3661  Other / Archival / Re: Helping Potential Legendary, Hero, Senior and Full Members on: July 18, 2021, 01:57:13 PM
Hello to everyone. I often post in the local section. I saw the thread opened here today. Can I be listed as a potential Senior Member? Thank you for opening this topic.
Read the first page of this thread, you will understand what op means by a potential member, this potential users listed above is based on the ranking position of every position, from the rank of full member to a Legendary members, so the reason of doing this, is to help a member whose rank falls within the range of (87- 99) to get to another level, such as a member position that had (89) merits and is only (11) merits that remain to reach the of full member, and also a full member that earned (290) and is (10) Merit that left to reach a senior member rank or position, so all this moves according to the rank. I hope with this little explanation you will understand.
3662  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin be infinite? on: July 17, 2021, 07:54:00 PM
What do you mean exactly by unlimited? The prices or the supply?
I really comprehend op better, what op means unlimited is infinity, if bitcoin will keep on moving or accelerating to this extent, so  that means in this case everyone is entitle to portray or suggest he or her point of view via bitcoin, because from my perspective bitcoin will stay long before it can be manipulate, because before it will come in conclusion of when will it come to an end we have to look at the time frame bitcoin has been into existence, like now, bitcoin is up to twelve (12) years, so considering factor of it's long stays, that means the possibility for it to stay till infinity is there. That is from own perspective.
3663  Economy / Economics / Re: Can cryptocurrencies replace fiat currencies on: July 17, 2021, 07:32:16 PM
No matter how influential and valuable cryptocurrency or bitcoin is today, it can not replace a fiat currency from my perspective, because emphasising on fiat, it's very obvious and understandable that fiat currency is father's of all currencies as per say Bitcoin is father's of cryptocurrencies, now considering the fact that before introduction or  awareness of cryptocurrency fiat is already in ground.

So narrating this using the ancient period of human life living and present methods of life currently, it's clear to the blinds and very audible to dealf that cryptocurrency can't dominate or take over fiat currency, because without Fiat currency a cryptocurrency or bitcoin in particular cant exist, but without cryptocurrency a Fiat will keep on existing till century or further notice, so referring us to fifty years a go when it's only coins and some paper money were in existence which is Fiat, everything is still moving in orderly manner.

So using this medium to recapitulate this, cryptocurrency can't dominate over fiat, even though it takes crypto ten (10) years or twenty (20) years on Earth, reasons because it's a decentralized currency and no one can view or see it physically except in a digital form, secondly fiat is already in existence before any other currency, or creation, introduction of cryptocurrency, and finally, fiat is more influential than any digital currency
3664  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022 year Will be Bad for Economy on: July 17, 2021, 05:42:46 PM
This particular fact or points of yours can only come in existence due to, or depends on country we come from, because what really brings economic setback of a country, is it's economically management, their is so many countries that is battling for economic Criss due to lack of plans, 2022 can be a year of country A economic elevation and it can also be a country B economic setback, it actually based on the country plans to eradicate a downfall of economically problem, so it base on individual country and it's not what we generalize because we all are not from the same country or continent.
3665  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the popularity of cryptocurrency continue? on: July 17, 2021, 05:14:33 PM
The population density of cryptocurrency is unlimited provided that cryptocurrency is in existence, now a cryptocurrency is been known worldwide and to abolish a cryptocurrency currently is very difficult because it's decentralized currency and even government is finding it very difficult to eliminate it's existence because of it's importance across the countries is now going higher than the fiat currency of different countries, so from my perspective a cryptocurrency more especially bitcoin is going to have more firm compare to before, because the massive adoption of it is at higher velocity, so from understanding concerning cryptocurrency network, a cryptocurrency will continue moving further.
3666  Economy / Economics / Re: Does studying Economics in School make one to be economical or what on: July 17, 2021, 05:06:06 PM
Your opinion is needed concerning the above topic.
It obvious that career discipline contribute immensely to our life's pattern irrespective of our already existing or embedded lifestyle in the society initially, because from my perception, adoption of knowledge via field career always changes the mentality or the reasoning of a man, basically the answer of your question is YES, from my objectives or observation towards the life character of human, giving another illustration to clarify the fact that even environment of humans causes change to a man.
3667  Other / Meta / Re: [Proposal] Hiding the signature space in the Off-Topic section on: July 16, 2021, 06:45:44 AM
Its clear that those that's making a shitpost in off- topic section, majority of them are not in any signature campaign right now,but been not in campaign should not grant us the right to make unnecessary post, because our conversation here speaks who we are and also help to build up our reputation, and anyone or user that continuously posting a shitpost that means their manager is not observing very well, and the only way they can been eradicated towards such method of posting is by reporting them as sir welsh said, because by the time a moderator will delete he or post several times and he received notification that his post has been deleted by moderator, i think it will take correction by force and avoid shitpost.
3668  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I can't reply to some topics on: July 16, 2021, 06:17:37 AM
I don't see a "reply" button in some threads. The most obvious reason is that they are closed to new members but I can find any information about it. Is it for certain levels or for those levels that the starter of the topic chooses? How can I know when I can start to reply?
If you can't see a rely from a thread, it maybe that the thread has been locked by the owner or a moderators, so in the aspect of you don't know when you will start making a post or creating a topic as a newbie, it's obvious that no user have a fixed time or period to start making a quality post, just go through the boards and check the board that are suitable for you via composition, and at first read before posting, it's one of the criteria for post making.
3669  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you know if someone left you Bitcoin after death? on: July 16, 2021, 06:08:50 AM
Bitcoin keys and passwords are kept secret hid away from everyone else. If you forget the keys you can no longer access your wallet. We have learnt this and take the precautions to ensure it does not happen. But what happens to the Bitcoin if the owner of the wallet dies. Is there a way to transfer bitcoins to next of kin and how will the potential heir know?
You are getting me confused in this community...most of all this you know it, a new user that is not up to three months, i don't think this user have is new here, with all your comments and topics created here and intonations that shows that you have a basic knowledge of everything concerning cryptocurrency or you been existing here for so long, because question of newbie don't really goes like question of yours, this should be alternative.
3670  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to announce yourself as a Newbie! on: July 16, 2021, 05:49:16 AM

