Well I don't suggest to trust and install the gambling apps in the google play store because most of them are really bad I mean that's right you will view advertisement more than playing and it is annoying and also I don't want to play or install a gambling app in phone because my phone gets laggy and hot, so I prefer playing online or legit gambling websites.

I think the ones having advertisement are basically the ones where you don't have to risk money on it like some faucet-modeled games like TapMonkey and so... I don't think actual gambling sites apps have any advertisement. Why would they when they are getting money conducting their business normally.

I would like to see the gambling app containing ads as you are mentioning.

you are right with this avi  . those are mainly faucets if not free to play games  because they need to earn that way but if its a big gambling site , they dont usually put ads .  i have tried one before  .   still the guy has a valid reason about the effects of installing an app aside from ads if ever it has  . i suggest that he updgrades his phone into  a newer model so that he wont have any issues upon installing and running any app  but if he cant afford it for now , he better stick playing on the browser   .
3682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about big gains? on: January 08, 2020, 03:46:03 PM
I won 0.175 BTC once in a poker tournament, more than 2 years ago, and I think there's no one left among the people I know, who didn't hear this story from me at least once. Smiley But hardly it was an amount sufficient to put one in danger if he/she talked about winning it (around $400 at the time of winning). Of course I agree with the OP on that if someone can't stop bragging about winning really big, you are putting your life and the lives of your close ones in danger. Winning big money should be enough to satisfy your ego. Don't be greedy for another satisfaction in the form of admiration by the people you know.

you won it offline or offline ? the amount was decent but not that huge for such a tournament . btc price before were also cheap ( before 2017 bull run )  . small or huge amount , you wouldnt know if whats running in the mind of the people that listen's to you when you share this story  .  desperate people can do harm to others not just by greed or wanting to have that money but also if he is jelous enough  .  we still need to keep private when  it comes to winning and money matters  .
3683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee backs out of his $1 million bitcoin prediction on: January 08, 2020, 12:22:23 PM
so McAfee's prediction getting closer to the reality

lol . how can you say  ? just because the price were now rising does that mean that johns prediction can now occur  ?  many times we see the price dump and rise but not to the point of crossing 10k usd  .  let say even the price cross 10k usd this year and itll rise more , the realistic price of btc would only be at 18k to 20k usd  .  achieving higher than this may not be easy anymore and will require more support from the people or from countrys and governments to adopt btc  . still itll take many times to see another highs again  .
3684  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: How to Protect Your Crypto Wallet if Someone Searches Your Phone? on: January 08, 2020, 10:39:00 AM
the article discusses border control authorities, and customs officials have the authority and right to control your smartphone. to secure your crypto wallet there is no other way but to encrypt data, or temporarily delete applications, sensitive data, and cookies / history. This is indeed disappointing but we can still anticipate it before leaving home

whats so dissapoting about that ? deleting your browser cookie , apps and other files  ? that sucks indeed but if you want to be safety about your cryptos then its not a problem  but there are still other less hassel ways to do it without the need of deleting your files permanently  .

there are tools available on the net  . they said using phone to store a crypto key and account is not advisable because phones are easier to spy one due to the sim card attatch thru it .  our network provider for example can spy on us
3685  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Canadian Bitcoin Scammer to Face Two Years Jail for $140k Twitter Fraud on: January 08, 2020, 09:48:56 AM
The scam itself actually had nothing to do with bitcoin.

The only part of the scam was that involved BTC was how the payment was transferred. They deserve to be incriminated for taking advantage of these vulnerable people and defrauding them out of their hard earned savings, regardless of whether or not the payment processor is one or another.

It makes no sense to report it as a "bitcoin scam" in my opinion. All it does is shed a bad light on bitcoin's reputation.

still related to bitcoin because the scamer uses a bitcoin , that is why they call it bitcoin scam  .  the scamer does not also intend to damge the reputation of bitcoin but he only cares about his own business . he use bitcoin as a medium to scam people because he know that bitcoin right now is hot   .  the sentenced two years in jail was alot imo  but it also depend on the victim if this what he wants   .  we never know if the scammer do also scam many people before he end up on bitcoin  .
3686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social experiments in the world of gambling on: January 08, 2020, 09:13:01 AM
Even if he loses the money, he will search the other people so he can borrow the money again. He will do that over and over because he is addicted to gambling. That is sad because that person cannot hold or control himself in gambling, and that will only make him search for money for playing gambling. We cannot help him by giving the money because he will use that money to play gambling if we don't know.
Yeah this is not good to get addicted in gambling infect we should try to avoid such habit but you can keep playing untill you think and see that you are winning but when you realize that you are loosing your money in gambling you should stop gambling so a gambler must have self control and don’t be emotional, don’t give money to addicted gambler.
If he still playing gambling for the long term, I don't think that he will have a chance to win. He needs to realize that he should not risk his money to playing gambling, and when he got addicted, that will the time for him to feel hard to stop and leave the gambling itself. We hope that a person doesn't borrow the money from other people, and he needs to realize to solve his problem with someone who can help him.

