You can use bitaddress to derive the public key. You only need to click on "Wallet Details" button and enter your private key.  If you enter your private key, bitaddress will give you the public key and private key in different formats. Below is an example.

In the past few weeks, you have probably noticed the large number of posts made by spammers including links to live sport streaming websites. Their posts get deleted, but they don't stop. They create new accounts and spam again. If you don't know what I am talking about, you can use the tool created by LoyceV to see the list of bad posts. Just search for one of following words. gitlab
game.tv
deviantart
247sports
raftingsort
ec.europa
battlefy
I just searched for words above (using CTRL+F) in the list of bad posts and found 1100 posts. Note that these 1100 posts have been made only in a period of 14 days. Also, there are many other posts that are not showing in the list of bad posts. Because in many of their posts, they are using links to reddit. For example, this post. I guess that these spammers are making at least 2,000 posts weekly. How do they manage to create that high number of accounts and make posts without paying evilness fee? Why don't their IP addresses become evil? Is the evil score system working as expected? Even if they use several VPNs, TOR browser, etc, they shouldn't be able to create that high number of accounts easily. Theymos (or any admin, if you have access to IP logs and evil scores), can you please check their IP addresses and the evil scores associated to them? Is the evil score system working? It has happened to me now and then, I think that sometimes newbies seem to be removing their thread after it gets answered, for example.
Users cannot delete their topics. Only moderators and admins can delete topics. If a thread in which you had posted doesn't exist now, it has definitely been deleted by moderators. |

The registered less than 4 minutes apart and were last active less than 8 minutes apart. There are at least two other accounts owned by the same person. doleri4632 (the topic starter) asked a question. 5 minutes later, sp32ie55f9 made this post for advertising purposes. The post has already been deleted by moderators. 2 minutes later, z8sd34hlol made a reply and suggested installing the latest version of firmware. And the funniest thing: 2 minutes later, gofadax139 made this post and said that he updated the firmware and it works now. The OP mistakenly used another account to made that reply and deleted the post quickly. So, the fee you need to pay for the new transaction must be that high to cover the fee of that unconfirmed transaction too. If I send $1 with really high mining fees such as $50 to the receiving address, will it do the trick?
If you are not in hurry, you only need to wait. Your transaction will probably be confirmed in the next 48 hours. Even transactions made with 1 sat/vbyte are usually confirmed on the weekends. If you are in hurry: In the first unconfirmed transaction, the size is 15,603 vbyte and the fee is 3.4 sat/vbyte. In the second unconfirmed transaction, the size is 111 vbyte and the fee is 51.3 sat/vbyte. Assuming the new transaction will have one input and two outputs, its size will be about 160 vbyte. The total size of these three transactions will be 15,874 vbyte. For getting a fast confirmation, you need to pay about 10 sat/vbyte. (Note that this rate is dynamic and can change over time) This means that the fee must be paid for these three transactions should be about 160,000 sat. 58,750 sat has already been paid and you need to pay about 101,000 sat (about 19 dollar) for the new transaction. So, even if you are in hurry and want your transaction to be confirmed in the next block, there is no need to pay 50 dollar for the new transaction. About 20 dollar should be enough. |

I am one of those users. All withdrawals I have made till now were processed once I clicked on "confirm" button.
A suggestion regarding the transaction fee: Now, there are three options when making a withdrawal. 1. Regular, 2. Priority 3. custom. If you select Regular or Priority, there is no way to know how much will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. Assume that I want to send exactly X BTC to an address. I want a very fast transaction. I have no knowledge about transaction fee and I don't know how much I should pay as transaction fee if I select "custom" option. Since the amount that will be deducted from the withdrawal amount is unknown, it's impossible to send exactly X BTC. The decrease in number of your referrals is probably because one of your referrals was banned due to abusing the website. |

I think you can go to file>preferences>fees>and check the edit fees manually option.....
In Electrum Preferences, you can tick "Edit fees manually", which allows you to adjust the fee. ..........
In latest versions of Electrum (4.0.x), that option is no longer available. Instead of that, you must click on "Advanced" when making the payment and type the fee in the new window. |

You are right In the case of draw when there's 50% payout rule, you will lose money if you have bet on an outcome with odds lower than 2. In my opinion, if this rule has been mentioned before people make the bet, it's fair. Those who have bet on the more likely outcome lose money and those have bet on the less likely outcome win money. |
