I agree with what you said and with the current trend of Play2Earn games right now, I will not be surprised if big gaming companies such as Ubisoft and EA sports will not continue joining into P2E industry.

Right now we know the trend of most P2E games. Most of them will at its peak at first and it will go higher and then investors will sell their shared to get a quick profit on it that is why we are seeing popular games such as Axie Infinity, Pegaxy and others whose price is going down because many are taking profits already. I believe though that economy is the hardest part of P2E games right now and that is why popular P2E games right now are in a downtrend because of a bad economy. I just hope that in the future, we will see some P2E games with a good economy and will let investors stay and play the game for fun.

Magnolia have a higher chance of winning this time but still, I will pick SMB as the champions this time not only because I'm a fan of them but I believe that they can still win a championship with their current roster right now especially now that they have an import which is a scoring machine in Shabazz.

The NFT hype really is a big thing last year and maybe until now.
We've seen Axie starting the NFT hype, we've seen an NFT being sold for $69 Million Dollars, we've seen NFT arts that are getting stolen, we've seen numerous NFT as well both games and arts that are running away and rug pulling those poor investors. We've seen all the crazy thing that can happen to crypto with NFT.

Now with NFT games, I should say that make your own research before investing. I'm not disagreeing with what the OP has shared to us and I don't think that they will rug pull those investors as well but I think that its better to just focus on the most popular NFT games as of this moment like Axie, Pegaxy and even Illuvium. Own opinion though. Right now, I'm not invested into those NFT games because I'm more focused on Axie and Pegaxy. Either way, following the advices or the projects they are saying of these crypto influencers are a bad idea but just do your own research if you want to or maybe the best thing to do if you are lazy doing research is just focus on top 10 coins but being lazy most of the time will lead you to losses .

That's the good thing. Lebron at his age can still put up 50 points twice in a single week and both of them are wins and correct me but he is the first players to score 50 points 2 consecutive times in their home. We know that the market is heavily driven by the sentiments of the investors. We've seen negative news already like China banning ICO's in 2017 where it is hype but what happened? The market rose at that time and Bitcoin went up to $20,000. Now the Ukraine-Russia war is happening which is a negative news as well and the price of the market went down because they see it as a negative that's why they sold their holdings.

Sentiments or emotions of the investors is the main reason why the market is moving and it isn't only applied in the crypto market but in the stock market as well.

I agree with what he said that diversifying your portfolio doesn't mean that it is only on the cryptocurrency but other assets as well like the ones he said already as well or maybe add investing into business maybe like crowdfunding other business and the like.
