15% of your monthly wage is a huge allocation for me but I think that you can still save some of your money for your family and your monthly expenses.

If I will calculate my allocation in gambling to my monthly income, I think it is lesser than 5% of the total income. Even you assign big portion of your money in gambling it doesnt mean your chances to grow it is high, it depends if you're lucky and on your strategy.
