I have a huge admiration, and a massive amount of respect for Bisping. I tell you now, not a lot of people would have carried on fighting after that injury, I think that speaks volumes on the amount of passion he had for the fight game.
It's possible that some other fighters did some hiding of their injuries, but I think that nobody won a championship title in any sport with one eye, and we know that MMA is mostly deadly sport on earth. Amazing thing is that Bisping is doing a good job as an actor, you could see him in moviey xXx: Return of Xander Cage with Vin Diesel, and in some TV Series. Lost all my bets I placed on Champions League tonight, because I expected both Liverpool and Man City to win in first half and it started good for Liverpool.
If someone told me before that both matches would end up with draw result, I would say no chance for Liverpool and maybe for Man City.
In the end it's only important who qualified for next stage and we have great semi-finals Liverpool vs Villareal and Man City vs Real Madrid.

I hit a really nice bet on Championship special last week so I will definitely keep an eye out here again for something like that. For sure there's always one or two whenever there are games but to see something like 15x last week was quite rare. It feels super unpredictable in the Championship so you always feel like 2x or 3x games aren't really "worth it". Agree?

Both fight are champion vs top1 in weight division  Perhaps Timothy Johnson against Linton Vassell is also worth watching, just because Johnson was in UFC Yes I would watch this fight, it's two heavyweight fighters and that is always interesting to watch. Linton Vassell won his last three fights and I think he is favorite in this fight, and odds are lower for him to win. Now there's a worthy main and co main events for a Bellator PPV card. It's gonna be interesting to see how Nemkov fare's vs a seasoned vet in the UFC. He's not really at the level of Jon Jones or anything but he was at 205's top 5 at one point and he was on his way to challenge for the belt.
This is going to be hardest opponent for Nemkov and Corey Anderson has reach advantage with experience fighting in UFC. I know Nemkov is favorite but I like odds on Anderson and I think he can surprise in this match in front of home crowd. |

I completely agree with everyone here who said Yan won this fight.
And if the president of the organization says the same thing with stating the judges were wrong. Then you know something has to be changed there.
I am starting to think if this decision made by judges was influenced by some other factors, maybe it has something to do previous fight of this two fighters, or with current political situation. Anyone who looks statistics and reply of that fight would give 3-2 win to Yan, except if you are part of Aljo team or you place a bet on him to win. I think that something seriously needs to change with MMA judges Did you hear the boos from the crowd before the match when he came out and even louder afterwards?

All matches are being played this Friday and I am going to wait to see list if missing and injured players before making my final predictions, but there are some early betting chances. I am not surprised by Alexander Volkanovski and Khamzat Chimaev winning their fights and there was no doubt about that, but fight between Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan was controversial again.
Even Dana White said that judges made a wrong decision with giving split decision win to Sterling, and I think they messed up with their point system.
I think that Yan won this fight, he had more significant strikes and much more total strikes than Sterling.
Sterling did have few takedowns but that was not enough to make him a winner in this fight.
