3641  Economy / Gambling / Re: JETWIN - BITCOIN CASINO & BITCOIN SPORTSBOOK on: December 18, 2017, 02:32:26 PM
I wanted to ask something about jetwin: it is said in some advertising that one can play with btc or with one's own currency. And yet I didn't see the option to play in a currency other than bitcoin on the jetwin website. So what's the procedure of depositing an altcoin there? Should users first ask which currencies they want to be listed? Or do you already have a listed of currencies that can potentially be used for gambling on jetwin?
Thanks!

Deposits and Withdrawals via Litecoin, Ethereum and DASH will be available next week.

As you are adding some more coins please do some work for Dogecoin also this could give you many customers because you have many markets good luck

Implementation of Dogecoin is on our roadmap also

Although that advertisement is misleading the management seems to be implementing other cryptocurrencies soon as like what they have said it is in their roadmap. However if you visited the website you will see that it only say that JetWin is a "Bitcoin Casino" which won't mislead other people thinking that it will accept other cryptocurrencies. You can even see it in their signature that they are promoting JetWin as a Bitcoin Casino, hopefully that the implementation of other cryptocurrencies will be a success for them.
3642  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: December 18, 2017, 01:00:47 PM
Was playing on this site a couple of years ago and found my old account still working, with balance in. Requested a withdrawal, hope they process. Left ~15$ worth of chips back then, now worth like 460$ something, lmao.

LE: just got it, sweet Cheesy I now feel like an investor ))

but wait...there's MOAR!

In a questionable management decision, SWC spent a lot of time and effort making sure that when Bitcoin Cash forked, they would split it for players and players can request a cashout of the BCH equivalent of the BTC that was in their account at the time of the fork. So, if you had 0.025 BTC in your SWC account, you now also have 0.025 BCH, which is worth about $47 at the moment. Just send an e-mail to bch@swcpoker.eu and it will auto-send instructions on how to claim. So you invested in BCH without even knowing it! Sick investor life imo.
Wow that is truly a generous move by the SealsWithClubs management, I mean they are really not obligated to do so as they are not Bitcoin Wallets or anything giving back you balance is an enough obligation but giving you Bitcoin Cash is a great move for SWC, I am saying this because from what I know some gambling sites only reminded members of their community to withdraw their balances in order for them to have Bitcoin Cash.
3643  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 18, 2017, 11:16:46 AM
One of the attractive main point about freebitco.in lottery is the cost of 1 lottery ticket just cost 1 satoshi, I often purchased quite a number of lottery tickets hoping to be the next lucky winner to strike the first prize of the lottery, but it seems luck is not on my side yet.
Yeah, lottery game is quite attractive, i've seen prizes go as high as 2 BTC(and/or more). and people have been lucky and winning with just few tickets, in the last round someone won .577 BTC with just 8 tickets. i manage to get 1k tickets every week, i think it's enough, all i need is luck to win a good prize. Roll Eyes

i do not know where is that people right now and why he/she does not even claim it here
i do not think that it has really player there that using that 8 tickets to win that huge amount. Tried it with something good but does not have any luck on the result. So i keep on saying my self not spending that too much coin on this lottery. We never know the chance, only pray some luck
Yup the prices of the lottery ticket are really cheap but if you think of it, the affordable prices of the lottery ticket is like a double edge sword because even other people can buy the tickets at a cheaper price sometimes it will be bigger than what you have bought giving them more chances of winning the lottery jackpot. Competition is really big here as many people actually spend a lot of Bitcoin just to have the upper edge in the Lottery, If I were you I'll only try to get the free tickets as much as I can from the faucet and through the referrals.
3644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading or working in signature campaigns? on: December 18, 2017, 09:47:35 AM
Why not do both? With our present situation I don't think it is enough anymore to do one thing even if you focus on it there will be no assurance or guarantee that you will earn from it. That is why when you want to earn from Bitcoin the best thing you can do is to have multiple source of income from it as it can serve as your back up when you won't earn from the other, the best part here is if both work together you will be earning from them both. Another thing to point out is doing signature campaigns or the other won't hurt your time as you can both trade and do posts in the thread any time of the day.

