Whenever i see unusual huge bets, i usually follow them and there were times i won and majority of the times i loose a well. So no idea about these and even the OP who says his friend got and he does not even have a clue whether it is true.  How do you spot and track those so called huge bets precisely? I read their self-exclusion policy and it does say there that "if requested or if they deemed it necessary all the remaining funds on your account will be manually returned to you." their exclusion policy also says that "you are not allowed to leave any balance on your account during your exclusion time. you will also not be allowed to access your account and make withdrawals during your exclusion time". so yeah, base on their self-exclusion policy. you should be able to get your funds if you request for it on their support.
