3661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investment is limited on: March 03, 2021, 06:22:35 PM
What I realized from your post that how Bitcoin is usable for everyone where a blind man couldn't use it. First of all, this problem is God-gifted, we can't change that by our emotions. Do you think they are just limited to use cryptocurrency? They aren't limited to use fiat? Isn't complicated for them to maintain a bank account and ATM cards? They wouldn't act like a normal human to maintain it. I don't know if there is any easy or special way to maintain such things for a blind man. For that, we can't say fiat isn't usable for everyone. Technology developing day by day, perhaps there would be something where everyone would use Bitcoin once a day. But we shouldn't blame Bitcoin for that. It's just a matter of Technology.
3662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let satoshi talk to us. on: March 03, 2021, 06:05:21 PM
I don't think your dream going to be true. Besides that, I think satoshi's mysteries not gonna end until he alive. Most likely we would hear or know about satoshi if he wants after he left, perhaps some voice records, videos or something else. But it would be quite complicated to identify real satoshi. Because many faketoshi already claimed as a satoshi. I don't think satoshi willing to fall into trouble by revealed his identity. There would happen many issues, so just forget about your dream, there is very little hope for that.
3663  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Lost my 2FA Google Authenticator Code - CEX.io on: March 02, 2021, 05:36:00 PM

Authy has an option to prohibit the registration of new devices. So if someone steals your Authy password, they can not add an additional device, unless if an authorized device allows the registration of new devices to your account.
So what happens if you lost the device and you were prohibited the registration on a new device? This means you can't log in even you have the login credentials. So what is the difference between Authy and Google Authentication? If you keep off prohibition then it would be a quite risky move, someone would guess your password or would be even hacked. The best solution is to maintain a notebook to write you all the accounts credentials including Google Authentication codes and keep it always under you. So even lost the device still you will have to backup all your account credentials.

Back the OP, recovering 2 FA is quite a complex method. You have to wait for their positive response with patience. Keep in mind, don't hand over your wallet credentials to an unauthorized person either it's on Telegram or Twitter. Don't respond if someone PM you to recover your 2FA, most probably they are a scammer.
3664  Economy / Reputation / Re: account hacked please banned permanently on: March 02, 2021, 05:12:00 PM
These 3 accounts are involved in hacking, please get banned permanently. has changed the password and is now being used for work. This is very unfair and should be removed
What does mean by involved with hacking? Do you mean these accounts are related to any type of hack or you mean these accounts are hacked? Whatever your beliefs there should be more and appropriate reasons to tag them. Simply change the password at the same time doesn't mean all accounts are hacked or related to hacking. So please describe briefly why do you believe that accounts should get a tag.

And more precisely all of them happened in the 10 minutes time interval on the same day which is kind of suspicious.
It doesn't prove anything at all when the question is to tag.
3665  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to Crypto looking to start on: March 01, 2021, 06:00:19 PM
I think you wrongly introduced the forum. If someone informed you that you can earn quick money from the forum or from the crypto, then most likely they are wrong. I know many users earning from here from various sources. But they have been struggling for their achievements. It's quite complex to earn money from here although possible. There is no other way to earn money except hard work either it's online or offline.

I will not say you can achieve or not, but you will find your answer by yourself when you will spend more sometimes on the forum. Keep reading more and learn. Don't jump for quick earn.
3666  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Plagiarism whitepaper-BITCOINBLACKCORE.COM on: March 01, 2021, 05:51:37 PM
I thought projects are reducing plagiarism nowadays, but seems it's hasn't been happening. It's really sad to see they even can't put minimum effort into their dream projects. Also faking reviews is an immediate red flag for me, which means I can't trust them anyway. However, sadly investors don't even bother to read the whitepaper and I doubt they have been checking plagiarism. Good to see that OP continuously exposing them.

Tagged, by the way, there should be flag type one.
3667  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain lost wallet. on: March 01, 2021, 05:33:35 PM
Had you tried to open your wallet with your wallet.aes.json file from https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/import-wallet? Just import your wallet.aes.json file there and your wallet supposes to work without a second password. But, if you encrypted the wallet.aes.json file then you will need to decrypt it with your encrypted password. Otherwise, just leave it blank. I am assuming you hadn't encrypted it. If it's work then you are lucky. Otherwise, you have to follow BitMaxz's instructions.

Also, you may try to open your wallet.aes.json file with notepad, perhaps you would fund your wallet private keys there. If so then you don't need even any password to recover your funds. Just import them in Electrum and move your funds to the appropriate destination.