This month will be another month of my negative amount on the affiliate earning. My active referral won nice amount and my earning is get into -0.15xxbtc
Congrats to him but bad for me lol, hope he enjoy the winning as a Christmas Gift.
Regarding Christmas Promo, lets wait for David to say something about it. I'm sure he and FJ's team are discussing about it already.
do you mind if i asked you how many clicks you get a day throught your signature ?  as you looks very active
He doesn't get any clicks/referrals from his signature, we are not allowed to put on our referral link anymore in our signatures. he probably got referrals from other sites/from social media channels. when referral link was allowed in signatures, i had gotten like 30 sign ups over years.

Probably from the user that registered through his sigs as well. If I recall correctly, you guys were given the opportunity to use your own referall link in the signature before. Also being active here has nothing to do with getting referall, if no one click the link or didnt sign up after clicking the link then you wont be getting any referall at all
Yup that is right we are not allowed to put our referral links in the signature anymore. My tip for you to increase the number of your referrals is to advertise the website in the social media especially the Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency related groups in Facebook as they can really make a change. I have used this method ever since as I can't have the money to put up my own banner advertisement, luckily posting referrals links in social media works well.

3647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: December 17, 2017, 12:41:12 PM
Another poor performance by the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight giving away a double digit lead against the Phoenix Suns is an eye sore for any fans of the team. Again they are being buried by threes as they are surely hurting them. The defensive effort given by the Timberwolves isn't bad but it didn't stop the Suns for closing the gap. Thibs need to look for other options for the team as they badly need a player who can answer threes for their own.
3648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can paying in Bitcoin save tax? on: December 17, 2017, 10:41:14 AM
I don't think that changes anything. Even if you are earning Bitcoin it foes not exempt you from paying taxes as it is still counted as income from both earning and capital gains. Also i don't think that method will be legal as from what I know it is a standard procedure to Foreign Fiat Currency to be converted in your local Fiat Currency equivalent, which will also apply to Bitcoin. Remember that we cannot tax other currency we must convert it on our own to make it proper.
3649  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] BTC [W] Ripple [XRP] on: December 17, 2017, 03:48:58 AM
if you have reddit, find me - /u/skimily
See that you have a good reputation in Reddit. But can we negotiate via PM here.
3650  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] BTC [W] Ripple [XRP] on: December 16, 2017, 03:42:28 PM
~snip~

Why don't you use bittrex or changelly and  exchange btc to XRP .It is easy ,safe and instant.
It may take much time here to find a trusted person who have XRP and will exchange at better rate

I really don't want to create accounts anymore, majority of the exchanges here needs to have their accounts verified in order to start exchanging. I am a little bit sensitive in giving my personal details in an online exchange. I hope you understand, and from what I know I am not violating any rules regarding the currency exchange section.

Is there something wrong about the site? It shows error 552 Connection timed out Host error.

Or just me?
[IMG ]http://i64.tinypic.com/140vslv.png[/img]

I am getting the same error. Maybe something went wrong, this is the first time I saw this error message ever since I used FJ long before. For sure FJ will resolve this quickly like every problem they ever had in their site, just rest assured that it will be fixed. Though I hope it does soon get fixed as for sure there are a lot of gamblers itching to gamble.
The same here, I am not sure is this somehow connected to all these cloudflare errors lately, lots sites and exchanges are giving connection errors Undecided
edit* site is up
The website right now is working fine for me, even earlier before posting this I was able to visit the website without any problem. Hopefully it's not some major problem that us and the management have to face as I also have been experiencing bad connections with particular sites including the forum.
3652  Economy / Currency exchange / [CLOSED][H] BTC [W] Ripple [XRP] on: December 16, 2017, 11:10:55 AM

3653  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 16, 2017, 10:09:31 AM
I have some doubts about the total number of tickets. is it really 402,216,638 tickets?

The majority of tickets come from free rolls where 2 are given out for each roll and multiply BTC where you get 1 for every 0.00000500 wagered. Looking at the site stats there is a number of 'games played' but it doesn't say if that is free rolls or multiply BTC or both. Anyway, the daily games played is up in the 55-65 a million a day range for the last week and daily wagered 100-150 BTC so I'd think it is quite possible.