Alt accounts can be created for numerous purposes, not necessarily related to anything wrongful, such as (but not limited to):

-   Separating a bounty account from a discussion account.
-   Separating a business account from a discussion account.
-   Distinguishing between when one is fully focused in their posting, from when one is posting on the move.
-   Separating the main account from other accounts related to building services around the forum (i.e. scrapers, legit bots, etc.).
-   Shielding behind a new account to express opinions or report on accounts, while not wanting this to be linked to the main account.
-   One can have multiple accounts to enrol in different campaigns, providing the rules are met and the ethics clean and square (as I mentioned previously).

But from my perspective i have not see the needful for someone to have a multiple accounts, because having that will reduce the amount of meaningful contribution because the attention of user will be divided and it's focus will not be in the same direction, and let us be realistic here, those that is having multiple accounts without signature campaign can those accounts function properly..the answer is "No" i now that many people aim is to create different accts more especially newbies. Because they are seeing here as a source of income.
3671  Other / Meta / Re: Something worse than plagiarism. on: July 16, 2021, 05:01:44 AM
@KingsDen, I will advice you to improve you posting quality, you can even have more than one account and reveal it to all members, if the posting are useful you will not have any issue or problem. You can see what you experienced recently as an attack but it is not, if you have good post and you have good reputation, no one will bother about your account or accounts.
Check the accounts very well their is no similarity between both accounts and they are managed by different people, even from different country, through my observation, so in aspect of improvement, you are right but this KingsDen is trying for making numerous posts, its few of newbies that will be so fast like this two accounts...magiciankings.
3672  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't say a thread was made because of merit on: July 14, 2021, 04:39:04 PM
They are things that worth to be overlooked, like "merit system" A Merit system is just a criteria for we to acertain a certain level, what's really necessary and encouraging via the community is a positive ideas that will enhance for the development of cryptocurrency not really a merit, a merit never be an option because with our positive contribution portrayed for the betterment of the community, merit can be earned or accompanying with our positive ideas rendered, so it's obvious that everyone likes merit, but I'm not disputing the fact that is not nice to earn a Merit but let us not be over inquisitive, desperate or indulge in paraphrasing, plagiarism in order to earn a Merit.
3673  Other / Meta / Re: Is there some sort of Godfatherism in the forum? on: July 14, 2021, 03:38:34 PM
This is a real misconception, because we all know vividly that their is no Godfatherism in this community, so let newbies have it in their skull, ranking up or awarding merit to someone does mean that the higher rank user is piloting or making the lower rank user to be elevated immediately with a collaboration, we have to understand this concept that, if someone subsequently meriting a particular person, that doesn't mean is the Godfather here, because this community accommodate different set of people from different denominations and secondly, for somebody to be meriting someone frequently that shows that the methods of the user composition of text is suit or suitable to the person...so let us not reason contrary or negatively about awarding a user merit like three consecutive time's.
3674  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit a post without commenting on: July 13, 2021, 07:59:19 PM
Hello everyone...I don't know if the question I'm about to ask really make sense or not. I don't know if meriting a post without commenting on it is a sin here. Although I have not taken my time to research here but I think asking will be better for me since I have audience who can put me through.