By the way, most likely you will receive many PMs from the scammers to recover your funds. Just ignore them and ask to discuss on the thread if really they want to help you. Don't hand over your wallet.aes.json file or any credentials of your wallet.
3668  Economy / Reputation / Re: Scammed using Binance P2P, be careful, also looking for aussie to help on: March 01, 2021, 02:33:59 PM
BTW If I remember correctly you have payed with paypal so you can reverse the payment (request a chargeback or ask to their support)?
You are wrong, please read again....

I'm the one that sent crypto and received PP.
It Means OP had sent crypto which isn't reversible and OP received PayPal. So I am assuming PayPal has been chargeback from the OP account.

However, had you got any replied from the seller? If he has intentionally scammed you then he will ignore it, if happen something wrong then the seller should contact or reply to you. Chargeback back PayPal doesn't mean the seller did it, perhaps he would send PayPal from some other's account. If the seller continuously scams then there should be many reports on the Binance peer-to-peer exchange against the sellers. And Binance should take action against the seller.

Anyway, hope you will find a solution in the end.
3669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Block chain "cleanliness" analytics on: February 28, 2021, 05:02:57 PM
Always keep in mind, your safety is in your hand only. You can't make sure from where the seller will send the funds. Even seller promise you to send clean coin, show the address or sign a message. But during sending, he could send from another source. You can't do anything when it is sent out from the wallet. Just think about what you need to do after receive, forget about before receive if you can't trust the seller. As others said, just receive bitcoin via a reputed bitcoin mixer, problem solved. Don't take too many tresses for that.
3670  Other / Beginners & Help / The minimum liability for the forum. on: February 28, 2021, 04:42:09 PM
During visits, the Bitcoin Discussion board found a thread where a spammer advertising his eight referral links. But I was surprised when seeing a few users including Hero/Legendary replying there where they should report the thread since advertising referrals links via forum posts are prohibited according to forum rules. Even no one warning OP on their replies that promoting referral links isn't allowed on the forum. I can confirm anyone hadn't used the report button those had been replied to that thread since my report marked good.

I am creating this thread to remind our minimum liability for the forum. Everyone replied there just filling their weekly quotas for the signature campaign. So since we are earning something from the forum just by engaging with discussion, isn't their minimum liability. Can't even we spend 10 sec to help moderators keep this forum clean and usable for us?

I apologize if I hurt someone by creating this thread, it wasn't my intention. Just want to remind the liability. Hope at least we will put minimum effort to prevent such as spams.
3671  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you Remove Negative Feedbacks given by other people on: February 28, 2021, 04:12:13 PM
I can't see any trusted feedback in your profile, untrusted feedback wouldn't visible by default. So you shouldn't worry much about untrusted feedbacks. Doesn't matter they are scammer or feedbacks is false. But only he could remove the feedback who left it. Having false feedback by DT members something worth creating a thread on reputation. So other DT members would take a look, otherwise, it's not worth even create a thread.

Just exclude them from your trust by adding tilde (~) before username if you believe they left false feedbacks.
3672  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Not receiving authorization mails from Blockchain.com on: February 27, 2021, 05:33:29 PM
A few days back there were similar issues. Even I was unable to log in to my wallet. I just left it because there weren't any funds. And after few days it was fine and was able to log in. But seems nowadays many threads popping up with similar issues. That's the disadvantage of using a web wallet where you aren't the controller of your funds. Anyway, there is no option except to get support from them. But really worst support ever. Just try to explain them the situation and wait. Nothing more could be done except waiting. It is better to just move on to a noncustodial wallet.

