3681  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Naober is a scammer/ ban him in forum on: March 30, 2020, 12:08:07 PM
Before you have a deal with that account have you seen already red-tagged on that user's profile?
The red color on his profile will give warning to others that it is very risky to deal with any transactions.

Here are the threads of scam accusations against that user.

I supported the flag and I will leave negative feedback later.

Sorry for your loss OP, this may be served you as your learning of dealing with unknown people on the internet.
3682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Stellar(XLM) go dump or pump on: March 30, 2020, 11:39:26 AM
We all know Stellar(XLM). This is one of our favorite altcoins and trading in the crypto market for a long time. Stellar(XLM) transactions also work very fast from any wallets or exchanges. But from a few days, when all crypto market is in a bad situation. Stellar(XLM) goes down very badly and staying on that position for a long time, as nearly all coins going up (a little bit), but the XLM movement is not so good. Will Stellar(XLM) go more down or this is the end line and it will recover itself in an upcoming month and provide a good gain to their holders.
When the entire crypto market dumped the price it is expected that also altcoins were dump. Yes, I assume that XLM has a potential altcoin and I'm sure it is worth it hold in the long term. If there are altcoins recover itself even Bitcoin price was down that is completely a hype project and I didn't trust with them.

As your concern question if this is going to dump or pump, still nobody knows the accurate answer, it remains unpredictable. If there is someone can able to answer your question, I'm pretty sure he/she might very rich now. Tongue
3683  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Two years journey of Bitcointalk forum. on: March 30, 2020, 11:00:38 AM
Wow, congrats of what you had achieved mate. To be honest, I commenting here because I impressed with your reports stat and the result of the accuracy, I tried to reach that numbers(maybe soon) but maybe it takes time for me. You're one of a good example as a forum member that newbie should inspire your work and effort, that is a great motivation to them.

That's it. You're also one of the good managers in the forum, stay of what you are.
I hope there are more bunch of good projects to come and pursue your career as a good campaign manager here.

TBH, I intend to follow in your footsteps but I can't.
3684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: March 30, 2020, 08:40:49 AM
Safest game?
Actually there is no safe game in gambling it is all high risk. Your friend should understand those outcomes on gambling and explain that gambling is not a way of chasing money. It is the best alternate game when you get bored at home but of course, money is required to have before they can start gambling.

If you mean the game that easiest to start I prefer to choose dice and roulette in your selection but don't forget to explain the chances of winning is very slim in this kind of game. If your friend can relate on based skills game I would highly recommend it because the chances of winning is greater than base of luck game.
3685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: March 30, 2020, 08:01:02 AM
For dice games, it doesn't work for me because my chance to win is not bigger, and I think it is the same as if I don't use a strategy.
No one wins in dice if you are expecting to win consistently as there is a house edge and no strategy would work on games where there is a house edge, even the martingale strategy.
That's why playing on based on luck games is very slim the chances of winning. You can't win consistently and defeat the house edge in any form of strategy. For me, betting double is like desperately to have a profit from gambling and that is high risk on gamblers that probably their bankroll becomes fast empty.

Try to gamble and bet normally and enjoy what you are doing without chasing money. Maybe in that way, good luck will be yours and might earn a massive profit from gambling. And of course, always gamble that you can afford to lose.
3686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KYC bad for crypto? on: March 29, 2020, 11:12:40 AM
Actually, this KYC has pros and cons and sometimes it is very helpful when in crypto. Yes, every one of us wanted privacy for our security but usually, it will abuse by some people participating and abuse bounty projects. Not only by that, but most cases also use in money laundering that it is very common. You can read this online article that says PROS AND CONS OF KYC WHEN IT COMES TO ICO TOKEN SALES.

I don't know what will if most exchange platforms now didn't implement KYC, probably hacking incidence on the exchange will continue spreading.
3687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will this trading technique work ? on: March 29, 2020, 10:38:48 AM
What exactly determines a buy point except that it's a drop? 5%? 3%? How far of a drop would you consider it a buy point?
Good question mate.

In the previous price chart, you can simply create your own technical analysis but the fact you don't know what will happen in the next movement of the price, which is identifying of buying and selling point. Using OP's technique is very common to traders but it seems like you are just predicting the market with your own analysis(which is every one of us can make our own technique and analysis).

There are many speculations about the upcoming event, the Bitcoin's next halving reward. But let just wait and I'm sure there will be a big impact of Bitcoin price soon right after halving will occurred.
3688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is a good time on: March 29, 2020, 09:22:37 AM
snip-
But then I somehow agree, this home quarantine will become an eye opener for those people who wanted to earn online since this crisis may be the reason for them to seek online services and online earnings.
I tend to agree with this that this is the right time to promote Bitcoin online and might be the eye-opener to someone who will see the ads. More people now at home surfing most likely on social media like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. A short video clip that appears on these social media will really a great help to promote Bitcoin. At least as of now for awareness and might in the future, they will invest once the global economic crisis will be gone.

But when you say they will invest, I don't think so. Most people now badly need money due to this pandemic lockdown and I think they are starting surfing on the internet to find an alternative way to earn money.( Not just spending their money )
3689  Other / Meta / Re: game-protect, is he permanently banned? on: March 29, 2020, 08:45:13 AM
Finally, GP has been banned.

