Where do you buy alt coins besides btc-e? I registered for C-CEX but have no idea how to use it, how to know if it's legit/safe, etc. I only have a few ltc and ppc so far but am curious about getting involved in a couple of the newer coins to hodl for the next few years, just in case. Another BTC-e coins like PPC/TRC/NMC, they are mostly cheap and will pump togheter with LTC and BTC in the next rise.

I have tried emailing makebtc but the email just got return to sender. Anyone now the man behind the site? I know its a ponzi site,and I was well aware of it when i deposited my BTC, but i have been paid out more the dubble of my amount and had more coming. Been on the site since level 1.
So I´m pretty pissed of that 1 person can ruin it for us others. We didn´t ask for the site to be suspended!
I´m hoping that the maker of makebtc had a backup on the site and can start from the end!

Wait, stopping hosting makebtc shouldn't mean you lose your btc. Someone still has the btc somewhere and that person should give them back.

I got it suspended for falsely presenting itself as an investment website. It is a gambling website.
It's probably not even a gambling site now, but possibly a scam one which may or may not be thanks to you. I don't agree with Ponzis but if people want to use them them then they can. I'm not sure whether the site was taken down because of your report but if it was you've possibly now given the operator the perfect excuse to close shop and run off with everyone's funds. There was "only" 10BTC to steal when he could have steal more each bank from 11 to 19 There was still deposits everyday 0.1 to 0.3 so it would make sense to wait before running away He was probably very invested in the scheme through multiple accounts that registered early on so he was probably making 3-7BTC every bank + fees It is weird that he doesn't say anything now though; I didn't do the exact calculations yet but I have deposited around 0.25 and I withdrew app 0.12 so it could have been worth |