playing long term does not mean that you play every day or playing more often  . you still need to rest and have some breaks because in gambling you cant win contiously/nonstop  . there are days that you are bad luck while there are also times that you can feel that you can always hit your traget  . lets hope so that gamblers can realize those things you guys mention above so that they cant lead to borrowing money or to not get become adicted in the future  .
3687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: January 07, 2020, 04:25:48 PM
im not updated regarding on this coin anymore but i remember the coin pumped so high last time   .

its high was 23 usd  ?  or that is its lowest  ? either way  , bnb coin is more popular than compare to other coins out there so my expectation for this coin was also better than others that i dont recognized  . it can still recover and past its own ath if the owners of this coin manipulate its value  . they possibly can if not whales because binance was a big exchange  .
3688  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game 🎲 $1,000 Daily Race💰7-day streak bonus🔥 on: January 07, 2020, 02:53:21 PM
Most winners of the Daily race are actually on private which makes me question the legitimacy since it is like this with pretty much every daily race..

yes they are .  on other popular gambling sites that i have visited there were also many hidden players but i dont question thier legitimacy because the site is big and popular already   . same as on this site . wolf.bet were not really that new on the gambling scene  .  they already build some reputation so they wont do shady things that can damage thier appearance as a well known site  .  just need to foccus gambling on your own and always give it your best shot so that you can somehow increase your position on the race .
3689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting strategy. on: January 07, 2020, 02:03:00 PM
So what exactly is the strategy here? I do not get it,,, so you lost a lot on the first day and immediately you said you changed strategy but what exactly did you do differently?
thats it . he already changed strategy after he lost  .

Quote
From what I can see on Day 1 you tried 2x bets all of them. So you have to win 11 and lose 11 to make about 2%. Guess you lost most only won 7 and lost 15.
why he needs to loose 11 to make 2 percent  ? loosing does not give you a profit but only winning  . if he won 11 and he loose 11 , he didnt win at all  .  still 7 won is still better than zero   .

Quote
So now, you have so much to catch up on. Bad strategy? But you have to try strategy many times to judge right?
yes  . it takes time to prove the strategy is working or not because our luck can varry too  . catching up your losses is risky  . i dont recomend it  .

3690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much of your money only needed for gambling and others is for family on: January 07, 2020, 01:16:57 PM

what is that Free Money from friends?meaning from tips?are you living in gambling just from tips?cannot believe its true lol.

better spend those "Tips" for your family since i can feel that you dont have enough money to keep and never spent in gambling .never forget that gambling should me enjoyment and not for living .
there are many of my friends who gamble, when they get a big win, they always share with me, and of course I use it for gambling.
every gambling result I will always use again for gambling not for anything else and that is my principle. therefore I enjoy playing gambling with free money without fear of losing.
now i get it,it seems that you have a lot of friend that is involving in gambling?as you can still enjoy playing using freebies?no wonder that you are not becoming addicted because of that principle and i salute you for that ,at least your daily income is not risking into these Vices?

your control is really good as it is hard to achieve specially when we are sitting on the table and start to gamble, sometimes those free money if lose?we will start using our own money just to continue playing and in the end?we are losing even our safety money.

this does not happen to me  . i also use free money to gamble or the tips that came on my friend  . when i loose it , it does not lead me to deposit my own cash but sometimes it comes to my mind doing it because i was pretty angry that time  . i have a family to feed so i always think thrice before i decide to do it for my own sake  . its okay to not to play gambling for me and feel sad sometime but it makes me more happier when i see my family is happy to what i provide with them  .
3691  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 05, 2020, 04:22:21 PM
let me tell you, Bitcoin has only existed for 10 years and it hasn't taken a long time to be able to assert the value of this digital asset. Don't be too subjective to Bitcoin and believe it will grow every year and its price will be $ 1m and bla bla ... don't be silly. If you are criticizing fiat money, then you should not use it anymore and use crypto to pay your expenses, see if anyone accepts the coin you want to pay. Also, if you love cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, let me see why would it grow so well in the future if hold it? Meanwhile, coin is just a kind of tool for Blockchain to operate effectively. Governments and organizations can create a coin similar to Bitcoin!

