a apartment type. It will only be considered investment if it's able to provide earning  like Bitcoin can do in a long run or able to earn by trading it.

I preferably choose trade BTC first then earnings can be used to buy Real Estate like a apartment that can provide guaranteed profit.