He gave and spam negative feedback to those members who supported the flag created by marlboroza and h4ns.
It's nonsense feedback and discriminating users by calling "extremely mentally ill and or brain dead " but I don't care because I know he was just stunned by his words given.

I hope this system will change soon, all given negative feedback by banned users will automatically get rid of.
3690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: March 28, 2020, 02:46:22 PM
If you are new to blockchain, will you consider buying bitcoin these days?  Huh
When I was new in the cryptocurrency that was in year 2017 which is Bitcoin price was pretty high price back then. I didn't convince to buy yet I'm looking for a way how to earn it free and while doing that I'm studying and searching how Bitcoin price acts in the crypto market. And now I fully understand which is a good buying point of Bitcoin and I think this is the right time. But as your question is if I'm a newbie, I would definitely have full research and understand before embracing crypto.

If you are an experienced expert, will you keep the bitcoins in your pocket?  Huh
Of course yes, I already know that there will always resistance to Bitcoin price every time it will drop. So I think buying and accumulating Bitcoin at a cheaper price is the best decision. You're not wise enough if you will sell it even though you know that you will have a loss. Just keep holding, because Bitcoin is good for long term holding.
3691  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Advantages of bitcoin cloud mining on: March 28, 2020, 02:18:16 PM
But this "assets" value reduces everyday (depreciation) or when new hardware comes out.
Instead of cloud mining, I would rather invest funds somewhere. At least the funds have documents, owner and etc. I mean if you want, you can visit the office or meet CEO. But cloud mining - this is like investing in numbers. You cant really tell do you mine something or just numbers on your account changes.
I tend to agree with this. Most likely cloud mining will end up scams because they only steal photos anywhere just to have fake mining equipment that investors will lure to them. For me, I consider Bitcoin cloud mining is a pyramid Ponzi scheme. After they will full their bag they will run away together with your investment. So this was clearly they are profitable at this moment or much better is to stay away from them. Innocent and lazy people will always fall on their trap.
3692  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why there are very few porn bitcoin sites? on: March 28, 2020, 01:53:58 PM
Only a few? as far as I know, there are 33 Porn Sites Accepting BTCs and also there are Top 10 Adult Websites Where You Can Pay with Cryptocurrencies on this year and I think that is too much for viewers to select which site is good.

Yes, the porn site industry that accepts Bitcoin was widely increasing because all viewers want is their own privacy. If you are paying fiat, of course, it will linked to your bank account or credit card which is your personal identity will be revealed. A good alternative is to use cryptocurrency or much better Bitcoin.

3694  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do exchanges need mobile apps? on: March 28, 2020, 11:51:24 AM
snip-
I was wondering, why do platforms with such simple functionality create mobile applications that duplicate the functionality of the site, if everything is implemented quite simply on the web?
The purpose of having a mobile application in most trading platforms because of particularly handy and easy to access from traders. It is also easy for them to track their trading activities even though not sitting in front of their personal computer. But I didn't use personally an exchange app for monitoring my portfolio.

Instead, I use a tracking app (like BlockFolio) because it is easy to monitor. Most mobile now has a feature of browsing any exchange web platform. So for me, the app of the exchange platform isn't necessary to use. PC is very convenient to execute trading.
3695  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 - The major reason for the current fall of Bitcoin on: March 28, 2020, 11:17:14 AM
This is really whats happening as of this moment where people do get prioritize into things that would able for them to survive even pulling out their investments that they have kept for so long.
This scenario was expecting due to the pandemic result and rumors were right that this pandemic has an impact on the traditional market and crypto market. So meaning, the crypto market was now tied up to the traditional market just because investors are in a panic too and hurrying to pull out their investment to buy the necessary things for the worldwide lockdown.

However, I'm still glad that Bitcoin shows improvement last week and it reached at least almost $7k price in the market. There is also an article on Cointelegraph that Crypto Traders Explain What Caused the Bitcoin Price Plunge to $3,000s.
3696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona Virus coin on: March 27, 2020, 01:30:31 PM
It's obviously they are scam and only naive and lazy people will fall on this kind of project. The fact they had many threads on scam accusations regarding their fake team on this thread. Investors should always know how to research before putting their money, they are like throwing money.

That's why I never use this exchange because they allow listing scam projects on their platform. They had a lot of shitcoins listed and I don't think traders will gain profit to them.
3697  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake Bitcoin Transaction accelerator on: March 27, 2020, 12:49:54 PM
From the phishing link that you have given it is obvious that it is an unsafe link. I was found out from who.is that the site was registered from Godaddy website.

Another trap for lazy people who are using this kind of service. They have collected a huge number of Bitcoin so it means probably thousands of lazy people become victims of this. So far I didn't try to use the Bitcoin transaction accelerator and maybe this kind of crime will stop if all Bitcoin transactions will use Lightning Network for the fast transaction.

Thank you for sharing OP. Report this always to google safe browsing.

3699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin last forever? on: March 27, 2020, 11:22:02 AM
Remember that altcoins will remain altcoin and Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency created. I have no doubt that altcoins will never be the same code of Bitcoin and of course, it will remain on the top of all cryptocurrencies.

That was right, Bitcoin has been build already and has a strong foundation in crypto space and no one will defeat the Bitcoin, IMO. If you can see only Bitcoin was an open-source project and I think this makes Bitcoin still existed and was on the mainstream.
