3701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The counterfeit token is up 27,000% in an hour. It was mistakenly invested $ 2 m on: November 24, 2020, 06:36:21 PM
I keep seeing news like this and I keep just wondering why the heck people keep doing this,,, it is like, if you had money would you ever put it into something random that you cannot verify yourself?

This makes me think the whole ICO crowd never really left and just were waiting for another rally:)
3702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: November 24, 2020, 04:33:27 PM
Is there a page where you easily track all unavailable players due to COVID?

I usually track it on transfermarkt but with COVID, info there is not always up to date and it also takes too much time to check team by team.

It makes me lose interest in betting, I lose over an hour to place a bet on 3 pairs.

Wondering the same myself and now that I am asking,,, is there a best place to see confirmed lineup and who travelled? I made some picks already and I checked every site but now see I still managed to pick people who are not even playing.

Very hard to make early bets and all these games start after it is midnight my time,,, very very difficult betting.
3703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum updated 2020 high on: November 24, 2020, 02:40:33 PM
I think the impact of 2.0 is still not visible. ethereum rose only because bitcoin has increased. this happened because of the buyback process, to get profit from bitcoin to ethereum. Just look at the rise in ethereum always starts when bitcoin stops moving, so this increase is not due to 2.0. people are already losing their interest because of too much trouble to upate ethereum 2.0.

I did wonder yesterday if this was about 2.0,,, and from the main headlines you can see actually there are conflicting reports. Some say that today is the last day for staking ETH by the deadline proposed by devs, and supposedly it will not reach that target. That is bad news that will delay further 2.0. But other sites say this means 2.0 is coming sooner than expected so that is driving the rally. What happens when all that ETH gets unstaked I wonder?
3704  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: November 24, 2020, 02:04:53 PM
Now, is 11 sats per freeroll..  when i begined.. was 100sats..  today 100 sats costs 0.018c, and 11Sats is 0.0018c;..  the same can happen with the same satoshis gived on site now, to next years

Imagine what it must have been like for the very first users of Freebitco maybe in 2015 even before Bitcoin became 1k. Getting thousands of satoshi for every claim and keeping it there for interest or maybe even redeeming the freeroll reward points for all the satoshis;)

Those days are gone but we are happy in any case right?
3705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP miracle on: November 24, 2020, 12:20:17 PM
Everyone has been waiting for a long time for the price of xrp to rise again and now there are many surprises with the rise of xrp even investors and holders of xrp and now is the season of pumping altcoins but still be careful because there are still risky especially to investors.

Surprises not really but when things like this happen we treat it more with suspicion than surprise,,, at least that is how I see it in my case;) Suppose there is just too many XRP investors out there with hundreds of thousands of tokens just sitting on exchanges and waiting for it to bullrun Smiley
3706  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where can I make this US Election bet? on: November 24, 2020, 08:54:21 AM
You can also go into Fairlay.com (bitcoin p2p marketplace for betting and predictions) and just set your own lines as you wish, with your own odds,,, following that, and then you can just update OP and see if people will take your bet maybe? You can also share it in chat;)

I do not know myself how to do it a bit complicated for me but the support euser in the official bct thread can help.
3707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum updated 2020 high on: November 24, 2020, 08:23:03 AM
Wow,,, just managed to check a few hours ago after overnight in Asia that Ethereum just went on to hit $610++ I guess now everybody wants it to hit half of the current ATH at $1400 which means $700 is going to be the target.

Is this really just all about ETH 2.0?
3708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [Chart] Bitcoin dominance due for a pull-back? on: November 23, 2020, 07:14:50 PM
Dominance of bitcoin climbs and hits resistance and the fractals from the past would be taken into consideration. RSI, Dominance, and fractals combine together and I believe the correction will be massively and there will be blood on the market in next month. Blood days are used to celebrate new year on bitcoin market.

When blood appears on Bitcoin chart it will affect altcoin market and massacre will be seen. Massacre can be terrible with climb to all time high of bitcoin.

Nice to see all the technical indicators coming together but yes,,, I think the market is heating up a bit too crazily right now so the correction that is for sure coming will be quite painful for a lot of people. I guess most smart traders are now taking profit while holders like us just do nothing and wait. Massacre, then bull run.
3709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Argentina raises Gambling tax on: November 23, 2020, 06:14:14 PM
I never really knew Argentina was big on gambling, but I guess every country that does not really tax it highly will eventually get a lot of black market activity;) This will also be good news for crypto possibly, if Argentinians are tired of their peso losing value at the casino;) Everything is coming together!
3710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 23, 2020, 02:13:11 PM
Before you can say to yourself that this is the right time to buy cryptocurrency, you have to look at many factors that you need to check so that you will be able to make good decisions as to when to buy and invest in crypto. You can also check with traders as they are always making these kinds of decisions everyday. You can check many threads made by the traders as how they strategize and make decisions as to what to buy and how much to buy in real time.

Never check with traders,,, most of them never share the full picture, they tell you some trades and do not even tell you the precise exit and entry points. They even will not share the risk they are taking. Always do your own decisions and then base the trades on that.

Traders lose money, the majority of them. You will likely also. Buy to hold, maybe, speculate with tight timeframes and stops. And emotions, ah,,, try to learn to lose them:)
3711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 23, 2020, 01:09:14 PM
I think that today will win the Crystal Palace and Wolves...
I bet on the victory of Crystal Palace with odd 2.7... I do not understand why the odds between Burnley and the Crystal Palace are the same...

