Sorry for one of those threads but just felt like posting some things I personally love about this forum.

Knowledgeable people - when Google doesn't answer my question, someone from Bitcointalk does

Freedom of speech - you can use those words freely

Devs in community: Telegram bots filled the need for functions which felt lacking in forum

Bounties - please don't hate me — it's nice extra income. When pandemic started it was my saving grace.

Discussions: This forum is filled with all kind of species, I love it.

History: many historical moments are etched here (pizza guy, satoshi, Hal Finney, ethereum/vitalik, etc)

Yea, that's it. What about you?

I am only wondering why they do not have their token yet? Usually a new project will create a token first and then they will develop a product but it gives them a good impression because they are not greedy to profit.

Yeah that's the reason and already discussed there, they still need to develop lots of features and then there will likely be a token although it may take a lot of months/year for that to happen.

I think this belongs here, istg last line made me rofl

If you don't have enough convolutions in your brain, you can only troll others for the sake of your paid advertising casino in the signature. Nobody pays me money . And I say that. What I think.
You've tired me out, you wretch! Watch your stupid lines. All my messages are understandable to intelligent people, to whom you do not belong.

Anytime i come across any eth related airdrop i tend to run away simply because of the ridiculous transaction fees we have to pay..

That sucks but then again without those fees we wouldn't have retrospective airdrops having significant value (dydx, uni, psp, ribbon finance, etc).

I'm guessing one of you guys is the one who requested to have a Bitcointalk community for 'old users' on that platform.   Wink
I'm in it as well, hoping to get into the airdrop..

Yeah, good on whoever did it cause now it has tough criteria on new community creation.

...just stupidly spent valuable cryptocurrency for some banal natural needs.

What's use of money if you can't spend it on yourself? And specifically if it's a natural need?
3710  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: valuable experience on: February 16, 2022, 03:04:37 AM
I am quite surprised you are more worried about people around you think crypto being scam  Grin you can gamble with fiat too, does that make fiat scam? < tell that to people

Solely sign campaigns, no. But, if you have other means online/offline that supplements your living then yes.

3720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is your opinion on the method of payment for bounty rewards? on: February 11, 2022, 12:18:36 AM
When you get paid in tokens and if project turns out to be good you will be paid out way more than dollar/btc/eth paying bounties.
The risks is huge and it cant be worth it.

This is ethlend bounty (now aave), it was certainly worth it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2078686
