If you're in EU, I might be interested... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I wouldn't think that his offer is insulting, taking in mind that there's about BTC7.6 per month revenue *IF* you had your SC in hand *right now* and mining, for the rest of September. I'd take the offer. It's not a bad one.

With the current difficulty rising rates bumping every 10 days or so, are you sure you want to sell those for 21BTC each? I'm just saying...
|
|
|
Yep. 18BTC is a price you can't afford to miss. Good luck finalizing this one.
|
|
|
FYI: there's a difficulty jump today. A fair price would be 25BTC for 2 units; which is what I'm offering to you. If you're interested I'm willing to discuss details via PM. Offer valid for 48hrs.
Good luck.

Sad thing about Avalons are that are VERY power hungry. EU power rates are not like in the US... They kill your wallet! So I guess most people think that it's better to give circa $4080 and buy 30BTC right away than invest on a piece of hardware that will be nothing than an ugly brick within a year and its probabilities to ROI will be low. The auction is very interesting though just for the fun of it. I congratulate the OP for the great idea. Good luck selling it!

I personally do not think difficulty can keep rising at the current rate for 60 days. In 30 days I imagine you could get more then 35BTC for it so you come out just a bit ahead.
I strongly disagree. The difficulty got out of the prediction area since there's a constant HUGE production and demand for ASIC miners as we speak. Let aside companies like Terrahash or Klondike that will (if they don't follow the BFL way) hit the BTC network with several TH of horsepower within the next two months. Take only Asicminer USB eruptors. 100 of these things will have you running with a 125W 33GH/s miner for under 40BTC (with latest prices). Only one person here (canaryinthemine) managed to ship over 3.5TH of USBs. My point is that people don't have to wait for brand new super duper BTC mining stuff. They already have it NOW! They only have to order with next day delivery. So... I think difficulty will get higher as Asicminer won't stop producing, for any reason, anytime soon... Just my 20c.

I guess a fair market price would be a little less than 40 (36-38 BTC). Even at that price though, ROI would be difficult (if at all possible). If anyone gets near it I'd advise you sell it. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I have 4 available at the moment, though you can purchase 3 if you prefer. If you think 41 BTC each shipped is too high, then make me an offer ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Correct me if I'm wrong; but: $3900/$121(current value MtGox)=32,23 BTCWhy 41 BTC?

these are selling for 80btc now..
Typical troll, just pick a number out of thin air. this is the 4 module version. You can't get one for 80BTC.. One sale live now for 65.. but wont post link. as THAT would be trolling. Yes. I just did that in my previous post... sorry ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

117.8 BTC and it's yours.
Did you check latest difficulty? these are selling for 80btc now.. I'd say for 65... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263552.0Seriously now people. If you don't have a mining machine that mines for you for profit (ie: ROI completed) it's NOT worth it. I thought that it was a good investment for me to go for a second miner before 2 weeks (I'm in the process of getting a Sept.2012 BFL SC) but now (after the difficulty jump) I strongly believe that -unless USD/ BTC goes over $300- mining is definitely out of the question... My advice: Newbies BEWARE! Just my 20c.

Hello. I'm interested in 10 USB Units (shipping to Greece). Please PM with details, I'm willing to pay right away. Thanks.

Thanks for the info dwdoc. The price seemed legit considering that canary gives 0.4 per one... Pity.

Willing to ship 10 to Greece? I'm gonna pay 3.6BTC and shipping is included in the price. PM me if interested.

It's close to where I live so I've paid a visit. Not much of a variety really, but the items for sale are in great shape and the guys are really helpful on trying to answer to my questions. Prices are good also.

Congrats Brit; bold move. A bit of speculation here if you guys permit me. I think you'll get the chance to get even and that's before the 3 months period; more likely it will be within a month (let's roughly say before the end of August). If you don't within a month; then I'm afraid the difficulty will be exponentially higher and you will have to wait up until the end of December (maybe even more).
As per BFL; I think that they tend to hold the difficulty relatively low since they (mainly) ship Jalapenos. I don't blame them; they think all of us who once invested on a bunch of 5970s and ESPECIALLY the late adopters. Those will never have the chance to get even. A long story short; mining from now forth will be a very expensive and risky business. BTC revenue is going to be 12.5 BTC within a (relatively) short period of time, while at the same time the difficulty will rise high.
Don't blame me; I'm no pessimist. I'm still waiting for my 15 Sept. 2012 BFL Single order. My thoughts? I'll never get my initial investment back UNLESS they ship it to me before August...
Well; that's unless BTC~USD will be like 1:$1000 by the end of the year. Then I take it all back! Good luck to us all.

One more correction: The voters are ruled by the media. Media is controlled by the government. It's an Aeneus cycle (since I figured you like greek words...). That doesn't give the people the "free of charge" card - we also have a lot on our side to blame. But surely it's not a tumor symbiosis relation. I'd propose a model of viral infection with the exelixis being a DNA/RNA mixture where the viral body (rulers) infects the cell (voters) and stores future previral bodies.
Again, one who governs the world has nothing to gain from the lytic cycle. He has to infect and ensure his future is there inside the cell. On the other hand, you may be right of a possible terminal solution where the cell cannot handle the viral infection and fires up the lytic procedure... I just have to hope we'll be around to see it, one way, or another...
Cheers for your thoughts.

We seem to have a problem deciding on how it will happen. But at least we can all agree that we have hopelessly screwed up the world. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yes, and the collectivised, civilised dreamers in the society still believe that 'engineers' - collectivised within a globalised hypercollective - will solve collectively those problems which they generate! The problem of collectivised humans (society instead of self-sufficient communities) was never solved by even more debt and more complexity. That's an ahistoric, ridiculous vision, but it is the vision of the mainstream. Tainter's law prove(d) them wrong. Tainter's and Nature's law is at work and 'problem solving societies' disappear by an abrupt loss of complexity. The higher they climb, the deeper they fall. I tend to agree to most of the part (and your pretty pesimistic point of view) but have to take a stand against you on the "engineers" part. The only colectivised in this world is the people who control the money flow. Engineers (and scientists in general) just produce. I really wanted to say this from the beginning; the question that tinkers my mind all this time is "what can we do to keep the progress going?" The answer came some time ago; I believe it was Alvin Toffler who stated it first: We need to expand our society to a hyper society. First we need to make a colony to another planet. Then to all the planets of our solar system. A hyper society will come forth when we will have the technology to control our star's energy. You see; seing black is like observing the mud of a car which runs through a wet field. Yes; there is mud that leaves behind; but also there's a road ahead... Just my 0.00000002 BTC ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