Just be careful from scammers PMs, scammer would PM you to recover your wallet. Don't hand over your wallet credential to any scammers.
3673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The good side of banning btc in Nigeria on: February 27, 2021, 05:12:00 PM
The only benefit I can see that probably more Nigerian citizens know about Bitcoin due to the central bank decision. We don't know if the new peoples would involve with it or not, so still, I will say Nigeria's central bank hadn't taken the real-time decision. They just lost the revenue from Bitcoin transactions. Because I believe bitcoin users will never change their minds due to restrictions. Regulations mean more strict uses. People will use it now illegal way in Nigeria since they couldn't use it like before. I am still not convinced how this decision would help bitcoin adoption.
3674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I convince people that Bitcoin isn't a financial pyramid? on: February 27, 2021, 04:39:40 PM
You can't convince them who hate bitcoin, same you can't convince them who telling Bitcoin is a financial pyramid. Time is over to convince them, they should learn from the generation now. A decentralized cryptocurrency wouldn't give you any return on your investment, because no one on the other end holding your money. Bitcoin is with you and you are fully responsible for loss or profits. No one can raise the price or dump it. The only difference is, Bitcoin backed by the community, and the price depends on the community demand as well. That's the real truth, nothing suspicious for the Ponzi pyramid. A currency wouldn't be a pyramid itself, so why Bitcoin would be a financial pyramid?
3675  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Forget about exchanger search! Use BestChange! on: February 27, 2021, 05:56:24 AM
We have sent a request to the exchanger to clarify the situation and will keep you posted.
Had they responded to your queries? I have seen the Fox exchange still on your list. (For side note: there is no search button to find a specific exchange, I just use the browser find option. It would be better to add a search button on the site).

However the below quote drawn my attention,
I only trusted them because they are being monitored at bestchange site. I do not trust them with my private documents. I hope bestchange admin will remove this scammer from their website to save other people from getting scammed.
The victim chose Fox exchange just because of its being monitored by BestChange. So I believe BestChange will take the right decision after discussion with the Fox exchange.
3676  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io scammed me $8080 on: February 26, 2021, 04:50:12 PM
Thanks, Steve for solving the issue. Feedback has been removed as well since both of you agreed to closed this case. However, I think we can solve such issues through constructive discussion. Silence or blind arguments wouldn't be a solution anyway. I can't say you are wrong those support Sportsbet, but I will appreciate it if you be more constructive based on the situation, beliefs would be wrong sometimes. I don't know both of your's (Sportsbet & OP) inside the discussion, but I will suggest both identify your lacks and correct them to avoid such issues in the future.

@OP, you can marked 'solved' in the topic title since you stated it solved.
3677  Other / Meta / Re: Should the Scam Accusations & Reputation sections be more restricted/moderated? on: February 26, 2021, 04:17:08 PM
Exactly how you suggest moderating these two boards? It would more nice if you add some points on how could prevent the worst post. Which boards do you think no worst post there? I can't find anything except where the signature isn't visible. Although users are making useless topics but there are few topics that should discuss. We have a few unofficial forum rules, if someone not breaking these rules, a thread wouldn't be removed by moderators. In the end, you are suggesting upgrade the forum rules. So adding some ideas would help to short out how it should be implemented.
3678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / It's become hard to understand altcoin movements. on: February 26, 2021, 11:14:25 AM
For a few months, I had far from alt trading although sometimes play with BTC/USDT trading. But due to bull markets I thought should again play with alts since whole alt markets have not yet recovered. Sadly I regret to see alt movements, it's become very hard to understand. Because when a dump happens on Bitcoin price then we encounter an immediate action in major altcoins. Alts just follow the Bitcoin trend. But surprisingly when BTC recovers after a dump, then alts aren't following bitcoin trends but still dumping more. I am not a tech guy, so just follow the trend. But seems the trend also missing lately due to alt behavior. If always happen like that then most likely I will have to lose my portfolio again like last bull in 2017.

Do you have any thoughts on how should trade with alts in this situation?
3679  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much lower you think BTC can go in this drop ? on: February 25, 2021, 05:43:14 PM
Quite complicated questions. No one can give you an exact forecast except speculation. My personal thought is Bitcoin would reset again in the $30K to $40K zone. Because for the last two days Bitcoin almost stable on a price zone. So there is less possibility to pump it again without a hard reset IMO. I am expecting Bitcoin would fall anytime below the $40K zone. So, prepare yourself always for a dump, just don't expect to pump continuously.
3680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing bitcoin is achievement on: February 25, 2021, 05:30:24 PM
We can say that knowing bitcoin is great achievement because it is beggining their journey in life to make money in easy way using digital currency as investment.
Really? Is bitcoin's goal was making easy money and investments? If people learn the wrong thing at the beginning then how they would get the advantage of Bitcoin technology? It's quite important to know a few basic information about bitcoin before getting involved. Why it was created and how it has been working, you have to learn this first before invest or earn easy money. I wouldn't agree with easy money, there is no way to make you rich unless you are very lucky. Many propels lost their portfolio due to a lack of knowledge of how it works. Buying bitcoin doesn't mean you will make easy money, there is a chance to lose your investment as well. Just take a look back in 2017.

So, OP please before you invest a big amount in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, invest more time to gain knowledge of how Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies working.
