I am getting the same error. Maybe something went wrong, this is the first time I saw this error message ever since I used FJ long before. For sure FJ will resolve this quickly like every problem they ever had in their site, just rest assured that it will be fixed. Though I hope it does soon get fixed as for sure there are a lot of gamblers itching to gamble.

I've just talked with their live support. Carrie told me that your case is still under investigation. As far as I know whoever was under investigation got his money if everything was ok, don't ask me why does it take so long because honestly, I don't know

The website right now is working fine for me, even earlier before posting this I was able to visit the website without any problem. Hopefully it's not some major problem that us and the management have to face as I also have been experiencing bad connections with particular sites including the forum.

Just a tempo connection issue but its all working now, just played earlier with my campaign earnings and after that I withdraw my

0.002 BTC minimum withdrawal or equivalent in other alts isn't high, it's better than having 0.01 BTC minimum lol. and you don't have to pay any miners fees, the tx submitted by FJ have the highest fees, so users don't get frustrated with their transaction being stuck for hours/days. ATM to withdraw ETH from FJ one would need to have a balance of 0.055 ETH or more.

I think 0.04eth is still a reasonable minimum withdraw especially you are not being charged any fees for it. Would you prefer to be charged some fees but you have the chance to withdraw less amount than 0.04eth?
The mistake you made is that you did not try to find about this minimum withdraw before you decided to deposit and play. You should always read terms before you try any sites with your money to avoid this kind of complains. Otherwise, you may do the same complain in all sites.

Yup that is right we are not allowed to put our referral links in the signature anymore. My tip for you to increase the number of your referrals is to advertise the website in the social media especially the Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency related groups in Facebook as they can really make a change. I have used this method ever since as I can't have the money to put up my own banner advertisement, luckily posting referrals links in social media works well.

I do not really understand why the investigation takes so long time. It has been 5 weeks as what Erkans said and it will be resolved on 4th January which is more than two weeks again from now. Is this a special case that need so conplicated investigation or maybe you have a problem with the fraud department team?
Once it is resolved and if bitcoin price down when it is resolved, I think you should give him a compensation because he may lose decent amount of money if bitcoin price down. Just my 2 cents

Once it is resolved and if bitcoin price down when it is resolved, I think you should give him a compensation because he may lose decent amount of money if bitcoin price down. Just my 2 cents

As I already stated in previous posts, we are implementing a new fraud control system and transition period caused technical issues, which are responsible for the delay. Sorry, but I think I cannot agree on the compensation. Erkan has already doubled his win in USD, because the funds were on hold