I personally don't believe btc will grow up to $1mil or even $100k, but it can go up to $20-25k I guess.
But I wan't cryptocurrencies to be a usable tool like USD, not a thing to speculate and gamble around.
So it is better if btc won't go up or down drastically
Your grandmother could be saying that with fiat coins in mind. Thing is, fiat behaves very different  from cryptocurrencies. so hodling them might be a good thing, but not in hopes of reselling it for a higher value in a decade or two as bitcoin is intangible unlike physical fiats that holds innate value aside from the value it was assigned with.

Because we all know that older people knows best and have a lot of experience when it comes to preserving the value if something. That's why most of our grandmother and grandfather have something what they called "antique" and its value was preserved that its price is also high and has a history. Although fiat is very reliable right now, bitcoin can give you a brighter future if the price becomes high again.

that is only a myth that older people tend to know more things  .

in this time we have right now we can learn different things at a young age  . we knew if what is a real fact and not only a made up myths  . many older people on our place tell me that this crypto was a scam but i dont believe on him i only believe that crypto can give me a good future if i will start saving on it than saving fiats alone with my piggy bank   .
3692  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: January 05, 2020, 03:39:45 PM
Definitely agree!
There is no regulation at all. Therefore, all of us should be aware of what is cryptocurrency and how it really works.
yeah most of us were already aware if what is crypto and where it will be use , a.k.a knowing the basics but mistakes is inevitable sometimes  . there is also regulation on some country and by some cryptos   .

Quote
We hold our keys, we create our own wallets and storage of assets. We make our own online bank. We trade and we use them all time. And that is the reason why the security of cryptocurrency is in our hands. We should protect everything we own in cryptocurrency because there are many illegal found here.

if you hold your keys yes but some wallets dont let you hold your keys  , your safety is still on thier hands   . you will be lucky if they will refund you once something bad happened on thier side  .   regular individuals cant create our own wallet because its hard  , you mean creating account  ? yes its possible for a common people .
3693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death of ICOs on: January 05, 2020, 02:50:33 PM
With huge capital, ICOs have existed for a long time and done many things. But in 2019 with the strong drop in cryptocurrencies, the ICO was greatly affected and it is dying.
I have not seen ICOs doing anything in this market in the past. They get huge amounts of money from investors but they don't develop the project the right way, and until the end the projects become scam and die. That's why so far no investors are interested in ICOs because they already know what the end of those projects will look like.
there are actually a number of successful projects, but indeed the numbers that make it a little invisible and the project was only able to reach 50-100 in rating. and the reason investors leave ICO is because of the many uncontrolled frauds and also projects that only seek profits in the beginning without making any further developments. most of the ICOs are only successful at the beginning after a number of roadmaps have been exceeded, the team will leave the project development

succesful on the begining is better than failed from start to finish , atleast we know that they try thier best to become succesful and thier efforts paid off but  if they failed at the middle or on the end then there might be a reason behind that failure  . better if we dont judge them too early if we dont know what they been facing behind their business  .  maybe they have problems on thier real life that they have to prioritize than thier business  . we should take them for granted  ,
3694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin on: January 05, 2020, 02:08:22 PM
I will tell you about this year's Two coin and you will be very good profit at it. Fast Energy coin and  second Toko coin. already list coins cap market. The technology and project of these two coin are fantastic.very good team and all information available website.

i think ive heard of this coins recently but does this coins seems to be new ?  we need to see more of thier worth in the future of it they will sustain thier price/value  .