I would go for Crystal Palace and Southampton. Burnley are closer to bottom of the table, yes they have 1 less game to play but they show they are not in great form at all this season compared to last. They are the favorites because they are home,,, Palace wins have also almost not really been expected this season. Then again, neither are Southampton after their initial losses:)
3712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: November 23, 2020, 10:52:58 AM
I am continuing holding ETH and seems it is now almost close to 600$ now. Soon it will cross 600$ and might be by year end would be near 650- 700$. ETH has been one of the key coins in my portfolio and always believed in this coin that it will rise and be back 1000$ by 2021. Thus, finally we are seeing the rise in ETH as well.

I have to admit, I really did not see this coming in 2020. Breaking the highs from over 2 years now, and ETH 2.0 is staking at Phase 0 with it expected to fill out by tomorrow even,,, I guess enthusiasm is high for the world's most loved smart contract platform.

Just prepare for the eventual correction my friends.
3713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake or nitrogen my point of view on: November 23, 2020, 08:11:44 AM
I respect all sportsbooks that have stayed around for years and as OP points out,,, every bookie has their pros and cons. For me the most important no matter what else is Customer Support. Everyone knows that at some point, we will face an issue with our accounts or our gaming. Maybe a glitch. Or a lost account. Or a mistaken deposit. This is when the real test happens, how helpful Customer Support is and how nice they treat you.

So in this case, I can only speak of very few sites because I cannot really say until I have my own experience.
3714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO! Which one do you want to return again? on: November 23, 2020, 06:51:48 AM
I would be happy to have none of them return again but I guess this will be too much to hope for;) All those scammers and fake projects who ran in 2017 and 2018 will surely be returning once more to look for new victims, and since we all know most people new to crypto are greedy,,, we also know that these guys will be coming back for more. Alt season coming again I guess!
3715  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: November 23, 2020, 06:10:05 AM
I do not think it is about Bitcoin price (wager amounts),,, yes for sure overall there is a a difference from very early days of Bitcoin till the last few years but you can see at other places the volume in Bitcoin denomination has not changed. I actually know people who gamble more when price is up, since they can "win" more. Maybe there should be studies put into it;)

Thanks for the suggestion. I might try this coz my phone is on the brink of death.
All my backup 2FA keys (Google Authenticator) are jotted down on a piece of paper. Which sucks. Grin

This probably makes it more secure but more risky for you to lose then, sort of like private keys! I store my 2fa key as a code somewhere like with all my passwords. They are manually coded in local language plus English:) So if someone "hacks" it I know it has to be from my country,,,
3716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: November 21, 2020, 12:18:42 PM
Not good with the first loss on PSG but I did manage to place a live bet on Monaco when it was 2-2. I wasn't expecting it to hit but that penalty to seal the win made my day .  Wink

Well done buwaytress for the only one having the courage to go against PSG.  Cheesy

Nice win. No one could have thought PSG will lose their lead of two goals so quickly. PSG defense has always been a worrying factor. Attack and mid-wise they are good but defense is where they leak goals out and yesterday they leaked enough to hand Monaco 3 points at home.

Nice one buwaytress,,, I saw also that it was your pick of the day on your prediction thread so you won that one with some toughness. The penalty was a gift, but it was well deserved to Monaco and probably now people will say they are finally ready to take on PSG in the French league again to stop the current oil money team dominance!
3717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $10,170,000,000 was transferred over the Ethereum network in Q2 on: November 20, 2020, 04:02:38 PM
Personally, of course I feel happy to see all of these statistics but the main problem for me is that even since 2017,,, most of these statistics are derived from speculators and gamblers. Back then it was ICOs and gaming apps. Today, it is all mainly Defi apps. And in principle there is nothing wrong with Defi but the way it is now, we all have to admit, 95% of them are just gambling/speculating.

The real utility is still in Bitcoin:)
3718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 20, 2020, 02:58:57 PM
I think Tottenham would come through this time. They have been bullied one too many times in their recent meetings. One thing I've noticed this season is that, Man city might be losing/drawing underdogs but when it comes to playing against big teams (with the exception of mid-decent teams like Leicester city) they always step up their game. They held Liverpool down with a draw just before the international break so I feel they'll give the same treatment to Tottenham.

I'm gunning for a Tottenham win though. Dudes have been real solid this season. They've lost just once this season so they should keep it that way for now.

As a Spurs fan,,, I would never dare to say this publicly. Every time my friends tell me my team looks good and we might achieve something, I just shrug it off and say "wait, let us see".

Of course, my bet is with Spurs on this one. And we have what it takes to beat City, if we can disrupt their midfield, our strikers are capable of finishing off their defence.
3719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 20, 2020, 02:08:43 PM
At the end of the day, as a bounty participant, you have to trust the project. For me,,, as long as the project appoints someone external or independent this is fine it does not need to be escrowed.

I will tell you I had even 1 experience with an escrower well respected and they turned out to be allied with a bad project that lost us all funds.

On the other hand, I have been supporting now for a long time a casino that does not escrow funds at all, but has paid faithfully for our work.

So nothing guarantees anything is what I am saying:)
3720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🎄 Top Christmas Casino Bonuses You Don’t Want to Miss Out On 🎄 on: November 20, 2020, 11:13:44 AM
I should add here that Sportsbet is already planning several big activities this coming weeks, starting with something they call Black Friday Bitcoin drop. Every casino I ever visit also has normal Christmas activities but usually always on US timezone which means I am asleep, or working (I always work public holidays for extra pay;).

We all need to celebrate 2020 do we not?Wink