If I merit a post without any comment can I be penalize for it?
You awarding merit to any community user without portraying or dropping a comment on the thread never be an offence to any one here, awarding Merit indicates that the topic or thread of user inspired you or educate you or impressed you, most times giving a merit is like a pleasure, likeness via the composition of the text, it's not necessary that you most make a comment before awarding Merit to anybody, i hope the two persons that commented above got it right from my perspective, the only basic precautions as a new user, you have to take at a quality post before giving out merit, don't give merit to low quality post.
3675  Other / Archival / Re: Helping Potential Legendary, Hero, Senior and Full Members on: July 13, 2021, 07:25:25 PM
This program is really helping members here, because some people who are not popular in the community are now Know now, because of this thread of yours, those that has been mentioned by Ratimov, people is going into their profile to look for their quality topics or post to award merit in order to ensure they have ranked up to another level, right now those once that have 450 - 480 merit to rank up to senior member position and those who had 88 - 90 to merit to rank up to senior member position are at advantage to get to next level of rank, this is making then to be known from my observation, Ratimov keep the program up it's a welcomed development.
3676  Economy / Economics / Re: What is better - cryptocurrency trading or investing? on: July 12, 2021, 02:45:22 PM
I have been a day trader but want to know if it’s a good idea to hold bitcoin for long, whether it will be more profitable?
From my own ideas concerning bitcoin, holding any cryptocurrency or bitcoin is base on personal objectives, and it's good to hold a coin for long periods when you are financial buoyant enough to the extent the capital use to purchase bitcoin is not your challenge, because long period of holding coin can be of benefit of the Holder and also can be at lost side of a holder due to coin can depreciates any time and any hour, and when such happens it will definitely affects the Holders coin, so it's the disadvantages of holding a coin for long periods, shall from another perspective the advantages might be greater than the disadvantages, base on the time frame.
3677  Economy / Economics / Re: The first rule of investing is saving on: July 12, 2021, 02:10:38 PM
Investment have a dynamic characteristics from my perspective, because some people invest without budgeting or planning for it because the capital is there, so op from your perspective or perception your right, because the Genesis of investment started with savings plans, i can consider the factor of saves as primary obligation of investment and also consider a process of having the plans of investment without cash to establish or activate it, because we can develop the mentality of investing but the cash is not there to activate it, but due to the plan is in existence you consider to lend with collateral in order to invest knowing that it will yields positively in time coming.
3678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Crypto bans are temporary, we are on the right side of history. on: July 11, 2021, 01:30:49 PM
<------->
Not to mention, that they could tax any cryptocurrencies trade for their own benefit.
Assuming government is only taxing cryptocurrency traders it would have be better, because they have the right to collect tax to any industry in order to generate revenue, because some countries source of income is taxation, so it not their problem concerning cryptocurrency, from my conception, it seems as their major objective or concern is to eliminate the existence of cryptocurrency, to achieve profit or benefit towards trader's is not their focus, let us try to be realistic here and penetrate into government to know their target towards cryptocubutrrency, more especially bitcoin.
3679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Factors affecting bitcoin business on: July 11, 2021, 12:02:32 PM
Change in government - it's simply means when another government enter there's will be reduction or addition of some policies.

Political instability - when political system in the country is not stable, everything will get down.
I consider government as a major factor that is affecting government, government propaganda towards cryptocubutrrency is primary challenges of bitcoin today, because of government so many countries are adopting the policy of banning cryptocurrency, so another secondary cryptocurrency challenges is Elon musk procrastination, castigations, circulation of fake information towards the development of cryptocurrency especially bitcoin across the world, all these are bringing setback of crypto sphere into different nation.
3680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the statement that Bitcoin is a private digital currency correct? on: July 11, 2021, 11:32:10 AM
Quote
<°°°°>

Private digital currencies have no national endorsement, and central bank digital currencies have the state as a credit guarantee.

If Bitcoin is a private digital currency. Then, the issuer is personal. Is this person Satoshi Nakamoto? Is he the owner of Bitcoin? However, Bitcoin is "decentralized." There is no issuer.

edit:In order to get a better understanding of my topic, I edited it a bit more deeply, thank you.
Bitcoin is a private currency, for it to be private that's what made it decentralized, so no one can jumped into it for manipulation, so emphasising via Satoshi Nakamoto, asking if it's the owner of cryptocurrency, from my own experience i will say that Satoshi Nakamoto only induced or introduce the function or usefulness of cryptocurrency especially bitcoin to the world, so for he to bring up such ideas that is generally accepted by the people today, in think we can partially say that is owner of bitcoin with that fact he introduced it since 2009 with his colleagues that's unknown to everyone using bitcoin today, so in other hands bitcoin is not been regulate to anyone or control by anybody, i want us to understand such concept, it's decentralized right from the day one it was introduced.