just to be safe because alot of people were already a victim of new coins  .after they bought it and hodl , new coins , just only dumped and wont recover anymore  . this is why we should start for the older ones  . the older the better   . if not btc then go , xrp  , ltc and so on  .
3695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: if you have $50k fiat ,will you invest in btc or put it in bank? on: January 05, 2020, 01:34:11 PM
investment wise ill go with the bank because im sure that banks can exist a long time but im still not sure about the future of btc despite of its boom  however i dont put all the cash on a bank but i divide it let say ill handle the 10k usd on hand ill put it on my own vault located inside my house while the rest 30k on bank and the rest 10k can go thru bitcoins just incase that i earn some extra profit if ever btc pumps from the next year or two  . i dont worry at all because 10k on btc will only look small compare to my backup funds which was 30k on the bank
3696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: January 05, 2020, 01:00:54 PM
addiction is bad , people get addicted fast to which they get instant fun and enjoyment and they want to repeat them because its easy to repeat and if they win they think of doing it more , we should control our addiction before it makes things worst
When people are getting enjoyed in what they are doing, tendencies are they are repeating it over and over again because people always to get enjoyed in what they are doing. In gambling, if you are having fun in doing it there is a chance that you are getting addicted into it since you want to do it again.

There are many ways for a person to be enjoyed and gambling is just one. Why don't we spend our time in different activities where it can also give fun too. Spending time with families and travelling is one, playing online games with your friends is another one. There are many ways to be happy Cheesy. Don't spend your time and money in gambling because you can get addicted into it.
Gambling addicts are not easy to be handled .I have witnessed such cases where a person is always ready to sale his house just to ensure a recovery of the loss he has faced in the past through big win. But unfortunately it does not become possible most of the time just because of depression .Addicts could survive if they are provided the paths for monetary benefits.

selling house ? lol wtf . i cant imagine if what he will end up when he loose . where will he live  ? its okay if he is alone and dont have a family because he can go anywhere but if he had a family thats a hassel  . i tried to become addicted on gambling once and it comes to my mind that what if i sell my phone or other gadgets so that i can gamble again  ? but luckily i didnt do it because i still think about the risk of loosing them all and the cycle will only repeat until i sell all what i got . that is the addiction at it worst   .
3697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling on Mobile Devices on: January 05, 2020, 11:51:27 AM
coinpoker  ? that gambling app name sounds like swcpoker  . already forgot the exact name  dunno if its sw or swc poker but this gambling site do also has  thier own mobile application   . gambling in mobile app is better than a mobile site because the experience is more richer  but i still prefer gambling on my laptop so that i can multi task  . i open 3 sites at a time including bitcointalk .  after im done posting here i then switch my tabs on the two gambling sites to start playing gambling to past the time  .
3698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a quick warning on: January 04, 2020, 03:09:09 PM
look as if they nothing to offer ? if that is what you put on your mind then how can you be motivated to invest  ?

people invest because they see something on that investment asset but we should be smart and wise to  check whats in thier inside  and not just thier outside appearance  . and like what you said its also a good idea to invest on more than one asset  . spreading capital can make us loose less as long as we picked up the right assets  .
3699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys stop investing! Use your brain, please on: January 04, 2020, 02:02:42 PM
No matter how much we do to stop them on investing we couldn't really do it since it is up to them.
yes its thier last decision if they are going to stop or not but we can still do some enouragement  . see if they will listen to us or not   .

Quote
They could only stop their own let them realize it on their own way their own research to believe on it.
i remember i have a friend that got scamed many times on fake projects and one time he ask for advice on me so i gave him some good advice on what to invest next  . he did listen to me and now he only invest wisely on the worth it ones   . you are right that they can realize if they did something wrong  but then again we  can do something to help them  .
3700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin still a people's currency? on: January 04, 2020, 12:29:05 PM
storage of assets in digital form such as cryptocurrency seems to be a trend of the modern.
cryptocurrency was chosen as an alternative to gold.
but on the security side, the digital world is not 100% really safe, we as cryptocurrency users who for a long time certainly know about this.
I agree and I cant see the future that they can make fiat currency vanish. As we know that it was the strongest type of currency that we can have because of its security.  Cryptocurrency is just one type of currency that we bitcoiners used to earn money but it still have limited usage in every country.
Before bitcoin accepted as legal currency payment always make bitcoin only illegal payment transaction and only for investing assets, we can't use bitcoin for payment currency because government not allowed and legal using bitcoin as legal currency payment, still have review first with bitcoin to be legal currency payment because many weakness from bitcoin it self.

but despite all of those disadvantages that you guys mentioned above  , bitcoin is still the people's currency these days because people do still have some benefits left that greatly help people to earn and to live without hassel in terms of paying bill , paying someone and alike  . soon when bitcoin makes updates and improvements of its current state  .  people wont doubt anymore about bitcoin  and we can totally call it as a people's currency when it becomes perfect  .