There are many ways to get tickets in FreeBitcoin as you will also get free tickets from your referrals every time they roll the game the number of tickets you will get from them depends of course on how many active referrals you have. Now ticket prices are actually cheap in which you can buy more to increase your luck in winnning the lottery although I do not recommend doing it as I have done it a lot of times and I didn't win at all.
3654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Want to invest £10,000 on: December 15, 2017, 07:35:29 AM
If you want to start investing in the cryptcurrency that hasn't has a big explosion yet then it is Ripple (XRP). Don't get me wrong it had a big leap from .23$ per coin to .76$ a coin right now. Don't let its price fool you as it is currently sitting 3rd in terms of Market Cap and only Bitcoin and Ethereum are ahead with it, XRP even is bigger than Litecoin or Monero as of the moment. Sorry for giving you an exact advice but Ripple seems to big to be missed right now, also buy at your own risk.
3655  Economy / Economics / Re: The legalization of bitcoin. on: December 15, 2017, 06:55:31 AM
You are basically saying that you are creating your own government in a piece of land. From what I know your proposal seems to be far from happening as everybody is now a citizen of their respective countries, and yes there are thousands of islands yet to be explored out there how can you build your own functioning government out there with no internet and worst of all no means of having a sustainable life? You must have think it through before you have posted such question. Even legality of Bitcoin seems to be not an issue anymore.
3656  Economy / Economics / Re: question on long term prices on: December 15, 2017, 06:08:40 AM
Even if it has a function or a special niche on something it does not guarantee that it will be successful in the market as the market as of right now is not looking for function but price movement. Which means your demand won't be concentrated on your solo coin and it has been proven by Bitcoin for far so long now, there are altcoins that are better in terms of becoming a secure and anonymous payment method yet Bitcoin is the one who has the most expensive price out there because sadly it is the first to be offered in the market therefore making it more popular.
3657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightning Network and Segwit on: December 15, 2017, 05:21:41 AM
That's the expected outcome of implementing the Lightning Network in our Blockchain. With it Bitcoin would become what it is really intended to do so which is to become a virtual currency for people looking for an alternative payment solution. As of right now transaction fees are unreasonable and for me as a buyer I won't be happy for incurring additional cost just by sending the payments, this is what the Paypal's CEO is talking about recently that Bitcoin is not good for the consumer's pockets.
3658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: December 15, 2017, 02:52:51 AM
I don't have firsthand experience in that matter but my friend who is a big gambler has that problem. He is addicted in gambling in which he have to go to casinos every week and there comes a point in time where he started selling his things just to have money for gambling but before it worsened he got back up in his feet and started realizing just by himself that he is not winning the amount needed to cover up all the losses he have incurred while he is gambling that luck is not on his side that is why he decided not to gamble anymore. I am glad that my friend has change for the better, I am not saying that gambling is bad but losing all your money for it is.
3659  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-12]EBay is talking about adding Bitcoin payments on: December 14, 2017, 06:35:53 AM
They're too late. The jokes on them. Bitcoin is no longer a payment system. You can't buy stuff with it anymore because now it's a "store of value". Wink
Agreed considering that the buyer will incur additional cost when they prefer or choose Bitcoin payments over Paypal in which won't be a smart move for the Buyer. As an Ebay Shopper myself I won't even use my Bitcoin to pay goods as like what I said the transfer fee will be shouldered by me the buyer. If the Lightning Network will have good effects on Bitcoin in terms of how fast it will transfer and how cheap it will be then it is the time for Ebay to accept Bitcoin.
3660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: December 14, 2017, 05:21:53 AM
Really? Are you really thinking that you can invest your Bitcoin in gambling just by betting? Of course not what your are doing is actually called "gambling" which is way different than investing as the way you make profits are both different. In gambling if you lose a bet you will lose. But in Investing if the price depreciates you won't lose anything not until you sell it at a loss. If you are also trying to invest your Bitcoin the best thing to do is hold it in your wallet and don't try to invest it in any kind of HYIP sites.
