"I submitted my account verification 5-05-17 and I'm still locked out of my money.
It was my understanding that this level of verification would take place at much higher dollar account. I've earned $10 off affiliate pay and Xapo locked me out of my account without access of canceling to return my funds and demanded my Social Security number.

Yes, you need to clear verification process according to how much you have transacted with them. I understood what I was signing up for... what I don't understand is why they aren't following their own terms and freezing access to my funds.  I was not given the option to close my account and withdraw my funds either. |

I used the site for $10 of affiliate income from Moonbitcoin and they won't allow me to log into my account until I provide my social security #, ID scans, bills and all types of shit.
